Negative experience: Will not let you cancel a membership no matter how hard you try and how many forms you submit, you can call and all they tell you is submit a form online, I’m which they still won’t let you cancel. Still charging my account, I have had enough.

Negative experience: Probably the worst experience I’ve had as a customer/consumer. Continuous billing issues for no reason whatsoever and an omnipresent passive aggressive attitude from the workers and business as a whole. Genuinely not worth the price in anyway at all, the equipment, whilst looking flashy and new, just feels bad when using, almost like it needs some WD-40. Also has possibly the worst cancellation process and communication to customers that I’ve ever seen, obvious that they’ll just take any opportunity they can to get any dollar they can get without any regard to a customers experience. If you want a gym in the area, I highly recommend Revo in Westfield, like 5 minutes away from here, is half the price and has double the equipment and is better in quality in all aspects. Also just annoys me that any negative review here is just met with “send us an email”, like bro just fix your business model to be less predatory and more customer experience friendly. It’s not hard.

Negative experience: Called up to enquire about a membership. Was given a booking for Thurs 18th at 2:30pm. Show up and no staff present, can’t even access the facility. Poor first impression. Called several times as I was standing outside and no answer. Oh well, there’s plenty of 24/7 gyms that will offer better service. You guys need to do better! Good luck.

Negative experience: I’m wondering how it is legal to sign people up at a branch but not allow people to cancel at one…I’ve been trying to cancel two memberships since December and the branch says it must be done through the app, the app won’t log me in, they reset my passwords multiple times but it does nothing to log me in, I’ve used the contact forms on the website twice to get help and never been replied to…and this third attempt at using the contact form won’t work without a membership number I don’t know because I can’t log into the app, and the phone number on this Google listing isn’t currently connected to ask a human for it… I’m disputing future payments with my bank and lodging a ACCC complaint at this point. **EDIT** I don't know how to reply to a response, so responding here as the "response from owner" adds insult to injury. Having done so, before suggested to, the official response from the "member assist" team is that it's been referred back to the branch, but the branch says, contact member assist we can't cancel memberships? Does anyone at Club Lime whether in or outside of a branch know how to cancel memberships? Will I be refunded for the two memberships I've been paying since December I haven't been able to cancel? Just as I wasn't able to pause membership for all the same reasons while the club was being renovated, so I was forced to pay for two memberships which couldn't be used... Does anyone plan to assist, or is legal action the only actual recourse?

Fantastic experience: I’m back at Club Lime after many years (ex. One Health member), and it’s like coming home. ☺️ As a Mum of 3 , returning to the gym has been a great experience. Fantastic experience: Great gym!!! Love the Ozone classes!! The early morning classes really suit my lifestyle & the instructors are amazing!! All the instructors are really friendly, encouraging & make everyone feel really welcomed. The Ozone classes are changed on a regular time frame so your body never gets use to doing the same exercises. I've been going to this gym well before Covid & wouldn't think of going anywhere else

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff - They actually care about you and want to help you be a better you. The trainers are truly doing an incredible job. Great classes - The Ozone classes especially are unique, they get updated constantly and can be adjusted for any injuries or limitations. Plus having a 24 hour gym, it means if you can't make a class then you can still work out whenever you want. Side Note: Not that the gym is responsible for this, but added bonus - the people that attend the classes are great people. Love working out with them!

Negative experience: Staff are extremely rude. Was on the phone to a girl this morning about my membership and she hung up on me halfway through it. If you can't help your customers then your not a very good organisation to be a member with. There are plenty of decent gyms around that aren't as over priced or as disgusting as this one.

