Fantastic experience: This is a great gym, no posers just go there and do your exercise. Suits all ages but there are a lot of mature age patrons too which I think is great.

Fantastic experience: Awesome friendly, very supportive staff. Great equipment. The gym works alongside ECU and takes on Prac students. The owner Barb and her staff really make the gym welcoming and inclusive for everyone.

Fantastic experience: Rejuven8 is totally different to most other gyms I have attended. The attention to detail from the owner and staff is impeccable and no query is too much. They are always more than happy to help in any way they can and the cleanliness and state of the equipment is great. It is an inclusive gym for people of all ages and experience levels and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it.

It has had a profound impact on my health and well being and the other clients have literally been “rejuvenated”. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and super qualified in all areas. And the place is so clean… Totally recommended. This place is not like other gyms… it is called a clinic because it also brings healing and restoration. Fabulous.

Fantastic experience: The gym and pilates studio is absolutely amazing !! Very well looked after and everybody is kind and welcoming with no judgement in sight! The new pilates studio is amazing with kind and knowledgeable staff as well as an inviting environment. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to get into exercise or switch gyms :)

Fantastic experience: Enjoy the banter with the wrinklies in the morning session as well as getting some exercise in. Update:- Have given the gym another star. The new owner, Barbara Howard has improved the place out of sight! Clean, enthusiastic and dynamic with many more opportunities to get fit. I personally enjoy the supervised circuit training by ECU students on M/W/F morning.
