Fantastic experience: 5 stars because they've got a kitchen section, with a fridge to chill your water in while you train

Fantastic experience: I just dropped by for 1 session because i was in holliday. The staff is absolutely lovely and great. The gym is clean and perfect.

Positive experience: Not a bad selection of machines and was tidy enough. Layout is a bit weird being split into 4 or 5 smaller rooms but I got my leg day done

Fantastic experience: Great venue, all the equipment you would need nicely laid out. Everything is always spotless clean and in good condition. Staff are all friendly and super helpful, plenty of parking too. Showers on site. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: The consultant who assisted me was knowledgeable and a good representative of the business. She took the time to call as soon as she was able to provide answers that required consultation with management. She always smiles and acknowledges me when I attend the gym.

Fantastic experience: The equipment here is fantastic, they have everything I need for my daily workouts. The managers are always very welcoming and helpful too! Whenever anything needs fixing or replaced they have been prompt in their actions. Would recommend

Negative experience: Be careful when signing a contract with these guys. Even on a direct debit membership (their "flexible" membership), they'll lie and say you can cancel whenever you want but in reality, there's a cancellation period where you are forced to continue paying. There should not be a reason for this to happen apart from the club wanting to milk as much money out of members as possible. The club is purely a money grab. Stay away from this gym and potentially other Anytime Fitness clubs as well.

Negative experience: My 17 year old daughter has spent 3 months endeavouring to cancel her membership. It has not been actioned despite many emails, because she did not compete a hard copy cancelation/feedback form, all the while debiting my account. Management don't seem to understand that an email is a legal method of communication. Having to come in a complete their form should not be an excuse not to action her cancellation. This is just a money trap and poor business practice, especially since it involves a minor.

Fantastic experience: Great gym friendly staff

Negative experience: When you cancel your membership, they will give you a long cooling-off period(mandatory), which means they will still deduct your money even if you have stated clearly that you will not go back in the next few weeks. I don't really care about the money, but I just don't like this feeling. I left anytime-fitness and rejoined it previously, but that is the first time I got this cooling-off period. I will not join Unley Antime fitness again.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed in Anytime Fitness Unley. I have been a loyal client for a number of years. Several months ago I received an ankle injury which has kept me off my feet. They allowed me to put my membership on freeze for 3 months. After seeing my surgeon, I am still not able to come back for quite some time. They were going to make me pay even though i couldnt go, so I have to cancel my membership. Now they are making me pay one full month (even though they still know i am not able to come back) before they will cancel my membership. You would think, after all the years i have been a customer, they would do better. It's not about the clients at all. It's all about the money. No compassion at all by their Manager Kristen of the situation. I would not recommend Anytime Fitness Unley.

Negative experience: Update- Gym seems neglected. The management should audit the machines regularly and get them fixed or labeled if broken.

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness Unley is somewhere that I would advocate anyone wanting to partner with a gym to join. The facilities are extensive for any type of gym work out, there is plenty of space so even in peak times there is never a “cramped, sardine in a can feeling” and lots of easy and available car parking even when it’s busy to walk right in. Moreover, the team of Georgie and Sienna are wonderful with all members across every age range – they are always willing to help out, offer assistance or explanations and are extremely approachable with any help needed. They keep the place spotless and are always offer a friendly welcome when you arrive. The perfect place to work out; I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

Positive experience: It's a pretty 24-hour good gym with a decent selection of machines. Fees are a bit high compared with some budget options but you get the choice of using any of the gyms are the country, which is good if you travel. Not many classes available though, so that could be improved.

Fantastic experience: Not too big not too small. Nicely equipped.

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness is my preferred gym. I’ve been working out since I was 13 so I’ve got 36 years of gym visits to make that call. Now my kids are older they’re members too. My job takes me away from home all the time and I can go to an Anytime Fitness anywhere in the world 24/7. I love Anytime Fitness and Unley is my preferred gym when I’m back in Adelaide. The equipment is always working, the change rooms and toilets are clean and the staff are great!

Positive experience: For the size of the building, there's plenty to pick. I just don't like banging my head on the ceiling from using the stair walker due to the low ceilings downstairs. Otherwise, great for a general workout.

Fantastic experience: Nice gym that delivers everything that you would expect from an Anytime Fitness. Facilities are well maintained and usually spotless, and I never have a problem with crowding when I go (early mornings or late evenings). It is well staffed and I feel that if I had questions or concerns they would be heard and addressed. I'd like to see some heavier kettlebells added, but otherwise everything there is A+!

Fantastic experience: Good management is the key to running a club. Rachel, the club manager, truly cares about her club members and ensures they're safe and respected. I value Anytime Fitness Unley team so much for their support and hard work.

Negative experience: I've taken over contract from anytime fitness Findon with 6 months fixed term left. Then I move to Unley, 6 months later I wanted to suspend my membership and they said that I've taken over is other members rate, not fixed term and still let me to pay for the rest. Then I moved to Mile end, I used mile end branch for 3 months, but my member ship still locked in Unley. What dodgy staff. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. This gym is generally pretty quiet and so there is always space to train. More than enough treadmills.

Positive experience: Management, please open the windows a little to vent out the sweaty bad smells. The aircon turns the same bad smell round, and round, and round... Edited July 2020: Thank you to staff for maintaining this practice, with the added benefit that a through-put of fresh air is one of the best practices for removing airborne respirated droplets, potentially containing coronavirus.