Negative experience: Loved this gym when it was One Health and Fitness. When Club Lime took over, it became tight and money hungry. The turning point for me was the fact that they want to raise the membership price from 17/w to 20/w. That's ok if they actually fix, replace and update equipment on a regular basis. But they don't. Lots of equipment is broken/damaged; including many cable machines Caribbean hooks not closing and peeling handles on several machines. The other complaint I have - Ozone class. I pay 20 dollars a week to use the whole gym and I come during peak time (like everybody else) and half the gym floor space is taken up by a stupid class. Even if I want to use equipment that is in the Ozone area that nobody is using, I am told that I cannot use it while the class is running. This is completely unacceptable. There are two classrooms which hardly get used where this class could be run. Lastly, there is just not enough equipment to go around. There is only one of each main machine, and this gym is simply lacking certain machines that many other gyms have, i.e. a proper glute building machine or a hack squat. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Negative experience: Used to be an amazing gym when it was one health and fitness. Nowadays there’s hardly any staffed hours, have arrived at the gym multiples times only for the app to not let us in the door, and today I see a sign saying prices are increasing by 2% which may not be a lot but definitely feel like we’re part of a cash hungry franchise now. Used to tell so many people about this place, how sad to see the demise

Negative experience: Terrible service. They continued to charge me after i emailed them in regards to cancelling my membership. Grace, horrible person to deal with, rude arrogant and didnt want to issue my money back. Use to be a great gym when it was one health. Take your time and money elsewhere. Discgraceful gym

Negative experience: Poor cleanliness. Bikes in spin room are largely all broken. Hygiene bins in ladies room are overflowing. Showers are cold. Then finally, they misrepresented their cancellation timelines to me

Negative experience: Used to adore this gym when it was One Health - family friendly and the staff were great. However since the transition to Club Lime, even though the staff are lovely, facilities and classes were still decent and felt like nothing changed on the inside, management has become an absolute mess. Had to suspend my membership for 2 weeks in February, did it online TWICE and it still did not go through. Had to contact Club Lime to get them to put the credit back onto my account and suspend my account for me. The Club Lime app was pretty buggy and couldn't detect my location properly so sometimes didn't have access to the gym, with staffed hours decreased it makes it hard to feel reassured I have access to the gym.

Negative experience: Was with one fitness for several years, loved them. But sadly club lime bought them out and all my classes were being cancelled and the friendly greeting at the door on entry started to dissapear along with the good staff. There are some great people still there but as a member i became just a $$ sign. Was disappointed with the lack of care factor from the management side. The instructors were great.

Negative experience: Let me start with the terrible staff attitude. They used to be as one health fitness and they rebrand to clublime and without any noticing via email or phone they started charging me and after asking for a refund you have no idea how they react. They just rebrand their website and I was trying to book sessions online and I was keep going to the onehealth fiteness website which was up at the same time and I was not able to book a session and I was like maybe they are still closed due to covid and stuff like that. This is so creepy. Just stay away from them.

Negative experience: If you want to cancel your membership they are asking for at least two weeks of full payment. if you want to freeze your membership they are asking for 6$ fortnightly for no services. if you book a group class and for any reason you cannot attend in class they will charge you 5.50$. They are just getting money for poor services. If their trainer will not attend for the class they don't even say sorry. be careful guys

In regards to your concerns and feedback, upon agreeing to becoming a member of the gym, you are required to complete paperwork. On this paperwork, in LARGE and BOLD print, we state the terms and conditions - including our 2 weeks notice to cancel and suspension. We also verbally explain this to to each and every new member during the sign up process. You are provided a copy of this membership agreement for your records when you sign up. We also provide all new member a new member pack, including a copy of our terms and conditions. Therefore, we are 100% confident when a new member joins us, they are FULLY aware of what terms and conditions apply to their membership. We are transparent and offer each and every prospective member the opportunity to discuss and clarify the terms and conditions when signing up. If the terms and conditions do not work for a prospective member, it is their prerogative not to join and choose another provider. We are also confident that the terms and conditions of your membership were fully explained to you when you joined and you also received a copy of your agreement, plus a printed copy of our full terms and conditions in your welcome pack Yes - we do require 2 weeks written notice to cancel Yes - we do offer membership FREEZE for $2.50 per week Yes - we do charge a no show fee if your booking for Ozone HRT session of $5 - as these numbers are capped and we encourage our members to cancel to allow another member to enjoy the class, should they be unable to attend We do not require bookings for the rest of our 50+ classes per week, so perhaps these would have been more suitable for you? Fantastic experience: really enjoy going to the gym and being able to have a nice session with personal trainers who are very helpful when needed, but also being able to use some of the well looked after gym equipment that is used by many of the members. definitely recommend buying a membership and visiting this gym

