Fantastic experience: i love this gym as i have been a member for over 15 years doing Latino Blast with Karina (legend)and loving it immensly and have started reformer Pilates since January this year and have being doing 6 days a week and absolutely loving this. My Instructors Sandra, Elle Kristine and Jen you are amazing and i couldnt imagine not seeing you every morning. You are all different and fantastic with your own techniques. Sandra you start my week on the Monday and finish it on the Saturday and wouldnt change it for anything. thank youxx Ladies Fernwood Beverly Hills is the BEST Gym.

Fantastic experience: I loved Fernwood Beverley Hills! I drove an extra 10minutes from Bankstown to attend here and highly recommend! The facilities are great, lots of weight machines and cardio to work out. The team are super friendly and beautiful people. You're always welcomed with a smile and they're happy to accommodate your needs. I really enjoyed the reformer pilates studio, the instructor's were all amazing and super encouraging - special shout out to Kris! Group fitness classes were awesome and loved having the sauna. If you're after a supporting and positive gym environment, Beverly Hills if for you! The only reason I left was I had to move interstate!

Positive experience: I train here with my mum and a friend. Pretty good experience. There are all sorts of equipments & facilities. Staff is helpful and friendly. Love the classes. Be good to add some more dance classes. Zumba is same choreo every week that can get boring.. but overall, I really enjoy this gym. The only 1 thing to improve I would strongly suggest is cleanliness. There is a LOT of dirt sitting on all the equipments, for example you can check on Treadmills on the bottom part where we walk (& other equipments). Looks like nobody has cleaned in long time and dirt is accumulated for months. This gives me cough and allergy when I go on the equipments as I am allergic to dust but regardless of anyone allergies in general some cleanliness should be kept for hygiene purposes especially Covid ramping up again. I hope you would check and review this condition and improve the cleanliness factor and have the facilities cleaned regularly. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I have recently joint up, and can honestly say all the staff have been absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in they have been encouraging, positive and a pleasure to deal with. We are all on our own health journey and they make it so much easier with their encouraging attitude.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym The staff are amazing,friendly and so helpful, the equipment and facilities are wonderful The fact that they have infrared saunas as part of the membership was a draw card for me, i was sold on it.I signed up for 18 months, great value for money I love training whenever i want to, either really early in the morning, or late at nice, 24 hour hour access makes it that extra special,and its like my own gym Highly recommend Fernwood Beverlly Hills ❤️

Positive experience: The staff here are friendly and very helpful. The group classes are quite fun, however I never seem to find a parking spot whenever I go around 6-7pm, and most classes are too crowded, way too many people to move around, afraid you might accidentally hit or kick other people..which makes the experience less enjoyable..

Fantastic experience: i’ve been a member for a few years now and have absolutely loved this gym. it’s always clean and always smells good. with the new renovations especially, this is such a gorgeous gym and such a beautiful environment.

Positive experience: A terrific centre, great facilities & a recent upgrade has given the place a fresh new look. Parking underneath is handy although it does get busy in peak times. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent women health & wellness

Negative experience: I joined a few years ago and didn’t even attend the gym once because I was sick at the time and unable to exercise when I went to cancel my membership they charged me $500 to exit the contract and I told them I wouldn’t pay it because I never attended their gym then they sent it to debt collectors. Would avoid at all costs and would not trust them.

Fantastic experience: Ive started to attend Fernwood Beverly Hills for their Reformer Pilates as they have a Creche available. I have been three times to this gym, of the two times I had been running late and barely made it just in time for class. Fatme, both times, quickly helped me sort the baby out so I could have my workout-you don’t know how deviated I would’ve been missing out on my class -you can really sense how genuine she is, along with the staff, which is a big change from normal gyms!.(She also makes really nice smoothies). The girls always greet you when you show up and everyone is just so friendly! The Pilates instructors Yen and Jen are really fantastic, along with the girls in the Creche,Colleen, Sarah and Sophie were really wonderful with my fussy little Bub. Love this place and it deserves the recognition!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym!! Since joining I have lost 18kgs!! The trainers are awesome so many classes to choose from I really love the Burn, HIIT, spin and ABT. My son enjoys coming along to crèche & Reception ladies are very nice and welcoming. I would defiantly recommend this gym!!

Fantastic experience: What a lovely gym! I joined a few months ago, mainly for the creche and convenient location. I think all staff are warm, welcoming and friendly, with a great sense of humour. They are like a family! My baby is looked after well in the creche. The gym areas and change rooms are well set up and there are many classes to choose from. I couldn't have selected a better gym to come to. Thanks!

Negative experience: Just read the contract very well other wise if anything happens and you want pause or cancel it you will pay more than 300$ Even you get a medical situation….etc they don’t care

Negative experience: Horrible gym. They have had the same three personal trainers for the last three four years, no one new. Barely anyone on the ground to assist. They have limited classes. They use to have more range/ times for classes like HIIT, Yoga, pilates, abs, ABT etc. Now there is barely any variety. Overpriced for services offered. You are better off signing up for the smaller women's gyms.

