Fantastic experience: Been a member at Core24 for over a year now and enjoy work outs that fit in with busy mum life. Had such an amazing Yoga class with Alison today who brought back the calmness to the Christmas period and her easy going flow teaching techniques were wonderful! All trainers bring their own unique style and so many sites and classes gives great options

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a club member at Core24 Carrum Downs for over two months now, and it’s been invaluable for my overall health and mental wellbeing. Despite living further out, I selected this club because of the excellent facilities and member benefits, and it’s been well worth the commitment. I predominantly utilise Reformer Pilates A huge thank you to the incredible and gifted instructors; Amy G, Amy S, Rachael, and Natasha -who each bring something unique and motivating to their sessions. Every class is different, and challenging, which never makes you feel it’s Groundhog Day. After every training session, it leaves me feeling great, whether it’s to start my day strong or unwind after work. The support and energy from the team have been fantastic, and I’ve noticed improvements in my health since joining. Thank you for making fitness both fun and rewarding. Keep up the fantastic work, Core24 into the amazing pilates instructors. I hope management passes this feedback to them personally.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending this gym for a while now, and it truly offers so much! Recently, I started Reformer Pilates with Rachael G, and I have to say she’s absolutely amazing at her job. She’s not only incredibly skilled but also very caring and dedicated. You can really see how much passion she puts into her work, and it makes me so happy to be part of her classes. Rachael truly deserves recognition for her dedication and commitment. If you haven’t tried her classes yet, I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: Very expensive, there's no price differentiation if you just want to use the sauna or the entire facilities unlike at other gyms. The sauna isn't available 24/7 like the name suggests, 1/2 the two saunas isn't running half the time so you have to pack into a sauna that essentially only fits 4 people, and for some reason every time I've been there's ants everywhere.

Fantastic experience: Lash lift and tint and full body massage, my first experience with a lash lift and I am obsessed with how beautiful my natural lashes look with just a slight curl! My full body massage was amazing, my massage therapist had such gentle hands and got right in the spots that need attention most. Overall the energy of the room was so vibrant and background music was so relaxing I felt like I was at peninsula hot springs if I’m completely honest. 5 stars definitely booking my next massage for next month.

Fantastic experience: Being going to core24 Frankston for a month or so now seeing the nutritionalist, Siobhan. She has been fantastic and so supportive of my progress which has been going really good so far. Definitely going to stick with it, meals, workouts and all as for the they have been a great!! Negative experience: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Core24. While my initial impressions were positive, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding contract termination and the subsequent rude behavior of the staff. When I first joined Core24, I was impressed by the facilities and friendly staff. However, I was unaware of the 28-day notice requirement needed to end my 3-month contract. It was only after completing my initial term that I learned about this clause. Despite my attempts to terminate my membership, Core24 refused to accommodate my request. Even though I explained that the initial sign-up process did not involve informing me about the notice period, they were unwilling to waive this requirement. As a result, I was forced to continue paying for a membership that I no longer needed. To make matters worse, once I escalated the dispute, the staff members became increasingly rude and unhelpful. Their behavior was a stark contrast to the friendliness I had experienced initially. This negative attitude further compounded my disappointment with Core24. I believe it is important for gyms to be upfront about their contract terms and conditions from the very beginning. The lack of communication in this instance, combined with the subsequent rude behavior of the staff, has left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I hope that future members of Core24 are made aware of these details before committing to a membership. Staff mentioned above are Karen and Olivier.

Fantastic experience: Frankston core 24 is the best one out of all the cores , friendly staff great facility's . Roy The Club Manger , Dan are the best ones there .

Negative experience: Prices have recently risen and so has the music in gym areas. Repeated, respectful requests to turn it down ignored or staff saying we’re not allowed to turn it down or we don’t know how are extremely frustrating. It’s not a disco, anyone who wants their own music has it, so keep it down for the rest.

Negative experience: Not safe for women. A man took photo's of me training glutes, when I informed staff I was told "oh we've had a couple of complaints against him" - nothing was done. A man who was pleasuring himself in the spa with me in it also kept his membership. A man who was talked to for touching himself while looking at a minor also kept his membership. There has been countless other incidences.

I am so enjoying the support offered, the variety. offered by all instructors. The variety targeting different muscle groups. Together with my Personal Trainer Daniel, I have turned my health around losing weight, building muscle and feeling strong. Very happy with the service and results.

