Fantastic experience: I have been training here for about a year and a half now. The trainers are amazing, attentive and very motivational. Shout out to Macarah and Brooklyn who always put in 110% to support and motivate us members for every single session. The vibes are awesome and I’ve gotten to know some really great people over my time training here. A great spot for anyone looking for a supportive community to reach their health and fitness goals! Can’t say enough about the place

Fantastic experience: I've been to other F45s and this one is definitely the stand out best. The trainers all know your name and importantly go out of their way to know them. I feel very accepted and not intimidated at all. Love every trainer, all are so welcoming. And also Dave the owner who is very present and approachable! 100% recommend!
Fantastic experience: Love this studio. Trainers are lovely and so supportive (but don’t be fooled, they certainly push you to work hard!). Great community feel too. No setup, no pack down. Just show up, switch off and work your guts out. I’ve lost 15kg with the help of this studio. I would HIGHLY recommend.
