Fantastic experience: Spacious, plenty of parking outside of business hours, always maintained and community are friendly

Positive experience: Big sized gym with lots of equipment. Have been a member since last year. Used to go to the one in Canningvale & Cannington. But have recently moved near Midland. The only issue I have with this gym is the FOUR reformer pilates machine that they have. Only four for hundreds of members. Went there between 4-7pm on different days and all Pilates equipment are always being used with two or more people waiting in line to use them. I’m just hoping they’d add more to be honest. You guys have members who upgraded to utilise this, there should be more readily available to save time. Just my feedback that I hope you could improve upon. I love the gym otherwise. Thank you.

Positive experience: More reformers would be ideal, there is always people waiting so they would definitely be used and appreciated. the gym also needs a bit more of a deep clean than it gets. However, it is the best priced gym around, and good location.

Negative experience: This is the dirtiest gym I think I have ever been to! The mens changing rooms really are filthy and there has been no soap available for male guests for at least several days ! Perhaps a representative can explain why there is also a draw in the men's changing room full of old chocolate rappers ?

Negative experience: I was a member here for 8 months. A lot of people rate this gym because of how cheap it is. You will get what you pay for. I left because of the overall poor behaviour of some patrons. People would take selfies on the gym floor, that's to be expected, but in the change rooms is not on. The final straw for me was when a bloke came in, obviously recording video/live streaming whilst I was getting changed. When I told him that isn't something that he should be doing, he arced up. EDIT: Note the response from the owners - "We’ve since reviewed our guidelines with the member involved to reinforce our conditions of entry." In other words - "we've told him not to do that again, but let him back in." I shouldn't be surprised as your first response when we spoke on the phone three days after the incident was to say you were "going to get his side of the story." I would have loved to tell a staff member about this at the time, but there were none available, which is a bit odd as this was around 6pm and your staffed hours are advertised as being 9am - 8pm To be honest, I have plenty of ideas for improvement, but you aren't really dealing properly with the ones I've raised, so why bother?

Positive experience: Gym itself is fairly good, equipment is on the cheaper side and tends to need repairs often, but the membership price reflects this. Issue is when cancelling you will still have to pay the next month, you must give 30 days notice and when I filled out the cancellation form I was not informed of this notice period. This resulted in frustration when I was charged again and then when I went in and questioned it the staff informed me that they were sorry I was not told about the notice period, but that I still had access to the gym untill the month ended. They need to make it much more clear when signing up that this is the case, even though technically it's not lock in contract it's also not a cancel when you like as I assumed

Negative experience: Really disappointed that revo does not have a cancel membership anywhere on the app. I had to turn up to Midland REVO and complete a cancellation questionnaire on an iPad which was asking me where they wanted to open the Next REVO store. I just wanted to cancel my membership and fair enough Give a reason why but I couldn’t just give my membership number for them to cancel it. I had to put all my details into a questionnaire On the app on my phone it’s easy to update to a different membership that I pay more money to but nowhere was there anything that I could tick to cancel my membership. when I mentioned it to the receptionist. They were very argumentative about it which I thought wasn’t very good customer service. I think you’ve got a lot going for you REVO but this shows a complete lack of integrity. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY MORE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ACVOUNT

Fantastic experience: Glad I made the decision to join Revo in Midland! Great atmosphere and great gym which has also see me make some new friends and get results. I love coming here, doesn’t matter how bad my day may have been, I’m always greeted with a smile - which makes my day! Having worked for many years in Senior Management, I know how valuable good team members are, and in this regard I’d especially like to mention Zoe - she is so genuinely friendly and bubbly, a real asset to Revo Fitness!!

Negative experience: Main door not functioning. If you offer a 24/7 service, probably you should look after the place 24/7 to offer a good quality service to customers. Door not functioning? Send an employee early to allow people train at this facility. Poor management.

