Fantastic experience: There's a couple of Gyms near me, this one was easier access from Pinjar road, its bright, fresh looking with positive vibes. A lady called Bri signed me up, she was brilliant! She made it so easy. I was amazed at her ability to deal with 3 people at the same time! :() Signed up to a 9 dollar a week plan. No lock in. No joining fee. Short cancellation period, at any time! I reckon the price is good value! Thanks Bri ♂️

Negative experience: ⚠️ COVID ⚠️ Writing this bedridden not able to eat, haven’t eaten in three days now. This gym is the last place I went to in public before becoming really ill and turns out I have covid. The chances of me having got it from here is highly likely as I rarely go out, it may be from a event I went to a week ago but after hitting this gym I felt different the next coming days. This particular gym isn’t really clean I’ve had panic attacks caused by the smell inside before and my hands have been really sticky after using dumbbells. Please go through and clean your equipment or risk a covid outbreak here.
We take the hygiene and cleanliness of our clubs very seriously and have strict protocols for our cleaners. Your feedback has been passed onto our Club Manager.

Negative experience: Cancellation policy sucks! My daughter was on suspension for one year due to a sports injury. Cancelled a day after receiving a notification that her suspension is about to end. Yet I get charged for a month of fees! Is this even legal? How does this align with No lock in Contract advertisement? Are they not misleading public by getting them into 30 day cancellation and at the same time advertise no lock in contract?

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Revo and couldn’t be happier. The facilities are clean and well-maintained with a great variety of equipment. The highlight, though, is the manager, Phoebe. She’s incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to help members. Her dedication to creating a positive environment is truly amazing!

Negative experience: The gym itself is brilliant, just beware when cancelling your membership! I started a membership with REVO while I was in Perth for 6 months. When it was time for me to leave, I wrote to REVO to cancel my membership a few days before my next direct debit was due. Since I was leaving the country, I also cancelled my Australian bank account so I could no longer make a payment. Frustratingly, REVO wrote to me a couple of days afterwards telling me I needed to pay for my next months membership (along with a late payment fee) before they can put my account on hold! I find that pretty ridiculous, since I have to pay for a gym that I no longer use. Since this email, I have written to REVO on three separate occasions (unable to call) to try and resolve this but have never had a response. I have now had ANOTHER email telling me that they will add the next months missed payment to to my outstanding balance. I’m sure this will only affect a select few people, but please use my experience to prove that this gym is pretty inflexible with subscriptions and lacks customer care. To not receive any correspondence from three emails sucks.

Negative experience: First impressions, blaaah. Big gym with new equipments however not many varieties and worst thing is only one mirror in the whole area. So just stare at the wall at all time. And the advertising said $9,69 but its not true, $42/month or $10.50 week. Boooo

Positive experience: Gym good but I’m sick of going and machines out of order especially when there is only one of that particular machine hard to get your work out done could do with large fans as well

Positive experience: Great gym ,has alot more potential still. Can be hard to get a full work out in with the groups of the little gym bros standing around the equipment hanging out like its the 7eleven. Few extra treadmills would be good maybe another bench press .But overall decent gym.i have had times where it is hard to get anything I just walk out and go home.

Negative experience: The gym itself is decent size and has good equipment. However I think the customer service needs to improve. It took a whole week for a manager to finally get back to me, and I feel the staff could be friendlier. I had informed them that I had insufficient funds ahead of time for my direct debit, it came out and then was charged a late fee. I had got a call then to say my account was overdue even though I told them it would be? Then the amount came out a second time, I thought all was good - then got to the gym and couldn’t get in. The girl at the front told me my account was overdue and I had to show her I paid in full. You can’t change your direct debit date, which was all I needed to get my account in order. The manager then suggested that I “budget” in order to have the amount when I clearly have told them multiple times I need the date to be changed. Pretty disappointing experience. I now have to cancel my membership and join again just to change my debit date.. the customer service needs to significantly improve here. I have already put my request into writing so will not be doing it again.

Fantastic experience: A great casual gym with plenty of room and equipment, and being 24/7 I don't think there's not much excuse to not go get your sweat on

Positive experience: Staff were fine however the gym doesn't have enough equipment for the amount of people that go. It's a big gym but very spaced out so when you go to use it you realise how limited the equipment is. For example tonight there is 77 people currently in the gym as per their website yet there is only 5 or 6 treadmills. On a busy night it's hard to complete a workout.

Fantastic experience: It's good bc you can do your own thing although I will always remember the time the brunette short lady threw my key card at me when I first signed up for this gym. Most staff are too stuck up and need to clean up their act.

Positive experience: Reasonable size maybe a bit more equipment needed. Perhaps whats throwing management off is that it appears only 1 in 4 people there have memberships (I'm exaggerating a little I'm sure) I did see young guys letting 3 or 4 of their mates in at a time though and not just one group. Pretty piss poor when it's so cheap.

Positive experience: Simple lay out. Heaps of free weights and squat racks. Small selection of machines. Aircons sometimes are not all on especially when not staffed, and can get very hot and stuffy. Toilets also do not get serviced regularly on weekends, no toilet paper and disabled was closed shut. Very busy after school and afternoons. Cheap membership you get what you pay for.

Positive experience: Look I love this gym but for the love of god please get some fans installed. When it’s over 30 degrees the aircon does absolutely nothing especially in staffed hours when the front door is left open. I see people purposefully standing under the aircon to get the fan effect.

Negative experience: They give you a month for free and when you cancel your membership they make you pay for another month even if you're not able to use it! Gym is very busy in the evenings and it's almost impossible to use the 10/12.5kg weights. Probably so busy because every second person is swiping their mates to get in for free after the staff have left. Requested management call or email me to discuss, but I have been ignored. Would not rate this gym at all, don't waste your time and money. As confirmed by Revo Fitness, they give a month for free at the start and take away the month at the end. Checking the amount of people online would be pointless considering the issue with members swiping in their friends for free. Why should I chase you? I went to you location and requested the manager, and now you tell me to come to you again. Get a grip and address the issues with your business and stop making excuses.

Positive experience: I like this gym, it’s close to me, the early morning people are very nice, the staff are pretty good, I wish the walking/ running machines where a little more stable; but that maybe my heavy feet. However, overall they have a good range of equipment a good place

Fantastic experience: I’m with two gyms and this is by far my favourite of the two and my favourite gym I’ve been at in my life. The spacing is perfect never feel like I need to rush I can just enjoy my workout without 100 people around me. The lighting is great both natural and artificial. If your tossing up between snap plus or surge this is by far the stand out. Cheapest and best quality can’t beat that.
