Fantastic experience: Sandy and her trainers are absolutely amazing . They have helped me so much to keep fit and check my form to make sure I don’t hurt myself. Would highly recommend older people to try them out. I’m 77 years and it has helped my bone density to increase. Its a very friendly place and,with a great vibe

Fantastic experience: The most supportive and encouraging gym I've trained at. I was nervous bringing my baby in when she was 4 months old so I could train. So glad I did! She's now 7 months and loves being social (as do I) amongst the other members! Sandy and the team are amazing. They correct technique and encourage proper form which I love. Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. Being someone who never exercised I reluctantly accepted a two week trial and have never looked back. I have really surprised myself with my drive and enthusiasm. I have never felt so welcomed and so driven. Sandy and her amazing team of trainers have been so motivating and supportive. They have been so fantastic at giving me the info and tools to workout smarter and harder. If your looking for a gym that is more like a lifestyle and a family then this is it.

Fantastic experience: Returning to F45 Wakerley after maternity leave has been an amazing experience! Sandy and the team supported me throughout my pregnancy, and now they’ve made the transition back so easy and welcoming, even when I was nervous about bringing my baby. They’ve truly gone above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for their support. Fantastic experience: F45 Wakerley has been one of the best things I started in 2021. I have tried other gyms in the past, but this is the only one that I enjoy so much that I miss it when I cannot train! The best part is being part of an awesome fitness community from which I have learnt so much. I understand my body better and over the years learnt so much about better diet and fitness. The coaches are amazing! They pay attention to my needs and have helped me with proper technique and I really owe it to them! Sandy is an incredible owner and coach! She’s created a very supportive, organised and healthy environment for all members and it’s always a delight to step into the studio and train! Fantastic experience: I have known Sandy for many years joining up at Wakerley. I have enjoyed every session and I have found Sandy and the teams coaching very helpful, encouraging and non-judgemental. I would definitely recommend them all as your go to and hey, you have personal trainers with you all the way! Sandy is very professional but warm and friendly. Mental Health is top tier and this place is definitely somewhere you will find your balance and long life friends!

Fantastic experience: After moving to Australia from New Zealand and thinking I would never find another F45 that felt like home, I walked straight into F45 Wakerley and felt it instantly. Fantastic experience: I’d done F45 at another venue before and didn’t love it. When I got the free trial with Class Pass I figured I’d give it a go. Sandy and her team are great - they take time with ever individual member. They know who we are, our goals, our injuries. There’s no cliques or anything among members - everyone is welcomed and helps each other out. After my previous experience with F45 I was skeptical but the team and culture here makes it special.

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 Wakerley in 2019 and found exactly what I was looking for. Not only is it the type of exercise I enjoy, but I found a community. Sandy has built a community of down to earth family orientated coaches and members who love having a laugh and connecting with others as much as they love their exercise. When you walk through the doors you instantly feel welcome and feel like you belong. The coaches have all been outstanding. They are very knowledgeable about the human body, about particular exercises and can easily find alternatives to accommodate people with injuries or disabilities. Their attention to detail during the sessions means that we feel safe and can focus on injury prevention as much as possible. The coaches pay attention to technique and form and provide feedback and correction where necessary to individuals. As someone who has suffered a great deal of injuries over the years, this is really important to me. Most of all, the coaches are super supportive and always available for a chat if you need a pep talk or want information for your specific needs. I can rave on about the F45 organisation because I love it, but really, it's the whole package at F45 Wakerley that makes the difference. If you are hesitant about trying it out, take a big breath, walk through those doors and be wrapped in the support you deserve to achieve your goals!

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 Wakerley 3 weeks ago now and have felt so welcomed by the whole team!! Really loving the vibe that the team have set and energy that they inject into the studio! I had been away from any form of training for 1 year after I raptured my Achilles playing netball so am quite nervous and haven’t gained confidence yet with certain moves but the team have been awesome with taking the time to guide me with learning alternative moves and even to learn correct techniques to avoid injuries!!

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 for a challenge to get into shape for summer. I love the high energy, high impact workout or the fact that you can slow down and listen to your body. I can see the results in my body, the team are friendly and push you to your limits which has great physical results. They concentrate on form and technique which is important, so you don’t harm yourself. All in all I am very impressed . Great people go there, you make new friends who have the same goals. Fantastic experience: This has always been my favourite place to train but since Sandy has taken over the vibe is amazing. Sandy treats everyone like family and is always a ray of sunshine. Her trainers are the best and I have to say a huge shout out to Cain, he truely knows how to push you in a positive and empowering way. Highly recommend this fun community to anyone wanting to get fit and find a tribe of high vibe friends!

Fantastic experience: Alex and I travel up to Brisbane quite a bit and every time we do, we love being back training with Sandy and her team. We’ve been training at F45 for years but by far and away Sandy sets the bar. Her teams meticulous explanation of every exercise and the attention to your form throughout the class means you get away with nothing!! We both love the energetic, welcoming and fun vibe that makes it impossible to have a bad day when you start it with them. Sandy, Kane and the team know every single person really well and it’s clear they have a community that adore coming. One of the reasons we want to move permanently to Brizzie!

Fantastic experience: Don’t go anywhere else; F45 Wakerley is where you need to train to get change! Under new management this F45 is the best I’ve ever been to (I’ve been to 5 around Australia). The staff are friendly, welcoming and encouraging. You feel well supported and guided through the different classes. The latest challenge was celebrated through balloons, photos of you and your goal (keeping you focused on your goal) and constant check ins by the trainers to make sure you are keeping on track. The difference I’m seeing in my body is amazing and I’m only 4 weeks into this challenge! Thanks F45 Wakerley team!
