Fantastic experience: Nina and Drew have created a great community through a great network of trainers. Support through challenges has been excellent with info sessions and tips shared to the group. I’ve gone from hating the gym to attending twice a day within a year thanks to the awesome team here

Fantastic experience: Don’t be scared about giving F45 a go - it’s not just for fit people. When I started I hadn’t done any form of activity for about 7 years. The Newstead club has incredible coaches that are always happy to support with sharing their knowledge, and motivating and/or pushing you during your workouts. The owners are lovely, live their values and have created a beautiful community.

Fantastic experience: Love the classes, every day you get to do different exercises so you don't get bored of training. It's also a great way to burn around 700 calories in 45 minutes. I used to spend hours in a gym but didn't train with the same intensity as you do in a F45 class. Plenty of options for session times throughout the day so there is no excuse for not attending. The staff are fantastic too and keep you motivated throughout the session! Saturday sessions can get booked up very quickly so if you are keen to do a session then, book well in advance.

Fantastic experience: I’m quite introverted and don’t have ‘goals’ I just wanted somewhere to go to do some functional training but don’t have many days a week free. Being able to find a membership that could be personalised to suit was great. I did a seven days for $7 trial which was perfect as I was so unsure of group training. What I found was a place that allows you to run your own race without craziness - just nice people doing their thing and minding their own business. No ‘look at me’ types and I am really enjoying the feeling of being welcomed when I walk in with a little laugh along the way. Bonus is that it’s right across the road so no excuses for not being there!

Fantastic experience: This is a really friendly F45 club with supportive instructors, responsive admin and membership support, good class availability and despite its location, good parking nearby. I’ve just finished a week long trial and have signed up for the 8 week challenge and a 6 month membership. I wish I had signed up ages ago.

They really get to know you and give you that extra motivation during a session so you can really get the most out of it. Fantastic experience: Great training format, worth every cent. Super friendly trainers, owners and atmosphere. I was nervous to begin with that I would not be fit enough for F45 but the trainers gave me alternatives until my strength and fitness improved and the people I trained along with gave so much encouragement. Genuinely recommend!!!

The team of trainers are incredibly welcoming and have set a huge standard for inclusivity and support. I’m enjoying the ease of the F45 apps which allow me to book all my classes and prep all my challenges meals. The vegetarian meals are my favourite!!

Fantastic experience: I had never done any type of high intensity training and was quite nervous/hesitant before starting. The trainers have made every single training lesson fun and are SO lovely/helpful/motivational I feel like I can commit for the long term! So happy I signed up!!!

Fantastic experience: I love it! I was in a rut not exercising and not feeling my best. F45 has changed that and I love getting up early in the morning and doing a class. My fitness has improved and feeling stronger each session. Starting to see results after 3 weeks and thinking of signing up for the 8 week challenge . Friendly people, positive and encouraging. The trainers are lovely and make sure I’m getting the best out of each session and assist with my form, and which was pretty poor when I started . I’m addicted! Thanks guys! X

Fantastic experience: Love love love! Been training here for almost 4 weeks and it’s the most I’ve ever attended a gym! The trainers are down to earth, motivating & helpful. Yes it’s a bit more expensive than your average gym, but you have 2-3 trainers at every session who are there to not only push you, but correct your form if required. The environment is super fun! Highly recommended!

All the trainers are extremely motivating, helpful with making sure you do the exercises correctly so you don't hurt yourself and most of all friendly and supportive. Everyone who attends these classes are also very friendly, I'm extremely addicted and will keep going.

Fantastic experience: I have had an amazing experience with f45 Newstead so far, I had a surgery a few months ago and the staff have been so helpful in giving me alternative workouts to ensure I don't hurt myself. The energy in the gym is awesome and keeps you pumped the whole 45min through. I would recommend to any shape and size person.

Fantastic experience: Hard work but lots of fun. People of all shapes, sizes and fitness level comprise this gym but the support recieved from the trainers and community helps you get through the tough routines. I easily burn 700 calories a session!

Fantastic experience: I decided to join F45 to lose a little weight and get toned before my wedding and honeymoon, and am already extremely pleased with my results. I am only 5 weeks into my F45 training and can visibly see a change in my body and am feeling stronger and more energetic then I have felt in a long time. I find that I look forward to my F45 classes and do not have to force myself to go. I will definitely continue going after my wedding :)

Fantastic experience: Edit: I joined at the start of an 8 week challenge. I started out at 168kg and lost 13kg in just 8 weeks! At the beginning, I was only able to do one session a week due to my fitness. From there I tried to add an extra session each week. Even with so few sessions early on I was still able to see massive results By the end of the 8 weeks I am up to doing 4 sessions a week comfortably and leaving my self open to a 5th. I still have a long way to go to undo the damage of years of unhealthy habits but I know I will be able to reach my goal with F45. My result is a testament to what you can achieve following their program and with the support of the brilliant trainers they have. Brilliant gym. The staff are friendly and always happy to assist. I am very unfit and was concerned with how things might go. My worries were for nothing, the staff and fellow trainers have been welcoming and accommodating. Ive already noticed a boost in energy and weight loss with in my first three weeks. With each class having different exercises it keeps it fresh and interesting so you are less likely to start feeling bored with your work out. I will keep going back until I reach my goals and then some.
