Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! Range and quality of equipment was great. Knowledge and assistance of everyone working there is well above average. The general vibe in the gym is welcoming to all abilities and genders. I recommend going in and seeing for yourself. All you need in a gym!

Fantastic experience: Pump up fitness Frankston is by far the best gym I have been to! It is such a welcoming, comfortable and happy place to be. The staff are super friendly and never fail to put a smile on my face. Since the new owner has taken over I have noticed so much improvement to the gym and they are constantly thinking about how they can improve the member’s experience, with all these new improvements & the friendly staff it has brought life back to the gym and created such a great fitness family. I will never train anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at this gym for 6 yrs when it was called xplode then beach street fitness . It was okay . Now the gym is friggin amazing since Aaron and Ollie took over. Maddie is lovely and always happy Love her so much. The gym has changed in so many ways new equipment, renovations. So glad I never left Keep up the great work guys Highly recommend this place

Fantastic experience: Finally found a the perfect gym! After spending years training at big name gyms and paying through the nose.. I finally found a club that not only has everything a gym should have but at a good price. Not to mention how welcoming the owner has been. Mel has made my partner and I feel like we’ve joined a second family! From day 1 she has made this gym feel like home. Clean gym, good people, great vibes. I honestly couldn’t recommend it more.

Fantastic experience: hey guys just letting you know i enjoyed your gym but i found that i can run faster than all you treadmills and i found your weights were really easy to lift but that might be because my diet is so good i havent eaten mcdonalds since august 2017 and even then i was only eating like a small cheeseburger meal with a fanta as the drink

Fantastic experience: New owner's are very nice and keep the place clean and tidy with equipment being cleaned and spacious enough to train without bumping into other machines music better too not blasting rap music

Fantastic experience: Variety of equipments good customer service With new owner everything better, cleaner, organized section, more drinks in the machine, new machine for ready healthy meal, new shelves for customer, more class regularly, securely by new CCTV front and rear, brighter and air flow.

Positive experience: I brought a membership at this gym, and like the place is decent I suppose, I'll be honouring my membership, but I haven't really ever had excitement to go there, or the motivation. I rushed and didn't really think about my options, as I thought I was getting a good deal. I like the workers and the boss, they're polite and respectful, but as for the facilities in a small place, I'm not sure I'd of signed when I did. That's all.

Fantastic experience: Great gym near to Frankston train station. Wasn't busy and had a great mix of equipment, free weights, cardio machines, and an open area to do sled pulls, battle ropes, etc. There is even a steam room in the change rooms for after training. Great music, friendly staff, clean, and only $5 for casual pass. Will be training here for my cardio and circuit training more often from now on.

Positive experience: Generally fairly clean the staff could up the ante on cleanliness. There music that plays on the sound system can at times be quite offensive, so I like to take my own. I enjoy the 24/7 access, especially when I have the place to myself. If the owner cleaned up both the music and premises Xplode Fitness has the potential to be a five star gym.

Positive experience: Awesome gym with lots of equipment for any need. Located in the heart of Frankston, making it easily accessible via car or public transport. With classes available to suit beginners through to advanced fitness levels. Anyone sitting on the fence, deciding whether or not to sign up, can pay a ten dollar pass and see for themselves. Something that sets this gym apart from the rest (in my limited experience at least) is the option to choose the music. Depending on your taste, this can be seen as a good or bad thing when someone else plays their music first. The biggest con would have to be the size of the gym. With the popularity of this gym, peak times can be pretty packed and you oftentimes see yourself waiting to use various equipment. In saying that, the members are more than happy to share between their sets. Being open 24/7 also means you can train during off peak times, especially for shift workers or people that can go during the day. With merchandise including shakers and clothing for sale, a vending machine that offers supplements like pre workout and protein. X-Plode Fitness has definitely marketed as well as proven themselves to be one of the best gyms in the area.

You always feel the welcome and the staff are very friendly and helpful and they even help you to achieve your goals. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: lack of parking (unless you pay at shopping centre) , very small gym, staff are do not really communicate with clients unless your doing pt. up side is equipment is in working order most of the time and the cleaner keeps the gym space very clean!!!
