Fantastic experience: I got a sweat test done by Cory at the Athletic Institute. I was getting a lot of cramping in long distance/endurance events and wondered if I was a "salty sweater". The test gave me the answer (I am) and Cory was able to advise on proper electrolyte replacement.

Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing fainting episodes which really quite scary.....more often I was having dizzy spells coupled with nausea and headaches....GP sent me for scans of my heart and brain.....then a chance conversation with a guy at the cycle shop led me to a salt loss test at the Athletic Institute....I have since started taking Precision Hydration 1500 tablets on their recommendation and as a result these frequent episodes have ceased altogether....I am very happy. Fantastic experience: My son had a number of PT sessions here at AI. A very warm and welcoming place where each session is tailored to your particular goals. A special shout out to Maddy for her expertise and helping my son with his form. He enjoyed his sessions and we saw a huge improvement very quickly. Another shout out to Chris, for writing the program. We hope to be back soon.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym in Perth. It has awesome classes and programs for young athletes that are personalised for each athlete. The gym facilities are top notch and there are plenty of staff around to help you out. In particular, Cris Ormsby is one of (if not the best) members on the team. He is alway there, willing to help out, and is overall a really great guy. The gym is one of a kind and I definitely recommend.

Corey, Nhat, Chris, Giorgia and the rest of the coaches at AI cover the expertise spectrum from high-performance S&C to exercise physiology to recovery. Not only does this gym cater to high-performing athletes but also to your every day person that’s looking to get stronger, fitter and healthier. The recovery suite including recovery boots, self-massage devices, ice baths and saunas makes this gym stand out from a functional perspective. But the real reason this gym is great is because of the people and culture. There are no ego lifters here, just a bunch of great people all making each other better. I cannot imagine training anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Best Institute I have been apart of. Feel safe and come into welcoming environment surrounded by great people, including Corey Green. Has put a huge amount of work into what he loves and has time for those that really want to improve or push themselves to get better. In my experience, I came to Corey and he provided me with a plan and a program suitable to me as I have never really worked out before in my life, in which he was very understanding of. He helped me reach my goals and to especially get the team (West Perth Falcons) to a grand final and win the premiership. Without him at the club, none of the boys would be strong or fit enough to be able to withstand the pressures at that level. Thanks for everything Greeny and the team! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I first of want to just commend the staff on how approachable and professional they are. They go above and beyond to ensure that your individual needs are met. I find that whether I want to recover or train, the staff and the facilities are there for me to get the best out of myself. I could not recommend this place any higher, and Corey Green the head honcho is one of the best to ever do it. He truly cares about the people in it and making the place the best it could be for his clients. The best gym I’ve been too. Period.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Athletic Institute since 2017 and can’t recommend it enough! Over this time the facilities have continued to improve, and I’m loving the addition of recovery facilities. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and down to have a chat. Bryce and Corey have always written great programs that have kept me performing at my best.

Corey and Georgia wrote me a rehab and strength plan to get me back to play. At all stages was so professional. Loved coming in and working out as the gym itself has everything you need to get to the next level. I highly recommend this place as the best gym in Perth

Fantastic experience: For the young footy addicts out there, try the AFL Off Season Program! My son has been participating in this program for past couple of weeks & loves it. Already he’s seen improvement in strength & muscle mass.

Fantastic experience: I joined AI in August 2019 after being referred to by a client of mine. I was battling with knee pain from running/excessive loading and after a consult/testing, a custom training plan to build strength helped me become pain free within a month. My plan to commit to their specialised program for "only a few months" went out the window once I realised how beneficial their coaching and strength & conditioning programs are, as well as being instantly welcomed into the AI family. The gym facility itself, along with the friendliness, knowledge, professionalism and experience of the coaches is only a handful of reasons I continued to stay on and to be honest I'm pretty sure a lifetime membership is on the cards. :) Oh and they also stock supplements and meals which are cheaper than most supplement chains! Thanks AI!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Athletic Institute (AI) for over 4 years and have never looked back at another gym since. The facility has some of the most qualified coaches I have ever been trained by and their positive attitude keeps me coming back. AI helped me recover from an ankle reconstruction, providing a solid rehab program with exercises to become more mobile for the future. If you're a young athlete and want to take your sport more seriously or if you're wanting to move and feel better, AI is a must-have investment in your life.
