Fantastic experience: Such a great atmosphere here. Everyone is not just welcomed, but actively encouraged to bring their whole self and chase after their goals in their own way. Alpha have also got the best coaches in the industry for a variety of weight training disciplines. That’s not by accident, it’s because the owners are some of the best lifters and coaches and know what their members need.

Fantastic experience: Best gym you could possibly be at if you're a serious powerlifter or Olympic lifter. wouldn't reccomend if you're into just cardio or a light and easy gym with air con and a lot of mirrors! the place is fun, friendly, but the focus is on shifting heavy tin and supporting each other. Chris and the team are outstanding coaches, the members are lovely, funny and welcoming. the gym just under went a huge upgrade, heaps of top of the line equipment, racks and free weights. if you're a competitive powerlifter, this is the gym for you. highly, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place, the people and environment are great. It’s an incredibly welcoming community with coaches who are incredibly experienced, helpful and friendly. If you are looking to start powerlifting or looking for general fitness, Alpha is absolutely the greatest choice!

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing gym - the people, the environment, the equipment. The people are so supportive and makes it easier to push yourself/hit PB's. I live 45 minutes away and I still go here to train because it's just an amazing gym.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I participated at a NSW State Qualifier powerlifting competition at Alpha Athletes. It was one of the most well run competitions I have ever attended. The support was second to none and the atmosphere was electric. I am a member of this gym and was very impressed by the way the guys reorganised the gym and set it up for the competition. There was plenty of equipment available for everyone to warm up in a timely manner. The MC was good, jovial and kept things moving along. Overall a very positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Alpha Athletes for almost two years, and I could not recommend this gym more highly! I don't even live in the area anymore, but still travel just to train here. The staff and community are so incredibly friendly, supportive and welcoming. It's a fantastic place to train, regardless of your goals or experience, with a team of coaches that really know their stuff and will go the extra mile for you and your goals.

Fantastic experience: Good equipment, good vibes, goodest doggos - what more could you want?

Negative experience: It's disappointing that after a number of emails (3 to be exact) more than sufficient notice and strict compliance with this gyms terms and conditions. My bank account was overdrawn this evening (19/9) after I sort to cancel my membership. On Tuesday night (13/09) I tore my Achilles and am going into surgery on Wednesday. This is not something I want to have to deal with. I have heard of gyms giving you the run around when you want to cancel your membership (I've heard this being done at ff) but has never happened to me personally. I am extremely disappointed with what I thought would a gym that unique and connected to its community. The communication problems have exteeded beyond me trying to cancel my membership. I have noticed aside from signing you up. The membership support is non-existent.

Fantastic experience: Have been training with Chris for a little over 3 years now. Always super supportive, the facility is amazing with all the best equipment, the community is friendly and there's always a good vibe in the gym. Wouldn't train anywhere else!

The trainers are knowledgeable, the other members are friendly and supportive, all the equipment you could ever need, and the whole vibe is unlike any other. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone- beginner to experienced athlete.

Fantastic experience: I started at Alpha last year with coach Chris online and in person. I found it to be a very welcoming environment, excellent culture, and really wide range expertise from the staff. Very helpful over the lockdown and really accommodating to my lifestyle. Large gym floor and plenty of equipment, highly recommend for any experience level, Alpha is easily the best gym I have attended.

Fantastic experience: Alpha Athletes has such a supportive community, everyone is there to cheer each other on when hitting goals and PBs. And it’s dog friendly! Chris is great coach with an amazing critical eye in powerlifting.

Fantastic experience: Chris the owner and head coach is an absolute expert at what he does. Catering to high level athletes but also general population as well , you really can't find anything in that area that will match the level of care and attention to detail you will get at Alpha. The facilities are top notch whether you're an elite powerlifter, Olympic lifter or if you just need to get started and have never stepped foot in the gym. Fantastic experience: I could not speak highly enough about Alpha Athletes and the owner Chris Aslan. Since starting training in February at Alpha, both my technique strength and knowledge have increased dramatically. Chris always has good feedback for your sets, and he presents his feedback in a way that he thinks you will understand the best. However the thing I love the most about Alpha is the community. In most gyms, nobody cares about your PBs or milestones, but at Alpha everybody supports you and pushes you to be your best, even when you dont feel like it. Best gym in the inner west!

Fantastic experience: I used Alpha's services for both my own personal physical development and for the physical development of our children and I cannot reccomend Alpha Athletes highly enough. The vast knowledge of their Exercise Physiologists produced an exeptional result for my personal body composition and strength goals a well as teach our kids how to move well, leading to clear improvements in their strength and speed in sport as well as concentration levels at school. We are incredibly happy with their service and will continue to work with Alpha for our physical development goals.

Fantastic experience: This is a well equipped facility and the head coach/Exercise Physiologist really knows his stuff. He will help you get the goals you are after from programming to one on one coaching, group sessions and even nutritional support. I highly recommend these guys at alpha athletes
