Fantastic experience: If you are looking to improve your overall health but have gym anxiety, you’ve been to the wrong gym. Jett’s Bundoora is a very friendly community. The machines are new and the group sessions are fun. Great for all ages.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Jetts Bundoora and have been amazed with the huge variety of machines and areas to plan my workouts. I love the fact it's 24/7 so I can go when it's convenient for me. The staff are so very welcoming and happy to answer any questions on equipment or just general help, which is awesome. The place is always super-clean and I love that they make a point of recommending everyone wipe down after using a machine or whatever - some places are really not so good with that side of things, but I appreciate Jetts doing it. I also like being able to sync my smartwatch to the machines as I work out - to personalise and keep track of how I'm going is so cool. Couldn't recommend it more highly tbh!!

Whether you're into cardio or strength training there's something for everyone here. It's a perfect place for both beginners and seasoned gym-goers alike. Special shoutout to Jesse. His dedication to keeping the gym in top-notch condition is evident in every aspect of the facility.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with new facilities as the place was just recently updated. If you're after a friendly community gym, this place is for you. It's not the biggest gym but it has everything you need to get it done. And if you have no idea what you're doing, Jesse and the team will take the time to help you.

Fantastic experience: Excellent compact gym with great equipment including a sled and a wide range of free weights. Lots of machines and tredmills etc for cardio. I came down to Victoria from NSW on an extended visit and Jesse the manager was extremely helpful and I was able to train without a problem. I will be using Jetts Bundoora on my future visits. Fantastic experience: I was quite nervous about joining a gym but I felt so comfortable by the welcoming staff and friendly members. They recently updated all their equipment and Josh one of the staff members run me through all the new machines I hadn't used before. Would highly recommend Jetts Bundoora to all new and experienced gym goers :)

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I've ever been to. Fully functional, clean, well maintained. I was in Aussie for a week and they were kind enough to give me a membership for that time. Having full access to the gym, I really enjoyed my time there and wish this was my everyday gym.I am from Singapore and Singapore never provides short-term memberships. Jett's has been a great help to there clients As a women,this gym is very good for ladies as well. The staff was very supportive, and I did not feel insecure or uncomfortable during my workout. All the equipment is new. I would like to thank the staff again for their welcome and guidance. Wishing Jetts all the success in the world.

Negative experience: We are Jetts member & visiting Melb for a week and advised by our Jetts PT in Sydney to keep going with exercise in this vacation as well. This Jetts is very clean and brand new. However, one of the staff (who mentioned he is the manager of this Jetts) interrupted our exercise 2 times in 45 min and mentioned that we can not talk to our PT over the phone. It was a big shock for us how a staff or a manager of a gym can be unprofessional with poor customer service. He mentioned that one of the members not happy to see us exercising online with our PT (who is a Jetts PT), and instead of validating that claim and explaining the gym environment, came to us 2 times and asked to not exercise online with our PT and mentioned that they don’t like the voice of our PT. While I disagreed and asked to talk to manager, this staff said I am the manager and after 3 times of my asking he said that he will go and find a manager to talk to me. Again he came back and asked me what he should tell to his manager . We really don’t understand this disreputable behaviour and asked him not to interrupt us again and we will talk after our session. After we finished instead of come and talk to us he turn around his head from us to complete his unacceptable behavior. I never come back to this Jetts and highly recommend everyone to think twice before they go there.

Fantastic experience: Good place to do your work out

Negative experience: How many ppl were told that the access pass was non-refundable even though their terms didn't state it? Their manager Jesse didn't respond to whether the access pass is a separate product, even it becomes a useless piece of plastic after canceling the membership. I'm a journalist collecting relevant information. Please share your experience.

Fantastic experience: For a gym, people look for the available facilities, variety of machines and how clean and maintained it is. Jetts Bundoora has it all but on top of that, it has a dedicated team! They make you feel committed to taking care of yourself and help you to keep going. I have been in this clean and modern gym for more than a year. I had to pause my membership for a few months and after that, I didn't return. But Jesse helped me to restart while he could just sit and enjoy the monthly subscription payments! He puts me on regular appointments to make me feel responsible for my body and health, as I believe he cares for every single member too. I am thankful for having him and his team in Jetts Bundoora.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for over 4 years and am a regular user. The facilities are clean and well maintained and have all the equipment I've needed as I've transitioned from general fitness exercise to weight training. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always eager to help, either on a simple query, or for detailed programming and nutrition advice. They also run classes and "challenges" from time to time to keep the training experience fresh and relevant. I can't really fault it in any way.

The staff are incredibly professional, well-educated and approachable. They are always welcoming you with a smile when you enter the space and offering their assistance to give you the best exercise experience possible. Positive experience: Andrew, Gabbie and Jessie are really friendly, helpful and welcoming. The gym has a good selection of aerobic equipment and weight bearing equipment. Being opened 24 hours is excellent, and the security access makes it very safe after hours. Loads of parking nearby. Piped music is modern and upbeat without being too intrusive. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is the floor space for stretching/yoga/warm up and down exercise is a little small, other than this its a great gym for exercising.

Fantastic experience: Came in to join today and even though it was no staff hours Gab took us through everything, made us feel at home, and gave us a great deal! Super keen to start training with Jetts Bundoora!
