Fantastic experience: If you’re considering joining F45, I highly recommend it! I was initially nervous, but the coaches and members are incredibly welcoming and supportive. The coaches truly go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and well looked after. Joining F45 has been such a rewarding experience, and I genuinely believe it’s worth it!

Fantastic experience: I just want to say that the instructors and members of F45 Mackay City are AMAZING!!!!!. I had to stay in Mackay for work and usually I train multiple times a week in my home gym. Being away and not having access to my gym and my usual regime of set workouts I decided to check out F45 and I was not disappointed. I never did much circuit training and it was certainly an interesting experience. I enjoyed every session I attended. Each instructor I came across introduced themselves and checked in with me every time they saw me. It’s is a great place to go to and it certainly feels like a big family. Fantastic experience: I had the best time of my life in F45 Mackay city being a beginner never exercised before, was so overwhelmed by the support and training of the coaches they really push you to keep doing better day by day they never stop , full of love laughter and amazing energy you step in and you would only get positive vibes, every day it’s new exercise new challenge, they make u sweat for good and sweat with you till the end, every session starts with a warm up and ends with a strech every exercise is beautifully demonstrated by the coaches in the beginning, they helped me in every step , was always beside me when needed without a say. Words are few to express my gratitude for the team , they really work hard for everything with such enthusiasm. Would highly recommend my friends and anyone who is living in Mackay to must join them. Fantastic experience: This is the loudest F45 in the world. If you're not awake when you walk in the door you will be very quickly. The instructors are extremely energetic and motivated. Fantastic experience: I joined F45 city a couple of years ago and love my new daily routine, generally the 5:30am class. The motivation I get from these guys every morning starts my day with a buzz that fires me up for the whole day. I signed up to this challenge with a few goals in mind, mainly eating healthier with smaller portions and drinking less beer, I’m not going to bad on both at the moment but can’t wait for my final scan for the end result

It may be a group fitness class - but each and every one of us are treated as an individual. I have completed well over 1000 classes - and I can confidently say I will be here for another 1000.

Fantastic experience: My gym experience began 10 years ago. Last year I followed my interest in all the wonderful things I had heard about F45 Mackay City. It has not disappointed in every aspect. From well maintained equipment, clean excerise areas, air conditioner and fans. This is just the start. Lee Renshaw has worked tirelessly to establish a world class facility with his devoted and inspirational coaches. All levels of ability are catered for and especially injuries are noted and worked around. All coaches are ready to assist and guide you along the way. Their vibrancy and love for exercise is contagious. Glad I followed up on that interest.

Fantastic experience: I have now been a member at F45 Mackay for 8 weeks. My wife has been encouraging me for a while to join up so I decided to make a New Year’s resolution and started with the 2 week trial to see how I went. As I am a shift worker I thought it was going to be to hard to manage. But after a half a dozen sessions I started to enjoy the training and the positive atmosphere that is generated by all the trainers and members. I have never been very coordinated and do struggle with some of the exercises but in the short period I have been a member I feel myself getting better . One of the benefits so far is I have more energy . So I would like to thank Lee and the team for their continuing support.

Lee and Kim have got their Customer Service perfected, ensuring every trainer knows everyone's names and remembers the quirks and limitations of each and every member. They know not to talk to me in the morning if I look cranky and tired (:-p), they help me modify exercises when I need to, and they push me when they know I can try harder. Their music is always on point which never hurts.

At F45 Mackay city, the trainers motivate me to show up (most days!) and to put in 100% each time. However, I had not considered F45. I’m so very grateful to my sister in law who has been a member for nearly the 5 years since F45 opened in Mackay, She talked me into doing a two week trial. I went and was hooked and not just because of the amazing results I’m achieving but also for the staff who really do care about seeing you achieve your health goals. It is well worth the investment.

Fantastic experience: I started F45 after having 3 kids and not working out for years! I was pretty self conscious to say the least, but everyone from trainers to the members were amazing! They are all so helpful and everyone was lovely. No judgments and everyone works to their own pace. I’ve been going now 4 years and love it still!

Being able to walk into studio, everything be set up and planned for you is a big bonus when a busy mum! It is not just a cardio based gym, but also involves hybrid and weight days. Fantastic experience: F45 Mackay city is such an incredible place to train! I am the fittest I have ever been since joining. I came in hesitant, because I have had two shoulder reconstructions. Training was always a challenge, and going into such a large group class I wasn’t sure I would be able to sub what I needed. But Lee talked me through what he did differently and from that first day walking through the door every trainer knew my injury and what I was working towards. Before I started with F45 I couldn’t remember a day my shoulder didn’t hurt. Now it’s the other way round, and my mobility only gets better every day I am there. The trainers are the best! Always greeting me by name and knowing my latest goal. That on-top the friendships I have also gained from F45, joining was definitely one of my best choices. Fantastic experience: From the first time I walked in the doors I have always been greated with a huge smile from every trainer, 5 years on and I am still greated everyday by the same smiles and friendly trainers. F45 Mackay is hands down the best gym I have been to. Not only are the trainers friendly and professional everyday, but they all know your strengths, weaknesses and injuries if you have them. Every session is different and everyone from the owners, trainers and even the rest of the members help you become the best you that you can be. Even on the days you don't feel like training they make it worthwhile and enjoyable. The team celebrates and encourages you if you achieve new goals or personal best and makes every session fun and enjoyable. F45 will continue to be apart of my life for many years and sessions to come.

Lee & Kim have built an awesome culture amongst the F45 trainers and gym lovers. Fantastic experience: Every trainer at F45 Mackay City welcomes, supports and encourages but challenges me every time I walk in the doors. I love the upbeat vibe and how people of such varied fitness levels train alongside each other, respect each other, and encourage each other. I've tried a few gyms, but never felt as accepted as I do here, or seen the consistency of trainers caring about every individual's progress. Team training really is powerful the way F45 Mackay does it.
