Fantastic experience: Love the diversity and inclusiveness of this particular Anytime. It’s great to see people from all walks of life there, and at different stages of their fitness journeys. Kat is an awesome PT, she has given me tools to do things on my own and given me the confidence to get upstairs where the magic happens.

Fantastic experience: The staffs are perfect. Especially Alyssa But its very far from where I am. So next time if I move definitely Any Time is my choice.

Negative experience: This is insane I visit to get a membership or want to visit how actually it is it’s locked then I called shown on Google but no respond I will go somewhere now.

Negative experience: I’ve been paying off my payments and my account is still frozen for the last few days, I’ve contacted AF but no response nor my account has been solved. Worse gym I ever signed up with, don’t recommend lads 1/10.

Fantastic experience: I haven't joined up as yet , today was an inquiring day about the Gym, and the young lady who walked me through today was very friendly, happy , cheerful and a very good staff member for this Gym, a great asset as was the other staff member who was there , they knew what they were talking about getting back into some sort of fitness for myself as a old man. They made it possible about joining fees and things what you need to know about all the fees , then the walk around the Gym was an eye opener for me as it was clean , great equipment there for the young and old ,to build strength and muscles and conditioning for anyone for any age. Thank you

Negative experience: I went in for trial and the staff that greeted me was very awkward. I felt like she expected me to understand what I was doing to start a trial? I filled out the paper work and she just looked at me. I then said ok is that all I have to do and she said yes. I had no idea where to put my bag or even where the toilet was. I asked how much weekly membership is and was told it's $24... uhm what?? The gym is soooo small doesn't even have women's and mens toilets they are expected to share?? And you want to charge so much. I called world gym in the next suburb that has own private bathrooms for men and women, had 100x more equipment and has friendly staff and they only charge $16.95. I was really hoping anytime fitness would be the gym for me because it's so close to where I live but for the price I really can't justify that. If maybe the membership was around $15 a week I would probably pay that. But for how small the gym is with hardly any equipment I can't justify being robbed.

Negative experience: Unprofessional staff. They did not answer to my question. What they said was, they do not know.

Fantastic experience: When i came here one of the staff members who had a name tag on saying "andrew" was in the office on all fours licking the ground like a dog. When he heard the gym door open he looked up like a startled fox and yelled "CALLUM! CALLUM!!!". Then he sniffed the ground again briefly before standing up and continuing on with his work. (Not sure who Callum is). I thought it was really refreshing to see people who are able to work professionally whilst also providing entertainment to newcomers and am looking forward to returning. Thank you anytime fitness team and in particular Andrew (although im sure the rest of the staff are fantastic as well) happy exercising!

Positive experience: Bit light on equipment but otherwise ok

Fantastic experience: No other gym can compare to the hospitality that my daughter and I are receiving from the time we joined up until this moment. We always feel the warm welcome just like we are still new joiners of the club. Sandii, Andrew and team are such great people. We love all classes, especially boxing. It will really make you sweat, but feeling recharged after.

Negative experience: Just be careful of their admin processes, they're pretty disorganised and it gets in the way of what could be an ok (if a bit dingy) gym.

Negative experience: This club does NOT care about its members. They are ALL for the money and provide zero support to members. They just want to get you signed up and refuse to let you leave without jumping through multiple hoops. HORRIBLE service and very very unhygienic gym.

It has been such warm, positive and motivating environment and continuously keeps me excited for my next gym session. The new manager Georgia, is an amazing person and goes out of her way to make sure each member feels like they are joining a family. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get fit and have fun!

Negative experience: The new manager is so rude and has the most horrendous personality. There is no recognition whenever a member walks in, consistently flattering with tradies and toilet paper not even being existent in the toilet. I witness the manager being so rude to a young man at the gym which was so sad cause he is a regular that the new manager just treated unfairly. She is very rude and very unfriendly. Negative experience: Anastasia, it’s terrible that when she wanted to think about it overnight that your club manager lied to her about the “special offer” to get her to sign up then and there and then when she agreed did not give her an opportunity to review the contract conditions and bullied her into signing up right there and then telling her she had to do it quickly as he had to leave and get home, had he done the right thing in the first place this whole situation could have been avoided and can still be resolved. You’re failure and Anytime Fitness corporates failure to engage in a discussion about this is extremely poor, that I have to use a platform like this to get any further response is disappointing to say the least

Fantastic experience: Sick gym, bloody huge. Stacks of machines. I go during the day and there's hardly a soul there. Awesome place for you to get your reps in without the fear of overcrowding. Update: started going during busy periods, no wait for machines still. Always something to do, due to the gym being HUGE. Dope as.

I have been working there as a Personal Trainer since the start of the year and would highly recommend this gym to anyone who lives local to the area.