Fantastic experience: Only been going to the gym for 4 months and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The music gives you motivation and the trainers push you till the end and make doing a workout so worth it. The front desk ladies greet you going into the gym and leaving. I was very pleased with the customer service and how polite they were when I had a problem. I’m very glad I joined the gym and doubt my decision on being a member of one health and fitness. 10/10 recommend coming here

Fantastic experience: Great gym, 10/10 for me. The gym is very gender friendly and is more then welcoming with their lovely customer service. I recommend everybody to come sign up and enjoy all classes, personal training sessions, main gym floor and the women’s training room if they decide to work out there. I just wanted to say how thankful I am for their account management over the period of COVID-19 because that may have saved me. Will never leave this gym 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Ive been a member of this gym for over 8 years. I love it! I am not sure if I go there for the gym or the social but Im addicted now. I started off 3 times a week for 30mins. Then last year, my intention was 3 groups a week & ended up every day in Pump, Body Combat & more! Lockdown was hard but I am super glad to be back!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member on and off for a number of years never really worked for me. After the COVID19 shut down I needed inspiration. The gym supports First Responders and had upgraded significantly so I rejoined on 5 Jan 21 and started Pump classes four times a week, I had never done it before. I have todate lost 22 kg, firmed up and feel great thanks to all the team at One Health and Fitness. Just start come train with me and don't look back.

Negative experience: Gym was closed due to lockdown. They re-opened exactly at the end of my membership with them. I told them I want to cancel my membership due to work commitments. They asked me to pay for 8 months of closure. I told them I'm not the one who closed your gym and not fair to pay for a service I haven't received. But i paid to avoid their hassle.Very bad customer service.

It is very disappointing to read your review. You state that it was your fault that the gym closed. Well it wasn’t ours either. It was a a government mandated lockdown(s) - certainly out of our control. Do you think if we had a choice we would close?? When you signed for your membership, you are made fully aware that you commit to a minimum number of debits. We don’t charge our members when we are forced to shut. Rather we extend your minimum term until your minimum debit requirements are achieved. This was explained to you when you came in requesting to cancel - as it was when you joined and as stated on your membership agreement in big, bold print. Negative experience: Went to this gym 2 years when covid hit they closed down for 6 months and didn’t charge me. In October when they were taking bookings they decided to charge me, even though I wasn’t using their facility with no notification or email saying they were doing that. The gym fully reopened on the 22nd November 2020 in which I did receive that email saying they we’re reopening, anything after that is ok. However, by the time I confronted them about payments before fully reopening they simply didn’t care and said we did send notifications in which clearly I did not receive. I asked them to return my money for the time I did not use the facility they said no, “we did send out Notifications” which is total bs. They did not want to return my money for the time I didn’t use the facility, and didn’t care I was coming there for 2 years with no complaints and simply didn’t want to keep me or try and fix the issue…..even a discount would’ve been nice AT LEAST!! Some companies try and have an understanding of why you’re upset, this gym just didn’t care because they got what they wanted. Ill be lodging a complaint with the ACCC for the first time ever unless management calls back and refunds the money, ill even remove this bad review if they at least try, Its pretty unlawful and disgusting that they think they are allowed to do this. BE CAREFUL OF THESE SHARKS

Negative experience: Be wary of this place when it comes to their account management, was with them for a number of years, my card had expired on the direct debit, which the onus is on me to update, however, I chose to cancel because I wasn’t using the gym. This was one frustrating experience. They deploy the tactics where they will require you to go into the gym to cancel. They do claim not be able to cancel via email or over the phone, but will correspond with you quite easily via those methods to collect. Otherwise the gym and facilities themselves are of a good standard. Just their service post signing up is pretty ordinary, let alone if you choose to cancel.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. I’ve been a member for over ten years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. There is a great variety of classes and the instructors are all really professional and knowledgeable. The Ozone classes add that extra challenge and I love being able to track my progress. All staff and fellow members are friendly and super helpful and you never feel like a stranger. Come to the gym where everybody knows your name!