Fantastic experience: I signed up to Revo to help me with gym anxiety. I was signed up for months and couldn’t bring myself to go, every time I psyched myself out. I decided to have a look at what PTs midland had on offer that was when I came across Jades profile. I was so grateful to find a PT that focused not only on women’s health but gym anxiety as well. I’ve been training with Jade for a while now and she has honestly changed my life. The strength that she has given me not only physically but mentally is night and day to what I was before. The support and knowledge Jade has given me helps me feel more confident to approach the gym and gym equipment. I’m so grateful to Jade and would highly recommend anyone who has gym anxiety or don’t even know where to begin with your gym journey to go see Jade, I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Jade.

Negative experience: I canceled my membership months ago in person like the contract says. They kept trying to charge me, I contacted them on multiple occasions which they ignored, now they have sent to debt collector. It was a good gym just wish there admin side was more on to it. Have engaged a lawyer as they still are ignoring.

Positive experience: Pretty decent, however they really need a second pec deck machine as it seems to never be available. A boxing speedbag or floor to ceiling bag wpuld be nice also. Will update review if pec deck gets added

Fantastic experience: A solid 5 stars. I've been to 10 different Revo gyms, and this one is in the top 3, in my opinion. The toilets are absolutely , the nicest among all.

Negative experience: Update - I cancelled my membership. The air con never works.... or it is never turned on. Cost cutting, perhaps? I can't work out in hot environments due to my medical conditions. What is the point of a membership if I have to bail part way through a workout because I feel like I will collapse? I was also keen to check out the pilates section after being ill for months, as I have been paying for it for that time. It didn't look like it was up and running. All the hand sanitiser has been taken away since I last worked out. People had left rubbish laying around. I'm sick of the continual problems. I wanted to cancel my membership on the spot. But I searched high and low for a staff member and they had all disappeared.

Positive experience: Good gym. Smaller number of toilets compared to number of members. Toilets are dirty and stinky most of the times. Can do better!

They are even there for help if you need a spot. The gym itself is always tidy, well looked after and weights are always in the right spot. Top quality!

Fantastic experience: The gym and equipment is great. Constantly bringing in new equipment and is always clean. Staff are all well presented and lovely to have a quick chat to and no pushy salesy stuff. Nathan is great, down to help with and questions, enquiries you have.

Fantastic experience: A Super Honest Review. Overall 9/10 The Revos brand as a whole has read the market and understand what the people who train in these commercial gyms want. The price you pay for what you get at this gym so far is unmatched. It has a plentiful amount of space with a great energy that allows you to set you own tone or match what is there for you. Plenty of equipment for a variety of exercises so if you are a free weight fiend theres plenty for you. A guided machine menace? Then you got a great range of choice. You wanna do HIT workouts? Well theres a massive grass area with everything you could want plus a 24/7 guided work out available replaying on the screens. There are heaps of cardio machines to match and a nice touch is the stretching area that shows you some sets of stretching you can do. People would warn me that "Revos is cool yeah but it gets so busy!" but I can say that the way the floor plan is made out here means that you are never crowded out. The equipment variety means you have plentiful opportunity to train right. A note I need to add is that their PTs are in a good healthy variety so if you want someone who can train you and understand you then you have a good choice. The screens will give you their qualifications and you can see a bit more who you are dealing with. From what I have seen they are attentive and engaged with their clients. Honestly this gym has been a breathe of fresh air and has brought me back into an energised state for my trainings. The flexibility it offers is so far as it stands is unmatched. And thats being honest.

Fantastic experience: Revo is the place to go because of their prices and simplicity of membership. The new Midland Revo is state of the art with all new equipment, everything you need. They also actually play real music at the moment rather than the interminable and unbearable Gen Z rubbish you get at the other Revos. We're talking Belinda Carlisle, Visage, Blink, just random stuff which is a delight!

Negative experience: Frustrating for my partner and sister in law. They wake up at 2am to get to the Gym and only 1 out of 4 visits were they able to gain access. Seriously. Get that door sorted or atleast have someone checking the door and advising members that the door is faulty and cannot be opened after hours, if that's the case.

Negative experience: Inconvenient, we woke up to gym at 2 am and we cannot enter to gym 3 times in a week and what is the point to advertising 24/7 gym. Very very disappointing!

Fantastic experience: Been to 6 or 7 Revos and this is the best by a long way. Twice the equipment and 1/4 the people as some
