Negative experience: Worst staff and management. I’ve been with anytime fitness for last 7 years but have never had experience like this. The lady on the call was rude and unprofessional, when asked about her name to report to the head office, she hang up on me. No doubt why you’re losing business!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for many years. Some times AWAL but I've come back and back thanks to Alicia such a friendly face. Now I'm on track two three times a week. 5 years ago I had two blocked arteries, my cardiologist unblocked one. Now I'm feeling on top of the world. It's important I understand to push the barriers. So I talk to my GP about my average pulse rate, my highest pulse rate etc. He is impressed. Unfortunately my silhouette is is not changing but at 75 years of age it's about health not looks.

Positive experience: Friendly and helpful staff, not so crowded, plenty of parking space

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. Great gym to train in, has everything that's needed both weights and cardiovascular section. Club manager is super friendly and helpful with everything. She's the best. Hope she stays and continues working in anytime greenacers.

Negative experience: Phoned up to enquire about membership prices, with full intention of coming in a few days to sign up here. All I wanted to know was the options available (i.e. the price for a 12 months contract versus the price of a month to month contact), so I could decide which one fit me best. Strangely, the manager advised that they could only give me prices if I came in to the gym, and received a 'tour' of the facilities. I understand that having potential customers come in face to face increases the chances that a member sign up will occur, but not allowing potential customers to know the price over the phone is a poor, rigid, and overly aggressive marketing tactic. I phoned up other anytime fitness stores and easily got the price over the phone, and I will now be going to sign up with one of those stores instead. Anytime fitness Greenacres has now lost my business due to their poor customer service and marketing.

Negative experience: Today I canceled the membership for myself and my daughter. very expensive membership. Disability parking is always occupied by ordinary visitors. I had to park today far from the entrance. the workers ignored my remark about parking. There was a Maserratti parked in the disability parking lol! the driver probably bought this parking lot..there are a lot of problems in this club. bad management. To stop membership I need to pay for 4 weeks. They withdrew money from my bank account a couple of times. It’s better to drive a car a couple of kilometers further from home, but you will know that you are paying money for good service. It’s very unpleasant to be treated this way

Fantastic experience: As a support worker, I had a great first experience here at anytime greenacres with my client. My client had a lot of anxieties in trying something new but Alicia and her team at anytime were able to make the experience very easy for him and adapt to the changes required as well as the sign up. The gym experience was also great, not confronting and friendly, we had a blast together. Look forward to more sessions in the future.

Negative experience: I have been coming to this gym for training for almost more than a year and I have never had any problems until last night when I went there for training, I went to the bathroom to fix my shirt and an old weird looking man called me disgusting when I came from the bathroom. And he tells me to wash my hands if it has nothing to do with him and is non of his business I just went to the bathroom to fix my shirt. And he called me disgusting several times loudly. I had to leave the gym and didn't complete my workout. It’s sad to be disrespected in such a place which I used to enjoy working out in.

Negative experience: Kasy the staff member 12 pm give us really bad service I don’t recommend this gym at all

Fantastic experience: So clean staff worker cleaned everything up while i was there very friendly staff cleaner vacuumed floor aswell good gym equipment

Negative experience: Lots of spam mail and no way to get out of the mailing system. Pretty sure it's not legal to to this.

Fantastic experience: This place is great. The staff Alicia and Lillie are beyond amazing, the customer service is outstanding and this is by far the cleanest gym I’ve ever gone to. A quality gym membership like this is well worth every cent, as cheaper isn’t always better because you get what you pay for.

Fantastic experience: I was using another Gym Club that was half the price of AF but the service was non existing. I looked at another club before joining Greenacres AF that was cheaper but the equipment wasn't to the same in safety and quality. I decided to look at AF Greenacres despite the small space and increased costings and I'm so glad I did! I got the most wonderful, warm, helpful service I could ask for. Knowledge, passion friendliness, understanding and care of goals and obstacles was all there. You're not a number at AF Greenacres you're classed as family. Alicia and Lillie are super focused on service and providing a professional, clean, well maintained space for all fitness levels while encouraging diversity and inclusiveness. Space looks small but well spaced out so it's easy to use equipment. Classes on offer is a great addition to this Gym. Fantastic experience: I only realised recently that Anytime Greenacres is now in a slightly different location than a few years ago and I love the new one! Very tidy, lots of good equipment as well as space to actually use it. So glad to find a gym that fits my needs.

