Plus Fitness 24/7 Five Dock

Fantastic experience: They are only a small gym but they have everything you need and definitely make it work. The equipment is very well maintained and the clientele are quite pleasant. Never had a bad experience at this Plus. I'll be back again whenever I'm in the area.

Fantastic experience: Every single person I've met there has been fun, outgoing and friendly, including the Owner who I often see training (and cleaning up after others - especially during the non-staffed hours). The staff are amazing and always doing everything in their power to keep the gym clean and tidy. The trainers are great and always having some kind of fun with their clients - hearing laughter in a gym is so refreshing. Highly recommend.

A welcoming kind of place where people say hi when you walk in. Staff are helpful and friendly. Equipment is well maintained and upgraded regularly.

Fantastic experience: This is one of my favourite gyms, and one of the best experiences I've had as a customer. I really enjoy the friendly greeting by staff upon entry and their willingness to assist, answer my questions and go above and beyond to help out. The staff have always remembered my name, impressively, from my first visit even though back then I was not consistent with my training and was only visiting sporadically. The staff have always been caring towards my needs and followed up on things that I have casually mentioned, or gone above and beyond to explain things to me I didn't understand. Those little details matter. From the moment I walked in I knew it was the gym for me - clean, the right equipment and somewhere I could feel comfortable. Ever since, the staff and facilities have continued to impress me. I work nearby and had a membership for 18 months, with some of that being through COVID. Even with the restrictions that have come with COVID, it has been such a smooth run and the gym staff have really helped me stay focused and assisted in me achieving my health and fitness goals. It is convenience, atmosphere and comfort all rolled into one - it's a place I am proud to go to for my daily workout fix! Thank you Plus Fitness Five Dock!

Fantastic experience: I love the vibe and helpful staff at Five Dock. In 4 month I have lost a lot of weight. I Also Love the great music while working out at the gym. I gave it 5 stars because I achieved a lot since I started 4 months ago.

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing gym..never to much full of people and all the equipments are clean...no sound from outside and a very beautiful place for work out...and I want to thanks the lovely lady that helped us yesterday night 17.04..she was wonderful from the first time that we put our first step in..I don't know her name but if the world will be full of people like her will be a better place,you can see that she likes her job and she is always willing to help anyone!!!
