Positive experience: Great gym and great range of high quality equipment! Only downside is on weekends there tends to be no aircon on which makes for a very hot workout on some days even with the fans on! Please leave the aircon on weekends fitness factory!

Fantastic experience: Positively helped my physical and mental health. The staff are absolutely fantastic, welcoming, inclusive, encouraging and extremely knowledgeable. The community of people are amazing, I feel a sense of belonging. Facilities are incredible. Creche and sauna are a massive plus. I highly recommend the classes as they have helped me achieve my goals faster than any other activity I have tried. Prices are more affordable than any other gym around. Perfect for beginners and seasoned athletes. Sign up! You will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Fitness Factory since it opened and I recommend anyone who lives in the area to sign up! Despite being a gym it has a community feel about it, the staff and members are polite and friendly and will assist you with any enquiries you have. Their membership fees are fantastic for the access and services they provide. The facilities and equipment are well maintained and clean and the group fitness classes are really enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: I moved to Adl 8 months ago and knew no one / had no family or friends here, attending gym classes at FFHC Lightsview has allowed me to develop friendships with a group of supportive and encouraging people. The classes are fun and functional and the trainers are diligent, interested and responsive. The equipment is new and works well and the price is really economic compared with other group training centres. There is always something happening and the staff have organised it in such a way to promote inclusion and a sense of community.

Fantastic experience: I'm rarely impressed with most Gyms but this one is awesome. Firstly has great and modern Panatta gym equipment, plenty of equipment and well spaced apart. The very affordable membership fee includes 24 hour access, group classes and sauna. Has on-site parking that usually has free spaces. Overall a great gym worth joining!

Fantastic experience: Fitness Factory is truly the best gym I have ever been to! I feel it covers everyone’s needs no matter what you are looking to achieve. For me it was shedding some postpartum weight and getting some strength back and they have helped me immensely! The crèche is included as part of membership and the ladies that run it are amazing. The group fitness classes are so much fun and the trainers structure them so well! Everyone is always super friendly and the small price you pay for membership is beyond worth it for the service they provide!

Fantastic experience: I am not a big fan of gyms, but this one caught me since the first visit and couple of free classes I tried. I joined 4 months ago and it has been the best I have done for me this year. Facilities are great and clean. Instructors are also amazing. They challenge you the right amount without screaming/ yelling at you to do more (something I completely dislike from some other places and style of classes). I enjoy every style of class at my own peace and have never felt judged or anything similar. I do morning classes and I am a creche user. The creche staff are lovely and my girls have a great time there. Besides the physical benefits you could get from working out consistently, I have greatly improved my energy levels (main reason I decided to join), mental health and confidence. No regrets at all. Communication has always been good with me. I have no complaints about management at all. It is a bit more expensive than other places perhaps, but for it is worth it. I highly recommend to check it out.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how welcoming & approachable the staff & other members are. The facilities are always clean and well maintained and every class is a challenge. Highly recommended!

Everyone around is so lovely and the staff is so warm and welcoming. My trainer Samii was a significant part of my weight loss journey! It’s so close to home that I just walk there.. it offers GREAAAATTT amount of group classes that are covered in your membership.. this gym is the place where my life got changed and it will always be so special.. I highly highly recommend this to everyone <3

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Fitness Factory Lightsview. Everyone is so friendly, the facilities are amazing and it just has such a warm atmosphere. My kids also love the creché. I look forward to attending my weekly yoga classes, all the instructors are warm, inviting and knowledgeable. It would also be remiss of me not to commend the flexibility and community spirit they created during the Covid lockdowns. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Get charged for late fees when, when its not even late cause the app can't take money out told the staff they know about it but won't do anything to sort it

Negative experience: The worst gym you can possibly go to, the staff have no respect got told im lying for getting charged got promised a refund from the other staff and call didnt get either of them There are so many hidden fees that they dont tell you
