Fantastic experience: I always enjoying working out at F Fitness. There are lots of spaces and various zones (including women's only) allowing you a great range of variety. The staff are friendly and there's a range of classes, PT options, pool, sauna etc. It's all here. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: 2 gyms you get to use. I live bang in the middle. Plus F-fitness gives you plenty of room and the best equipment I’ve used in 30 years of lifting weights.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym, the environment, atmosphere. Love how it's 24/7 I can train around my schedule and with my friends. Best bunch of PTs and exercise Physiologist around all so supportive and full of information. Music pumping is always good. All around great place. Helped me to stay consistent and on track and to reach goals ive set for myself and keep motivated. I've lost over 30kg since October 23' and now starting to feel stronger mentally and physically. Even my kids love coming and getting into fitness now.

Fantastic experience: Loads of space, loads of equipment, great gym. I have heard it gets busy, but if you have the flexibility to find a quiet time and make it a routine, you will get through your workout without any problems. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Got a membership a couple weeks ago and the guy who served us had so much energy even at almost 8pm, got a tour and there was alot of equipment have been back a few times since and hasn't been super busy to the point I haven't been able to do my workout very happy with my membership

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Largest range of equipment I've seen (you'd be hard pressed not find what you're looking for). Well layed out and so far has never felt too busy. Great atmosphere and staff. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Music in gym is much too loud. In the few months I've been going, I've only seen one person who hasn't brought their own music. You have to turn your device up to top volume to drown it out, which is very harmful to your hearing. Gyms in the US are currently being sued by clients for hearing loss because of this. No-one wants to listen to your music. Forcing us to do so is a form of torture under the Geneva Convention. I refer to your gym as Guantanimo Bay. Your gym is otherwise very good but I only force myself to go because I paid a year in advance. Would it kill you to at least turn the volume down?

Fantastic experience: F-fitness Goonellabah is such am amazing gym, the equipment is top quality and the staff are as well. I enjoy going every day and seeing all the friendly faces and the staff are always really to help put when needed. There is an big women's only section that has everything you need. They offer a big range of group fitness classes as well. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Negative experience: I joined F-fitness in November 2022 after they opened up their Goonellabah location because they offered a great Group Fitness schedule that I enjoyed and they even advertised that they would increase their Group Fitness schedule at that time. Since, F-fitness has cancelled all of the Les Mills Program plus Pilates. Some other random classes have popped up, but nothing that can fit in the Bodybalance and Pilates category. I am disappointed because this was the reason that I committed for a year. I have spoken to the manager but he wouldn't offer a refund. If you are into gentle Group Fitness and Les Mills, this gym is not for you! The exercise equipment and the location is probably great but that is nothing I am interested in and I cannot comment on it.