Positive experience: A reasonable gym with heaps on offer although it's got a pretty tired look and showers that are mostly hot. The counter staff are absolutely lovely and helpful and Phil's boxing class is fantastic. Unfortunately I had loads of membership difficulties from the moment I joined including being charged for classes I didn't book or attend (multiple times) and halfway through my ten pass they hiked the price of the class I was attending by $10. So watch out for this. Management will work with you to resolve if you persist and have the time.

Fantastic experience: Hi my name is Tony and my wife and iI have just joined Core 24 Frankston now 2 weeks in recovering from a back surgery and on my way to getting fit again this Gym has everything from a heated hydro pool and a salt room and massage chairs + so many more choices looking forward to a Spin Cycle class when I am mobile enough or some. of there hugh range of other group classes the staff are so friendly and make you really feel welcomed I can fully recommend this Gym to male and females of any age group as there facilities are first class and so many different places to work out or just unwind in a Steam Room or Surna or Spar looking forward to my next visit . Positive experience: Lovely sign up process very helpful Facilities are a bit dated esp pool area had ants all through my clothes and towel hanging on a hook . Wasn’t to impressed by the lady eating fruit in the spa on Sunday afternoon, few people left because of her . As for anything else so far so so good again lovely staff .

Fantastic experience: I’d been looking at getting back into the gym for around 3-4 months and wasn’t sure what avenue to take . Whether it be a anytime fitness that doesn’t really have a great atmosphere to begin with or an F45 style of gym which I love the workouts but the cost is something that I felt was a little high for me . I then found core in Frankston and realised it had everything I wanted and more at a really good price . I got the pleasure of dealing with Kodie at the front desk which from the start made you feel welcome with her upbeat and positive personality. She then put me in touch with rob who is a P.T there and if also was accomodating to my past injuries and age haha . I’m so happy I’ve found this place it’s been an amazing past few months being there and will continue to go until that get sick of me and boot me out . Thank you again kodie and rob . Cheers

Staff were all friendly and helpful including the class instructors. So many classes offered and several different locations in the area. Couldn’t recommend this gym more enough. Also there is a an app to help with setting up bookings for classes

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Core for many years and highly recommend this health club for its group fitness classes with excellent instructors, friendly staff, sparkling pool, sauna and steam rooms. After a session at Core, and filled with feel-good endorphins, I always leave with a big smile on my face.

Negative experience: The gym it self is really good staff are nice, there’s always problems getting in the keycards into the first door people are lining up waiting to try today and waiting for another person’s card, They are also wanting people phase out finger print and go to facial recognition anyone who can think knows this is the wrong path to go down for provacy reasons if you can’t even work out why and what is going to happen in the future go get your 4th booster shot because it took 3 for you to work it out.

Fantastic experience: I was a member of Core24 previously and left. I have since returned due to relocating and work etc. I wanted to share that I had the most amazing consultation/membership experience with Suzanna. Suzanna went above and beyond to explain the process of signing up to me, highlighted I could get a wellness consult, nutrition and PT all in the one place and took the time to ensure I had a tour and felt welcomed. My two sign up experiences were night and day and I feel really comfortable and at home in the Frankston club now.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, pool, spa, sauna and Steam room. I love the fact they also have a Massage/Beauty treatment are. Absolutely love the Salt Therapy room, so relaxing and I could definitely tell the difference with my asthma after only being in there for 45 minutes. Very friendly staff as well

Fantastic experience: First time becoming a full member of a gym, at 53 years old would I be too old? Core24 staff make you feel very comfortable and supportive. Many glass options to suit all. Spin class is excellent, the instructors communicate the whole way through whilst challenging yourself. If you miss a booked time slot you can have your own virtual RPM session. Therapy Pool always warm along with the spa & sauna

Fantastic experience: Working out for the first time with someone can be very nerve racking and your self esteem can already be low so it’s never an easy experience at first. Thank you to Suzanne my personal trainer who always makes me comfortable and I feel like I have known her my entire life but I’m sure she gets that from everyone. Truly a 5 star experience.

I was a bit worried about training above 4000m but it hasn’t been a problem. The staff have helped me transition to training longer. They’re brilliant.