Fantastic experience: Love the reformer Pilates studio here! Nice, clean and modern, with sunlight and greenery to set the mood. Plus an on-site member car park for easy access.

Negative experience: Not only is this place dirty they alter notes and lie! Avoid at all costs not worth the headaches!! Fernwood shove your cctv, it doesn’t show the full story of what happened! I only had one body scan and the second time yes cctv shows, I went in to the room as your staff double booked it incorrectly even the staff member was annoyed! I was in there for 5 minutes then I realised what I was in there for and advised the staff member that I have already done a body scan, so we left the room. So that doesn’t mean I had 2!!!! She showed me how to use the equipment a second time properly as I complained that the first time was not done correctly. I was told what the machines do not how to use or adjust, hence why I suffered injury to my foot. Yes I injured my foot at Fernwood Beverly hills fracture, I advised the second staff member 4 days later that yes I suffered an injury to my foot after not been shown how to use equipment the first time properly … then the second staff member then showed me but it was too late. Don’t play games your dishonesty is disgusting!! And NO the website does NOT clearly state cancellation on a FLEXI membership!!! It mentions 48 cooling off but NO mention you will charge people if they cancel a FLEXI why is it called FLEXI then? I asked is there a contract or fees on a Flexi and the manager said NO! You waived fees that you had no right to charge in the first place and if you had not, you would have been contacted by my solicitor! You guys are all over the place too messy!! I hope nothing more serious happens to someone else! Maybe instead of lying in client notes to get away with things, perhaps get on the floor and remove dirty masks off machines that a left there for days and peoples towels and shirts and water bottles left behind I was there 2 days in a row with the same dirt left there! Not to mention at night the grubs coughing and wiping their faces and not sanitising the machines! Worst club ever!!! Don’t trust with your credit cards ppl.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. This is my second home and I'm not even a gym junky. I love how this place is actually a family and how many friends I have made including the instructors. This is a motivation itself, 16kilos down in 6 months and a good 16 kilos which was not needed.

Being one that was nervous and worried about starting up, all the amazing staff members were so caring and genuine - providing all the support and guidance to help get started. Fantastic experience: I was recommended this gym by a friend and I tried it out just from word of mouth. This is by far the best gym I’ve ever joined - the staff are always lovely, calm and welcoming, the instructors are fantastic and the members are lovely too. The gym always listen to their members and nothing is ever too hard for them to help resolve or implement. I signed up predominantly for the reformer classes and their instructors are the best I’ve come across. Not only are the instructors great, but the facilities are phenomenal. The pilates studio is amazing - really lovely atmosphere - the beds are far enough apart that you don’t feel crammed in and there’s enough room to move around, the bathrooms and showers are cleaned regularly as is all the gym equipment. Joining Fernwood Beverly Hills has been an excellent decision and improved my health and fitness (and mental coping strategies as a working mum) by tenfold.

Fantastic experience: The Fernwood Beverly Hills Team have been friendly and welcoming from the moment I made initial contact two + years ago. I love the variety of group classes, highly trained instructors and modern equipment this gym has on offer. The change rooms are spacious, clean and well lit. Bonus is they offer the convenience of onsite childcare facilities for the littlies. My favourite classes are the Reformer Pilates, Spin, Fiit30 and Yoga. Overall a fantastic gym facility, I have highly recommended Fernwood Beverly Hills to my friends and family!

Fantastic experience: I’ve made the right decision when joining this gym about 5 months ago. It’s very clean, staff & trainers are really friendly and they always give you their 110% in everything. The classes are great with plenty of options on the timetable to choose from & it has modern equipments. I enjoy my reformer pilates classes very much and yes it has surprised me with my body capabilities after doing it for a month or so.

Fantastic experience: My new health journey with Beverly Hills Fernwood has been by far the most positive experience I’ve had with a gym. I’m not one for gym equipment but the Reformer Pilates Classes are outstanding here. Super supportive staff and highly skilled instructors who cater classes to everyone’s ability. Being a beginner I never thought possible I would be doing the things I do now after only a few weeks. Super excited to see my transformation over the coming months.

This gym is great for women of all ages, including the Teen-fit Program. It’s wonderful working-out in the comfort of like-wise women with similar goals to stay fit & healthy. My fitness journey started at Fernwood Beverly Hills around 4 years ago now and these guys helped me see RESULTS... the help was there. Since then I have had the same PT trainer who has helped me beyond and above any expectations. Randa was my lifesaver - I will always be a member of this gym.

Positive experience: Casual entry a bit expensive for what the gym has to offer. It's very clean. But I couldn't really work out in peace even though I had headphones on. Seems like a very social gym for women which is nice. Stopping to chat isn't really my kind of thing at gyms. I kept getting interrupted.
