Fantastic experience: Great place
Thanks for the 5 stars
Negative experience: that gym struggles with proper ventilation, leading to a noticeable lack of fresh air during workouts. The air feels heavy, and it’s harder to breathe, especially during intense exercises.
Negative experience: Very noisy and very very loud music I use ear buds to cancel the music noise but still get the noise pollution.Gives me a headache after work out.also very hard to find parking.
Negative experience: Terrible experience after spending a 3-month vacation in Sydney and returning to Europe since I live there. which I registered only for those 3 months and I let the person at the gym who makes the registrations know, I still had 3 more months left over and a year and a half later they gave me a discount of 100 dollars for no reason. I made the claim and they only gave excuses and did not return the money knowing that I never returned to that gym
Hi Erika, We are sorry you feel let down by us, however as per email communications as we were not able call you to discuss the matter, our membership is a ongoing debit until you submit a cancellation form, we do charge for "per use", the membership debits whether you use the gym or not, if you moved away from the country and you contacted us we would've been able to cancel your membership earlier. There was unfortunately no communication from yourself until recently. We are sorry you feel this way, but we simply cannot refund based on the argument of "no gym use".

Negative experience: Gym etiquette is non-existent here, weights and equipment are never put back. Wiping down equipment....zero. Disgusting and disappointing.
Negative experience: The way they explain the rules to people is definitely very bad For this, they need to learn how to build relationships with people instead of getting a membershipI want to end my membership, the employee says I'm cleaning in half an hour ♂️ It's easy to get a membership, the important thing is to keep it there.
Negative experience: Decent equipment but I pay for an adult membership with only youth hours (when staffed) and access to only my home gym. Even though I still pay for an adult membership whjle other plus fitnesses offer youth discount. If convenient, I would recommend wiley park or Campsie as they both have youth membership pricing along with 24/7 access and no restrictions to gyms.

We too recommend for any 14 -15 Youth members who want a discount to join another Plus Fitness as we here at Plus Fitness Belmore take a higher standard, we have had Youth members on discount who consistently disturb other members, and consistently breach security protocols so we took a stance, and by increasing our prices. Higher Prices means higher quality members who don't breach our security protocols. We want to ensure our members are happy and not disturbed by high school members when they train at Belmore. Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area by far! Great equipment, great staff, love training here , the vibe is great everyone is super friendly , never to crowded ,it’s very clean. A perfect gym to train in , and also has some of the best personal trainers in the industry !!

Fantastic experience: great place to be, whether you starting gym for the first time or coming back to exercise after a long break. The staffs r friendly and caring, the members are nice and helpful. If you are into fancy and glamorous new gym equipments to take some photos and call it a day maybe this isn't the right place for u. But if you want a REAL gym they've got all you need.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD…. Unless you want to be harassed for changing your gym membership to a competitor steer clear away from this gym. I would like to report the appalling behaviour of Peter the owner of Belmore plus fitness he has been harassing me as an ex-member of plus fitness for a while now because I had moved gyms to a competitor and continues to be an absolute disrespectful human to ex members whenever he gets the chance. I would like to speak to head office about this. This has to stop immediately and he should be punished for his appalling behaviour. I have evidence, proof and witnesses to back all my allegations. If nothing is done I will raise the matter further. Absolutely disgusting behaviour…
Hi Mohammad, Thank you for your feedback, we never have and never will harass our ex-members, we are not sure why you are upset when we requested you to move your car as it was blocking our driveway, we need our driveway free today as we are unloading heavy scaffolding. Its not unfair or unjust to ask someone to move a car which is blocking access to allow us to do our daily duties.
Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms around. Amazing owner/management and staff. Great selection of equipments. Big open space. Lots of friendly members as well. Perfect gym to train and start your fitness journey!

We understand its frustrating that it seems we have no AC but we recommend members contacting us first so we can show you our facilities, leaving a 2 star review for no AC is unjust as we do have them and they are working fine.

Positive experience: Pros : extremely clean, yoga class with the best teacher every Wednesday, various range of equipment,safe space for everyone. It has Standard traditional gym equipment and could use an upgrade to include sports training or injury management.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff that are happy to chat or answer any questions you might have. Equipment is always clean. Huge weights selection. Good classes where the personal trainers try to help each individual throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the policy of "14 days of notice to cancel membership". If ur direct debt falls just one day after the "last day of the 14 days notice" be prepared to pay for another 14 days! Which means ur automatically forced to give 4 weeks of notice. It doesn't make any sense. I have been with a number of gyms before they have always charged prata amount if ur last day falls in the middle of their billing cycle.

Fantastic experience: Best plusfitness to date, been around to many and this one tops the list - Wide range of equip -star 1, equip suited to all gym levels -star 2, classes on demand - star 3, random events - star 4, CLEAN environment / toilets - star 5 and Friendly staff - off the charts. Highly recommended from a fitness Junky.
