Fantastic experience: I go to plus fitness as my local Jim for My regular workout once a week thanks to My brother who has a good mate of his Who he’s known for a few years now she works At my local Gym and she now is my personal trainer and my little mate Nat she is a great Person to train with apart from the clients And stuff that walk through the door Every day of week whoever signs up or Decides to join and starts training at this Gym won’t regret it you will be greeted with a Warm Welcome and friendly atmosphere And the best part is you get to meet our mate Nat i train with some of the other guys as well But I think that once you train with Nat you’ll See why Personally speak so highly of her And why she is so popular amongst her Colleagues and friends she’s happy and Loves to help others when she can and always Takes a personal interest in you and others She trains with and she makes training fun for you not boring so when you get there Just ask for Nat and tell her Sione sent me

Fantastic experience: From the moment we arrived my daughter and l were greeted with a smile and pleasantly addressed by the staff regarding our inquiries to membership, the personnel trainer Natalie was fantastic in giving us an insight about the gym and the inclusion of joining plus fitness as well as some sessions with her to get us started. Thank you Natalie both my daughter Anna and I are loving coming to the gym and getting our workouts done together.

Fantastic experience: I come to visit a relative who lives around the neighborhood from overseas. I am that kind of person who still works out even on vacation. So I am desperate to find a gym that can meet my needs without paying for membership. Well, I have to say I am really impressed by this little GEM even though I have been spoiled by my hometown gym which is a lot bigger. I usually do body resistance, strength training, high intensity cardio and yoga. And I use different weights for different muscle groups. In other words I am very picky when it comes to training. I am glad they have free weights dumbbells and barbells from tiny weights for small muscle groups to heavy weights. Lots of personal space, yoga room, cycling room and place for cool down and stretching. I can find everything I need. The staffs are also very friendly. The gym is not too crowded so I don’t have to wait for a long time for my turn to use equipments. And it is clean including the bathroom because I work in the medical field I pay a lot of attention to the cleanliness. Overall I am very happy I have found this little but mighty GEM in the neighborhood and definitely will return when visit next time. The only downside for me is it is a little further away from public transport but lots of parking space if you drive. This is the update from previous review that I made a year ago. I recently returned to Sydney for my annual family reunion. Almost changed the rating to 4 stars after first trip back to the gym. There’s nothing wrong with the space and equipments I like. It is the bathroom/toilet issue. It was a Saturday when I returned first day. Restroom was kind of messy, out of toilet paper and with strong odors. All these problems can be easily solved by changing air fresheners more frequently, stocking extra couple of bathroom tissues and having staffs check restrooms more diligently. It is kind of inconvenient for ladies when out of toilet paper . Hopefully the owner can see the updated review and correct the problem. Overall I would still recommend this place for gym enthusiasts.

Fantastic experience: A gem in the local community, and a place where I have had a great time. I do think there can be improvements to the equipment, and more weights / racks, but everything is there and you can definitely get a good workout.

Fantastic experience: Enjoy this gym over other ones even though it's smaller than other PF centres. Plenty of parking available. Only negative IMO is the air-conditioning needs be improved

Fantastic experience: The gym has great use of space, equipment is well maintained and has everything you need for all kinds of workouts. Temperature control is well maintained at a comfortable level at all times throughout the year and the convenience of 24/7 opening hours makes this a great place to workout no matter what your work schedule is like. Management have been fantasic in regards to resolving any issues I have had, going above and beyond to put the customer first. I would give this gym more stars if I could I have had a such a great expereince training here.

Negative experience: Very poor kept and low quality equipment, cramped space, open locker space and almost zero staff for customer service. The phone is hardly answered. Location is also not good. My experience overall has been very bad and disappointing. A big mistake to join this below-par setup. Dear owner, please go check your email records. I was stuck overseas for 4 months due to travel restrictions and your admin staff for me to come in person to cancel my membership. I did not stoop low, but perhaps you should train your staff better or revise your business practices. My review was about my bad exprience. Instead of blaming me, raise your level of services.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for gym environment and friendly staff but new personal trainer His name is Jason I guess he is not a good guy. Money hungry and lack of professionalism, he doesn't not have sense how to talk with someone he doesn't know. So before learning PT he should have learned some manners. Ann was way better than him so Jason is highly not recommended and I have already warned my social circle who are about to contact him for personal training.

Negative experience: Became a member and tried multiple time to cancel the membership. Went there two days and no one was there. They can not cancel your membership over phone.

Fantastic experience: Out of all the gyms I have been to in my past, may I say Plus Fitness Kingsgrove has got to be the best I have been too. The facility is very spacious, making training sessions comfortable. In addition, the equipment used in the gym are quite various numbers allowing for various workouts to be done. The gym in general is real clean, always kept in immaculate condition such as weights being neatly placed in the racks, bathrooms kept clean etc. Also the staff members are super friendly, welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend this gym!

Positive experience: It is a well equipped gym with new equipme t. Pretty large and spacious. There is a drawback to the location. If you gym at night and there is no one else around, it is very creepy as it looks over a dark park and located in a quiet factory area.

Fantastic experience: I've been a plus fitness member for quite some time so I've trained at a number of different plus fitness locations. Kingsgrove is my new favourite because they have a cross-training section, unique machines that other gyms don't have, their on-demand class has a lot of room, the bathrooms are always clean and the members that train at the gym are respectful of each other's space, tidy and friendly. It's also a short walk from Kingsgrove & Beverly Hills station. And when I'm training later in the evening, there's plenty of parking space (never waste time looking for parking). The staff are heaps cool and easy going.

Fantastic experience: It's so good to find a 24 hour gym that is of a decent size in the St George area! Even when I've been during busy hours, there's been enough equipment available to ensure my workout is continuous and I'm not waiting around to complete it. Staff have been great and more than willing to assist me when I've spoken to them. The virtual classes are actually great! Being a uni student makes it hard to ensure I get to classes that are strictly timetabled. The freedom of these classes means I can be flexible with my workouts especially around exam time! Really enjoying being a member of this gym! Would definitely recommend you have a look!