Negative experience: I visited this gym few weeks ago and they offered me to put me on $12.95 weekly plan + $0 joining fees, some how I didn't join on that day and visited there after few weeks to join but unfortunately they said they can't offer me the same price and ask me to pay $15 weekly + $150 joining fee. Even staff was rude for no reason and then I complaint about it but even that didn't help at all. I used to be member of anytimefitness walkerville which is a lot more better gym than this and even the staff is very humble. Justin is the best manager they got there. AVOID ANYTIMEFITNESS GREENACRES !! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL !!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, nice people and good bunch of members at the gym. Everyone is very respectful at the gym. Great to see the COVID measures in place. Would be great to have even more wipe stations around the gym for convenience and available wipes at later hours.

Positive experience: Moved to new location. Brighter look than the previous one. Bt the old gym had more floor space.

Negative experience: The gym states it requires everybody to use a towel during training. It is suppose to be a no towel no train policy due to Covid19. However, EVERY time I am there I can count at least 7 or more people without towels training, probably another 10 with towels the size of a tissue which sit on the floor while they train. All of this while there are 2 staff members who sit in the office giggling, doing not much at all?! Other Anytime centres ACTIVELY and continuously walk around ensuring that everyone has a FULL length towel and that they actually use it... Why is it so hard to enforce this? Its the job of staff members to keep everyone safe and the gym open via enforcing reatrictions. On top of this, the air conditioners and fans are "not allowed" to be turned on, so everyone is sweating all over the place- mostly people without full sized towels and the people who aren't bothering to lay it on equipment. If the gym is supposedly following restrictions, why is the water fountain on when it's against restrictions? Why are shopping centres and other indoor places allowed to have fans and airconditioners on yet a gym where people are mostly sweaty and hot not allowed? The weather is getting warmer, do you seriously think people will put up with this? Please fix the problem. Get up out of your chairs every now and then, out of the office and MONITOR the gym! You can monitor it through the office windows too!

Fantastic experience: Great equipment, well maintained, and clean. Members practice excellent COVID practices, and the gym is well stocked with wipes etc.

Negative experience: I never write complaints online, in fact this is the first time I've ever brought something like this to the public eye, but Anytime Fitness has absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever seen. My wife has been a member for a long time. She paused her membership because she fell pregnant. She requested Anytime Fitness Greenacres to stop any direct debits from her account until she is ready to join again. Suddenly, her account got charged again. Upon calling up to clarify, she was told that because of the ease of restrictions lately, that they have emailed all their members to let them know that they will resume memberships and direct debits again. They were not interested in whether or not the email ever made to her inbox or whether or not she has read it. This was all fine, but as my wife called up to tell them what happened, they refused to refund the debit that they took from her account. The only reason my wife hasn't re-joined is because she is pregnant with another baby. And after several phone calls, they have really upset my wife, to the point that she can no longer talk on the phone. I had to call on her behalf to see if I could diffuse the situation but Bernie, the club manager, just did not want to listen. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have seen. I know the COVID-19 may have caused financial hardships on a business like yours, but if you're not going to look after your customers, you will not have a business for much longer. Absolutely appalling. I hope others read this and see how they really treat their customers here. It's horrendous.

Positive experience: Got everything you need, outside of peak hours you won't often need to wait for a power rack. Need another pair of cable handles for chest flies though... Sidenote - I don't notice it, have been going there for a little while, but many people complain of an odd odour likely coming from the grocer next door that sells a lot of fresh spices and other aromatic foods

Negative experience: AF Greenacres is the bare minimum of what you need for a gym. It's small, dirty and equipment are constantly broken or missing. At least the staff are friendly! I used to go here cause it's close to my house but nowadays I just go to AF cambelltown.

So much room for everyone and great amount of activities to do with your friends on the weekend instead of going to the pub hit up the kickboxing or any of the other workouts they have them change for the seasons so come down and check out the awesome community that is anytime fitness

Fantastic experience: This is my favourite gym that I've been to so far. It isn't that big but I don't think it needs to be. You rarely have to wait for equipment but it's not long if you have to. The gym equipment and the facilities are always well maintained. I like that they have shampoo/ conditioner and deodorant if you forget to pack some in your gym bag. The staff are friendly and I don't feel like I am being judged because I'm a bit larger. There are people of all ages, sizes and abilities here, which is motivating and nice see. Try the Expresso interactive bikes or the virtual walks/runs on the treadmill. If working out is really boring for you, you can watch TV on your treadmill. They also have a tablet at the gym entrance where you can queue songs in a playlist. I secretly love putting on 'Walking on Sunshine' and making a quick exit before it starts playing. Childish? Yes, I know. But it makes me laugh :) Check it out!

Fantastic experience: I'm a member here. It's access 24/7 and the gym has most things you need. Equipment is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly, and the office is staffed 6 days a week, for various times. There are classes here and 2 great Personal trainers. You can request songs on Spotify for free that play over the loud speakers. The members are a pretty good bunch, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
