Positive experience: Wish it was less crowded. But it's good.

Fantastic experience: Imitate space to hold small functions with ample parking available on site

Negative experience: So dirty also they cut off wipe paper in gym room even no one clean up

Positive experience: Membership is good value as it includes swimming pool, sauna, gym and many different gym classes. Easy parking and friendly staff. Downside is No Public lane on Saturday before 1pm, all taken by swimming lessons. And the pool water temperature is slightly warmer than usual.

Positive experience: My son starts his swimming class in Cabravale leisure centre this term. So far I am pleased with the swim class quality, as well as the receptionist friendliness. The only reason that the leisure centre is missing a star is because it will be rather hard for people to come for a casual swim when classes are on all swimming lanes.

Fantastic experience: Giselle, the receptionist at the community council is outstanding! Warm, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Her warm and welcoming nature resonates well with community residents.

Negative experience: Absolutely dirty pools where men are unchanging in front of young kid's Not to mention that they are only 1/2 pool open with everyone trying to swim it's getting my biggest complaints I am calling Fairfield city council this was in Sydney City it wouldn't happen old people undressing in front of kid's No Way

Negative experience: Terrible place to be at, pool is so small that every lifeguard here is a hawk. Kids can’t do nothing and left very disappointed after waiting all week to go swimming.

Positive experience: I visited the pool today for the first time. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and in good working order. It's a small pool 1.4m on the deep end and heated. There's a sauna, change rooms, showers, and lockers. The pool has a few lap lanes and a area for just floating about. It's a good place to go relax for a while or bring small children.

Negative experience: Firstly the pool is always packed with classes and only left 1 lane for public with full of people that don't swim or swim in the wrong lane. Guards should be more resposible in reminding if people are not swimming they can stay in the play-free lane. Secondly the shower sensors never work. Very frustrating whenever I have to shower here. The tap could open for 3 seconds and off again. Would not recommend this center as the management wouldn't care anyways. Been like this for years.

Fantastic experience: Water is really warm during the winter and during summer time it's not so bad. Parking available and they truly have great customer service. My son is having his swimming lessons over 3 years and staff always look after customers

Positive experience: Swimming pool needs a revamp. A large outdoor swimming pool with a large spa facilities would be awesome. It would definitely increase new customers by around 30% and non exiting customers by 60%

Negative experience: Was once (memories of 1960s-1980s) a really good and large pool complex: 50m pool, heated 25m pool, diving pool with tower, kids pools ... but Fairfield Council stuffed it up!

Negative experience: Facility lack of equitment and isnt 24/7 approved gym. Very strict with Lock in contract with memeber.

Negative experience: Went there today with a concession card holder. The woman did not accept the concession card holder and made me pay full price for concession card holder. This was quite unacceptable.

Positive experience: The pool /changing room needs more cleaning. Please clean it more . The pool is also rusty in many parts. Pls pls upgrade the pool.

Negative experience: I would give zero stars if i could. My sibling takes swimming lessons from this centre and on 3 occasions they have stuffed up her enrolment by placing her in the wrong swimming level. It was actually my mother that noticed their mistake and had pointed it out to them and after the first instance they continued to make the same mistakes. Now, if it wasn't for my mum I wonder when they would have noticed this, taken responsibility and resolved the matter (for which there has been no proper resolution). This obviously shows that they don't care, can't do their job properly and there is no effective communication channels between staff and management either. THEY DIDN’T OFFER A REFUND ON ANY OF THE OCCASIONS, at best they offered to credit the remaining balance. That is obviously NOT how you resolve a problem that was CAUSED BY NON OTHER THAN YOUR STAFF. Its so embarrassing to see a business like this running and even worse when its run by a council. This is what should have been done; 1. Genuinely apologise for wasting our time and money 2. Refund the full amount 3. Reflect, look at methods of improving your service and hold those directly involved in the enrolment process responsible and provide further training to them (because they desperately need it) YOU HAVE WASTED OUR TIME, MONEY AND LOST OUR TRUST. NO ONE IS ASKING YOU FOR FREE LESSONS, IN FACT WE PAY YOU, SO DO THE SIMPLE THING OF DOING YOUR JOB AS ITS NOT DIFFICULT. IF YOU OFFER SERVICES, THEN DELIVER THAT SERVICE PROPERLY! Long story short: one chance is more than enough and don't waste your time and money at this place.

Fantastic experience: Great place to take the kids swimming. They have reasonable swimming rates. They give swimming lessons. They have a gym. They have a cafe but the good there is overpriced and it sucks.

Fantastic experience: Great place, my favourite out if the 3, not busy as ( like Prairiewood ) , the pool is quite nice, sauna is good - it could be bigger tho! The facilities are nice and clean, everything seems to up up to date in the gym. Still my overall experience at Cabravale is amazing - some of these reviews of " not friendly staff " understand, that Cabravale's system is different to the others. Give them a chance to help you properly, aren't you there to workout? Or there to judge people on every step and thing they say, if yes. We don't want people like you there anyway. Great job guys :)

Positive experience: The smallest centre of the 3 managed by Fairfield City Council. Good facility with a variety of fitness classes. The HitFit and Tabata express class on Monday night are my favourites.

Positive experience: A very good center with a variety of activities. A 25 metre heated pool and a steam room, there's a well equipped gym and many activities to join. Wheelchair accessible and a clean venue with helpful staff. There's an eatery with a good variety of foods and drinks

Fantastic experience: This Review is for the small food kiosk located inside the leisure centre....THE best rice paper rolls in Cabramatta and ive had my share. Beautiful fresh ingredients and wonderful noodle soup...i have passed by this kiosk so many times and never eaten.....but today im so glad i did and now ill need to do an extra 15 minutes of cardio so i can endulge again.

The atmosphere is very cosy, it has a aorma of bliss and happiness. I like it when i get to enjoy all types of equipment from gym. Their eqiipment from gym make it easily accesible. The staff are very helpful and helps the community. I am very pleased when they help us the community out.

Negative experience: The gym membership is fairly cheap compare to the well known fitness centre. The cleanliness of this place is a shocking!! ..filthy...disgusting...compare to the other centres under the same management.

Negative experience: Everything very good, just only the receptionist is very very bad service. When I ask them to transfer my membership to another one. They're don't want to do it. And they try to ignore me.

Positive experience: Little local pool with public lane available most of the time except on Saturdays after 9am. Warm water indoor pool, not too deep for children learning to swim. Fitness centre has decent equipments. There is also a café which sells yummy food.

Positive experience: Decent local pool and fitness centre. The pool is 20m so might not suit if you're going for distance. But it's heated. There's a little Vietnamese restaurant there at the moment that does the usual favs like pho.
