Fantastic experience: I was never been able to stick with going to the gym or any exercise routine until I came here. The guys at CFB have created a really welcoming and supportive community that makes getting fit fun and easy. The coaches are all really knowledgeable, attentive and committed to helping everyone improve no matter what level they are at. Can't recommend these guys enough. Thanks CFB, YOU ROCK!!

A great, supportive crew to train with and there are scaling options for all fitness levels. The coaches are engaging and helpful, correcting technique when needed. Always left the gym sweaty and smiling.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I chose Crossfit Ballina as the place to reinvigorate my fitness journey. The coaches are friendly and approachable and have made my return to fitness an easy and enjoyable one. I was really impressed by the thorough one on one sessions I had with Holly and Lindsay to ensure I was ready for group training. Lindsey, Ehren and the rest of the coaches have created a community spirit at Crossfit Ballina that I am proud to be part of.

Fantastic experience: Been in the area for a couple of months travelling/working and wanted a CrossFit gym to go to with the girlfriend. Ballina is brilliant. I’ve been to quite a few gyms in the UK and Australia but this is one of my favourites. Excellent sense of community, high quality coaching and scaling support if needed, plus the big win for us was the effort Ehren went to introduce us. Not just once, but repeatedly, to ensure we felt very welcome. Thanks folks.

Fantastic experience: My favorite place to work out. Let's face it my only place.

Positive experience: I was looking for somewhere in Ballina with some members who train the powerlifts and strongman HARD! So far I've been to every gym but despite seeing tons of guys in rugby and league team uniforms I've seen barely anyone squatting on deadlifting more than bodyweight. My partner met Sarah one of the PT's at cross fit and Sarah competes in strongwoman so we Knew she trained hard. Everyone we met during our visit were absolutely lovely, the Head Coach took the time to come and chat. I highly recommend crossfit Ballina to anyone Interested In learning the Olympic Lifts and who prefers to workout in a group with a coach. I cannot do the Olympic lifts due to cerebral palsy and i am more of a headphones and go into myself kind of lifter, but I love to look around and SEE people around me training hard. All round a great setup with great people. Highly recommend a tour and a chat.

If someone is finding a workout challenging, the whole group will get behind them and cheer them through, it's a fantastic atmosphere whith expert Coaches and a diverse group of members from 14-74 years of age and all different walks of life
