Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness at Blackwood is one of the friendliness gyms I have ever been a member of. Brooke and Sienna always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They keep the gym looking amazingly clean and tidy. All the little extras they provide (like monthly challenges, personal care items, and member bonus gifts on special days during the year) make them stand out from everyone. The trainers (Garry, Shane, Ahmed, Brit, and Jay) provide fantastic advise on any questions you have and the classes are great & full of energy. I would definitely recommend the gym to anybody looking to join in the area. You certainly will enjoy the experience. Mark Nolan

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Blackwood AF for nearly a decade. It’s quiet, clean, uncrowded, roomy with extensive, well maintained equipment. BAF is superbly run under Brooke and Sienna. Both are professional & friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. :) This is what sets it apart from many other gyms i have trained at. Highly recommend! :)

Negative experience: First day back at the gym in 2 years after an illness, left the leg press to go get a paper towel, was gone for 10 seconds and had a trainer pickup my towel and throw it so they and another trainer could take workout pictures, I left, felt very uncomfortable. To the trainer, don't touch peoples property. Edit, no you watched me use the machine and the towel was next to it, I was gone for 10 seconds max, you didn't put the towel in lost property, you threw it in the corner of the wall. Good job taking responsibility

Negative experience: this gym has got to be one of the worst gyms I have ever been to I'm sorry. I have a friend that goes there and he was getting bullied during his workout. he has switched gyms because of it. it is a clean gym however but the staff aren't friendly I'm afraid.

Negative experience: Shocking customer service. Don’t make an appointment as the ‘manager’ (Brooke) doesn’t honour them and then gaslights you about the whole process.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend Anytime Fitness if they were the last gym left in Adelaide. Wanted to cancel and was told I had to pay a $287 cancellation fee and, after paying, was then told they’d still be taking out the weekly debit. Really guys?

Fantastic experience: Clean and easy to access gym. Great to have 24/7 option. Staff are friendly and equip is well serviced. Parking can be tricky in the centre at dinner time, particularly on Friday and Sunday night.

Negative experience: Brought my membership at 530pm the night before, was told it would only take an hour for my key(FOB) to activate, 530am arrived and the key doesn't work!!!. This is really annoying as I work long hours struggle to get anywhere before 6pm. Not off to a good start!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: So, I have moved to a few gyms around the south of adelaide, and recently decided to try Blackwood. Boy, was I in for a permanent discovery. I initially started at Mitchell Park, but with their outdated machines, I wanted something newer, I tried Glenelg, but their exercise tracking equipment and user interface was too updated for me. I was after simple. So i tried Blackwood. It was/is perfect. The machines are just updated enough to be modern, they are well spaced, their floors are always very clean, their machines well looked after, their staff nice too. Their parking is ample, as is their amenities. They have a few showers and toilets, plenty of space to store your belongings while working out too. I continue to discover new pieces of equipment I didnt know existed here. They have created a functional layout that takes in account personal space and room to work out as intended. This is now my home gym. No regrets.

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym, although expensive, but let's you use the Anytime Fitness gyms all around Australia. Great staff at this location, equipment works, always clean. I would love clocks with a second hand, though, or a digital clock.
