Fantastic experience: Fantastic front desk staff - friendly and efficient. Excellent facilities in a nice quiet location. Very knowledgeable physio who was understanding and really listened. Involved me in the planning and explained things very clearly. Walked out with some tips to improve my mobility after first visit and feeling confident I now have the right supports in place to help me maintain my health and wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: Could not be happier. My daughter is being taught to swim by Miss Jodie - who she absolutely adores. The pool and surrounds are spotless and the chemical composition in the water is perfect that it does not flare up my daughters' eczema in the way that PARC, JUMP and a couple of other places did. I cannot recommend PhysiPro more highly.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Physipro Athletic. We were so impressed with Dave’s thorough assessment and treatment of my daughter’s netball ankle injury. He listened to her, asked questions of her, tested her mobility and range of movement, treated her, strapped her ankle and provided her with a rehab plan to return to sport asap. I left with one very satisfied 14 year old that there was a plan in place and she should be back on court very soon.

Fantastic experience: Have been going for a few years now due to knee injury and a couple of surgeries. The team at PhysiPro have been fantastic, Adrian in particular as he has been working with me to get me going again. He is very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. Through all the ups and downs he has been there. I not only appreciate him and the team , I highly recommend PhysioPro to all that need rehabilitation from injury to the surgery side of things. Seaford also have a full gym and heated pool as well . Check them out.

Negative experience: Gym is amazing I was looking forward to begin another chapter in different gym after my injury early this year. My key didn’t work on two different occasions in the morning had to wait outside for a while to get help and basically got kicked out today in the afternoon because I came outside of my membership hours but I was under the impression that I had 2 weeks free full access very disappointed in the way Anton delivered this news during my session in recovery room and the way he looked at me in a disgusting way, I was in the recovery room and he checked if all equipment was there, as if I was going to steal something, so I just got up and went to cancel my membership, such a shame because this is the first gym I signed up to a gym and felt at home. To the lady who signed me up on open day and showed me around thank you from the bottom of my heart because such kindness is needed in the world we currently live in. Well I begin my quest to find another gym where I am not discriminated. -Ruby Clara Takawira

Fantastic experience: I was injured for almost a year, couldn't sleep, being barley able to function at work let alone doing any training/ or sport or even stretching for that matter. After countless attempts at cortisone injections in my back and multiple sports physicians, osteopathy, myotherapy and countless pills id started to give up. I went and saw Dave and my whole world changed! Within the first 2 months I started to see progress and now 4 months down the track after Daves advise and the guys in the gym's guidance I'm pain free and working back to getting to 100%. I could not recommend Pysipro more, this place is magic and will have you right in no time!

Exceptionally skilled and friendly team who make training a reality for someone like me who has been in and out of serious knee injuries. The A team on the floor (Aaron, Alister and Anton) - these guys ensure you feel welcome each day you come through the doors. They are cultivating a community that emulates positivity and inclusivity in a high performance setting (even for people who wouldn’t identify as ‘athlete’’). Head physio Dave has a wealth of knowledge and always made me feel heard when describing pain / issues and goals. I wish these guys had a secondary location in Ireland - “nothing compares to you” :)

Fantastic experience: There are so many things that I love about PhysiPro’s Seaford gym. So I thought I would list them…. 1. The staff know their gym members (they literally know your name!!) & always make the time to check in with each and every one of them each session. 2. The gym has all the latest equipment & you don’t have to wait endlessly to use anything. 3. I love that I can go out of hours where I often have the entire place to myself. 4. My programs are designed for me and my specific training goals. 5. I love that they can slide the glass doors open on a sunny day! 6. I always feel fantastic after every training session.

Fantastic experience: We booked an appointment online for my 16 year old son at physio pro Seaford ( linen house ) and it was very easy to book and got assigned a great physio named Alastair who was very thorough and informative. My son was very happy with the appointment and well informed about recovering from his injury. We were so happy with the service that my son decided to purchase membership at the gym at physio pro with the help of Anton Pilli who was extremely supportive and helpful . Fantastic experience: After suffering with tendinopathy for over a year, joining physipro was the best experience. Huge thanks to the fabulous team, Alister and Anton for coaching me and the rest of the team for everything they do . Gym is amazing, running sessions are tough but worth it, and the pilates classes are good to mix the training up. Recovery pool and ice baths are also brilliant to use after a hard session. I'm back on the hockey pitch feeling stronger and fitter than ever Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Changed over to this gym In the new year and the level of support the staff show here is amazing. Aaron has been a great support and he has a wealth of knowledge. This type of gym can take your athletic performance to the next level and you should definitely invest money & time into it if you want to take the next step. The recovering facilities here are also amazing, easy to access the pools/ compression boots.

Fantastic experience: Physi-Pro is one of the best gym set ups I’ve ever been apart of, they have everything you need for a solid workout and an effective recovery! Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the team at Physipro Seaford. 5 of my team sport athletes and I did the full athletic assessment and information we received has been invaluable to our programs and expanded our knowledge and gave the athletes access to a a high performance experience. For myself I have also had a full physio assement done to design a specific program for my needs and I couldn't be happier with how I am progressing on my twice a week program with coaching from Aaron and Ben. Big improvements in mobility, back stiffness gone and feeling stronger every week. Being a coach myself, I apreciate the level of expertise that Aaron brings and he gives me the right cues to improve my movements every time, leading to big changes for me already. Big thanks to David my physio on improving my flexibility and low back pain that was stopping me from enjoying a run. You guys rock!! I love the workout space and equipment, it has everything you need and love hanging out in the recovery suite too!
