Fantastic experience: F45 Kingsgrove really is more than just a gym. It’s a community. A family. The studio is always clean and fresh. They have their own shower too, which is a bonus for anyone who needs to rush off to work after a sweaty session. What these owners have done and are creating here is like nothing I’ve been a part of before. Before you even step into the studio you feel welcomed. The coaching team are extremely supportive and encouraging. They make training fun. They care about each member holistically, not just physically. That’s what makes them stand out for me…the time they dedicate to really check in with their people and make sure they are okay. I can honestly say this team have saved me, and continue to help me grow stronger physically and mentally. Thank you Team Kingsy.

Fantastic experience: F45 Kingsgrove has truly been life changing. I started in May 2024 I had never trained or even exercised for that matter but a friend suggested in trying it out as part of my lifestyle change. And what a change it's been. Initially, I kept it quiet and just trained, my confidence and ability was low, then, along came Carlos and Maria and now I'm shouting it to the world!! Carlos and Maria know our abilities, limitations and work together, so we can reach our goals and beyond. Professional, inclusive, encouraging, knowledgeable and super friendly. These are just some of the words that describes them and the team. Their passion shows in everything they do and they are shining examples of how fitness can be fun and community focused. F45 Kingsgrove is for everyone!!

Fantastic experience: F45 Kingsgrove not only has a great atmosphere to train in. It has amazing and awesome trainers as well. I have been out of F45 for awhile and I was scared to join thinking it would be hard to get back into things. Maria and the team at F45 Kingsgrove made me feel so at home. The constant check in’s to making me feel welcome made the transition so much more easier. If you’re looking for a place to train that feels like you’re right at home then this is the place to join.

Fantastic experience: I spent a year training at another F45 studio before deciding to join F45 Kingsgrove, and it was hands down the best decision I’ve made! They are so professional, the studio is huge and their attention to detail is another level. The sense of community here is incredible, and all the coaches are fantastic. Fantastic experience: A friend of mine invited me to a class and I absolutely loved it. I was already training at another F45 and have been there for a number of years, however when I done a class at Kingsgrove I instantly felt apart of their community. But recently the new owners Carlos, Maria and Vani have taken f45 Kingsgrove to the next level creating an amazing community feeling. All the trainers are great! They are welcoming, knowledgeable and happy to share advice on how best to reach my health and fitness goals. What is important to me is as I train they step in instruct and guide to ensure my technique is correct which will prevent injury. This is important and they do it well. If you are not a member yet you won't regret joining the f45 Kingsgrove Family.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending F45 Kingsgrove for a year now and have to say it’s been so amazing for my fitness, mental and physical health. Fantastic experience: For sure one of the most inclusive, safe and positive gyms I ever been to. What really got me is the sense of community this place has. Also the coaches are knowledgeable and super friendly which makes the classes a delight to attend to. There are different styles of classes such as resistance, cardio and hybrid and definitely all of them make you sweat (which I love)! I am so glad I found F45 Kingsy to train, my days and my health are much better after our 45 min work out sessions. Thanks team.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of a number of F45 studios and CrossFit gyms for short stints, but have been at this studio for nearly 2 years This F45 has such a great community that makes it easy to stay. From the trainers to the great people who attend the class, it makes going to the gym that much easier.

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 Kingsgrove about 4 months ago and would give it 6 stars if I could. Britt, Lucie and the team have created the perfect balance of an inviting and friendly environment with pushing you to and beyond your limits. You can tell by how friendly all the members are when you first enter a class. The coaches are all knowledgeable and ensure you do things safely and effectively. I also enjoy how they put their own spin on some of the workouts to make them more challenging. I have 2 young kids and sometimes need to bring them to class and the trainers couldn’t be more accommodating with finding somewhere safe for the kids to hang out whilst I exercise. It is a real family environment. For someone who was working out at home and struggling to find the motivation, to someone who goes 6 days a week and hates missing a workout, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join.

Fantastic experience: My first session today and by far the best F45 that I’ve trained at. No egos at all and the trainers were very professional especially Elena who pushed me to my limit and motivated me to train harder! Both trainers made me feel very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I used to be intimidated by F45, thinking I had to be super fit to do these classes and worried I wouldn't be able to keep up. But what I found at F45 Kingsgrove was a friendly, welcoming, supportive environment. The trainers are great at helping me improve my technique and encouraging me to go harder or lift heavier. Over the last year and a half, I have noticed massive improvements in my strength and cardio, and I am now smashing my running goals.

The training is incredibly efficient, with everything ready to go as soon as I arrive. The studio itself is in a fantastic location, well-maintained, and has plenty of street parking. With a wide variety of class times, I can always find a class that suits my busy schedule. The gym has recently changed ownership, and the new team has brought fresh energy, implementing great upgrades and new initiatives. The strong sense of community here adds to the experience, making it feel like more than just a gym. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Don't even know why you even bother/consider any other fitness brand / gym. I have been attending for over 3 years now - pre/post covid. Trainers are second to none, facilities are pristine and equipment is sensational. From a value for money perspective you can't even compare. Fixed price for as many sessions as you like in a week - it's a no brainer. If you want a solid work where you are in/out in 45/50mins, all equipment set up for you then thats what you get. If you want trainer assistance you will get that too. If you want the bells whistles of team work outs, friendships and high fives after each session to get also to kickoff or end your day - that also comes included. 7 days a week mixed cardio days / resistance days from 5.00am right up to evening classes. A simple app for all your sessions and logs, Ohh and if you have a specific goal weight, fitness, clothing size or look you are after - I can't see where else yould could achieve it all under one roof at the price. I love value for money hence why why 3 years in I'm still going and train 5 days a week. Here's to next 3 years!

I have been going for 3 years and as a mum it is convenient for the early morning class, every class is different which I love and amazing trainers. It is easy to find parking and the number of classes suits everyone’s needs be they people who work, stay at home mums or retirees. Love the flexibility of classes and the actual gym building as it is big and airy.

The gym itself is well maintained and spacious to ensure a pleasant training experience. But with F45 it's the trainer's that make or break it. Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting, I heard screaming while walking just past their facilitation and they weren’t the screams of someone pulling weight.

Fantastic experience: Chris, Britt, Paulette and the team are very supportive. Returning after giving birth has been a challenge mentally and physically however the team have guided me and provided alternative movements to support my recovery.

The space is massive so you don’t feel like you are training on top of each other and there’s no noise restrictions. The environment is warm and welcoming and everyone supports each other. Fantastic experience: Joining F45 kingsgrove is one of the best things I’ve ever done. I was always too shy to do group training but when I joined 5 months ago the trainers welcomed me in straight away and I felt instantly part of the F45 community. The trainers are so so friendly and make class fun all while still ensuring you train to your absolute best. I never saw my self being some one who wakes up early to train or someone who trains on a Saturday but here am doing just that at F45 Kingsgrove. I will definitely be a long term member :).