Positive experience: I had a one year membership there. Initially, I choose this place because it has a separate training room for women, that was low noise and had the music volume down (because I don’t enjoy the loud pumping music heard in most gyms). It was great for a while, as they only had 3 TVs on the wall, with only one of them on a low volume. I could bring my audio books and listen to them as I was working out. Then they brought in two more TVs, increased the volume of the music, and turned on the volume of several TVs too. It became a cacophony of sounds. We exercise to reduce stress, but noise from TVs playing at the same time as music just puts more stress on the body, so it’s counterproductive. Meanwhile, I had to stop my membership because I was in a car accident and could no longer go to the gym but I doubt I’ll return.

Positive experience: I have been a member of this gym for about 26 months. So I should have marked the place at 5 stars cause if I add up the costs for use of facilities, equipment, training and other support options it's a great deal. Staff are all friendly committed and professional. There are chiropractors on site and its easy to set member priced appointments. In my time here as a member I believe the management has demonstrated a willingness to maintain and build a strong performance based business. I moving on to Sydney hoping to find another similar situation. 'Go One"

Negative experience: My star rating reflects the service, NOT the amenities. Actual gym itself is great and there is great classes. I have been a loyal member for over 7 years now, I've never cancelled even when moving over seas. And for the last 6 months I have not used this gym due to location and never have I asked for any money back I am fully aware it is my obligation to pay for the service until cancelled. I am outside contract and now - wanting to cancel due to living 45 mins away on the other side of the city. I am expected to go into the franchise so the sale staff can talk me into staying. even though they CANNOT! You cannot email a cancellation as their email "doesn't work" yet the managers one does... Instead, I am allowed to email the manager directly, stating i wish to cancel. WITH A PROOF OF ADDRESS. This is a gym. Not an electricity contract. I am outside my contract therefor my on going membership is a bonus. Absolutely ridiculous policy followed by over the top sales managers. No need for snickering or a defensive tone when I was not calling to complain

Negative experience: Instructors are very nice. Management especially Kristy is very rude and condescending. Its a shame because it used to be a great place with the old management.

Negative experience: MOST UNACCOMMODATING, RUDE and APATHETIC staff we have encountered. Went inside this gym and asked the middle aged male staff kindly if my daugter (toddler) can use their toilet as she needs to pee badly. It was pouring hard outside and the public toilet was filthy (there were feces smears on the toilet seat) obviously i can't let my daugter sit on it. I don't think anyone in the right mind would! The staff rejected us told us only members can use their toilet. Then he turned his head away and said "you just have to put a toilet paper on top if it (toilet seat) and make do with it". Wow. Unbelievable. I can't believe how inconsiderate some people are these days.

Fantastic experience: I have had an amazing experience here. We signed up here and the manager was lovely, she showed us around, explained their policies and addressed any questions we had. In addition, we had a car accident, and our car took longer than usual for repair and so we had to keep extending our account to be suspended, the staff at this gym were super understanding of our situation and I have never experienced such a good service from a gym before. I also love their classes I find them really interactive and the trainers are super enthusiastic :) Membership is pretty reasonable priced.

Fantastic experience: Really warm welcome from management and staff when I enquired in person. 24/7, clean environment, friendly atmosphere, awesome instructors, great variety of classes (trying them all) and brand new renovations almost finished. Loving my time there so far the past month. Looking forward to more fitness adventures! Thank you One Health, keep up the great work!

Negative experience: OK, thanks for ripping me off! Signed up for year got a free personal training session, the trainer was to busy talking to people around him and looking at the time to even see if was doing the correct technique on the exercise. Though i'd try the classes and they were always getting cancelled. Service was the worst, the girl at the front desk was to busy doing her hair than to serve her customers, they were friendly when they signed me up...Time for a new gym! Don't bother...
