Positive experience: Good, accessible gym that has everything you need if you're starting out (apart from classes). Smallest gym I've been to but it's not usually an issue if you go at off-peak times. Otherwise it gets too crowded and I can't complete my routine. Staff have been friendly and helpful when needed

Fantastic experience: i have been gymming at Plus fitness Cabramatta for the past year, and this is by far the best one in the local area. the environment is warm lively and the equipment is well maintained. the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: Pros: Great equipment, spacious, calibrated plates, and nice staff. Cons: Gym staff are not firm on rules. Members do not follow proper Gym etiquette and/or are not reprimanded for disruptive behaviours. I would not recommend this gym to anxious new gym-goers. I have had a friend stop frequenting this gym for this reason. Members are vaping, not re-racking weights, crowding benches/machines, setting up camp at the squat rack, eating hard candy and leaving a sticky mess, leaving shirts off and laying on the floors, not using a towel or wiping benches after use etc. I would not recommend going to this gym during peak hours, but rather Plus Fitness Fairfield or Wetherill park instead. Otherwise, if you're pass the gym-intimidation phase, the facilities are nice and you will find all the equipment you need for your workout.

Fantastic experience: The gym after renovations has been amazing as the gym has added brand new dumbbells changing the gym painting colour making it look more appealing to the eyes this makes it look like a brand new gym that just opened. Plusfitness cabramatta definitely have upgraded far ever since I signed up

Always clean, the equipment is new and in good condition, everything well is spaced and set up, plus a few of the more fun features beyond the normal 24 hour gym. Best in the business.

This is due to the amazing and welcoming atmosphere that the receptionist and personal trainers create. Negative experience: Super cramped, machines are never free, usually two or three people lined up just to use a machine. if you want a quick workout and not waste your time waiting to use the machines, try Fairfield or another gym in the area.