It has everything you could possibly need - reformer pilates, hot yoga, cycle, pool and spa, infrared sauna and steam room, high altitude room, 2 massive gym rooms, massive cardio room with tvs, brand new cycle studio is so sick! Worth checking out if you need a new gym! Staff are friendly and there is always something new being added to the gym!

Negative experience: Incredibly run down. The equipment has been the same for the last 14 years with minimal changes. The amenities are run down and the smell of urine from the men’s can be smelt from the front entry. The gym space is great just needs a lot of work.

Negative experience: Came here and had the worst gym experience possible. Equipment(Racks, bars, seats, floors) are all filthy and the staff is just plain helpless. Absolutely never coming back.

Fantastic experience: I not usually a fan of gyms but feel really comfortable and enjoy time out to myself while at Core. I have enjoyed the convenience of 24/7 access to all their different gym locations, staff are really friendly and I love the reformer pilates, gym areas and relaxing spaces like the massage chairs and salt therapy rooms.

Fantastic experience: I started bodyshape with Vivienne this year after a sedentary couple of Covid years and she has changed my life. I can’t thank her enough! Her expertise and genuine care has given me back my confidence and zest for life. Without our weekly appointments I don’t think I would’ve had the stamina to continue. Now I’m at Core most nights doing a variety of amazing classes and weights. This gym is epic with such a great vibe. Everyone is friendly and inviting, and the teachers are inspirational. If you want to change your life this place will do it.

Fantastic experience: My favourite gym in large due to offering body shape and it being run by an amazing trainer Vivienne. No matter what my needs are she provides killer advice and her passion means she is always happy to help me with any area of my health journey. She has played an important part in me trying to reach my goals. Vivienne has a remarkable ability to inspire and uplift everyone around her. Her positive energy and enthusiasm are contageous and even on the toughest day when my motivation is non existent i leave my session with Vivienne feeling like i can do anything. But beyond her professional skills she is an amazing person who genuinely cares about her clients. She takes the time get to know you on a personal level, understanding your strengths, weaknesses and aspirations. Her priority is not just your physical transformation but promoting a healthy mindset and overall well-being. 5 starts, A+, 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Core24 in Frankston is a fantastic gym with incredible staff and a great atmosphere. The range of activities available will suit every level of fitness and interest. I think it would be a fantastic initiative to introduce a “staff member of the month” program, as the staff are all so welcoming and friendly. Negative experience: I've been a member of this gym on and off for years, and each time I come back, I'm reminded why I left. The staff are friendly enough, but the equipment is desperately outdated, appearing to have remained unchanged for the past two decades. A major concern is the gym's cleanliness. The exhaust fans in the showers, for instance, are in a state that's simply unacceptable. Look at the pics. They do not look like they have ever been cleaned. The issues go beyond just the physical state of the gym. The gym's cancellation procedure is a hassle, designed to pressure you into not leaving. I've experienced this twice now, once when I tried to cancel my own membership and years later when I attempted to cancel my daughters' memberships. Setting up our memberships was also an unnecessarily long process, taking over an hour and a half even as we tried to expedite the process by avoiding unnecessary questions and chatter. The gym's financial practices are also questionable. There's an additional $10 per month charge for equipment maintenance, which, in my opinion, should be included in the base membership fee. When I was informed of this charge, even the staff member who told me about it seemed uncomfortable. About a decade ago, I was hired as a trainer here. However, my experience was disappointing. My first night of unpaid training was run by an old-school "guru" who was unwilling to accept any form of challenge or questioning. At the time, I had just completed my Cert III, IV, and a Diploma in Fitness, so I was well-versed in the most up-to-date training methods. This guru, however, seemed to be stuck in the past, refusing to update his knowledge or methods. After I tried to bring some modern insights to the table, I was let go under the pretext of having said inappropriate things. I did not care, or challenge it as I already knew it was not a place that I wished to work at. Sadly, gyms may become like the video stores of the past, replaced by online fitness platforms. To prevent this, gyms need to offer premium service, state-of-the-art equipment, and maintain a super clean environment. If they fail to do so, people will not join, nor will they stay. Unfortunately, this gym falls short in these aspects, and until there are significant improvements, I'd advise potential members to look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: My son purchased the Mother's Day special of a facial and signature massage at Frankston Core24 wellness and beauty Centre. The room was relaxing and beautifully decorated. Kimberly was warm and welcoming, the treatments were fabulous especially the massage with hot stones so relaxing. I now have monthly massages.
