Fantastic experience: Hello Staff Of Anytime Fitness, I would like to provide an in depth review for your gym. Firstly the staff absolutely fantastic, they provide me with fantastic tips when I'm working out. I also appreciate how they greet me every time I enter the gym. Secondly the equipment is absolutely fantastic they a plethora of equipment ranging from squat racks, treadmills, benches, dumbbell racks and more. Lastly one time I attempted a 140 kg pr and the entire gym cheered me on. That's my review thank you

Fantastic experience: I have been a loyal member since 2016 and have never considered switching to another gym. Khloe, the manager, is exceptionally skilled and efficient in her role. She is highly responsive to any concerns or issues that may arise, ensuring prompt resolution. The facilities are consistently maintained in a clean and organised manner, prioritising the safety and hygiene of all members. Furthermore, the supportive community fostered through the diverse range of classes offered is truly remarkable. Chris, the personal trainer, plays a pivotal role in motivating and empowering members to achieve their fitness goals, providing invaluable support and encouragement.

Fantastic experience: I really like the vibe at cabra af the most. I've visited a few gyms due to work and travel. There is a great selection of machines and equipment that aren't seen in all gyms. The staff Khloe, Dom and Chelsea are very nice and welcoming. All the classes are awesome and the stand-outs being Bootcamp and Boxfit for me. A perfect synergy of technique, speed, power and endurance. Trainer Chris will correct technique and call you out for conserving.

Fantastic experience: This gym is absolutely perfectly if you want almost zero interruption in your workout and go hard; where you don't have to wait for equipments and plenty of machines to hit every muscle for the gains. Also Khloe is a very nice/great manager and with her upbeat energy; she will take care of you well.

Anytime Fitness Cabramatta rocks and staff was superb especially Khloe who always display an amazing smile that just lifts my day. Very spacious and gym have lots of different varieties of equipment. Negative experience: I would like to leave a feedback regarding the Cabramatta Anytime Fitness gym. First of all, I have cancelled my membership with the gym. In doing so, I have come across numerous difficulties created by Anytime Fitness and their representatives. As a result, I am losing out. For example, when my friend and I joined the gym, we asked for a 12 months membership. After 12 months, I received a called from Cabramatta anytime fitness asking for money. I then learned that Anytime fitness had created, not a 12 but, 18 months contract. I then came to the gym to try to resolve the problem. I have spoken to a Malaysian Chinese staff who advised that this happens quite often. So then my friend and I came on the 10/01/2024 to pay for an extra 30 days notice of cancellation in advance. Just before we left, I asked for two confirmations namely that a) this is the last final payment and there should not be any nasty surprises and b) the key card should be working just in case if I need to use the gym because it is paid for until 09/02/2024. The same staff advised us that this is the last final payment. There should be no more payment and the key card should work. There shouldn’t be any problems. On 24/01/2024, I have decided to go to the gym only to find out that you have locked me out and that the key does not work. It was extremely inconvenient for me. A smart and reasonable person ought to have worked out that you must have locked me out after we left the premises on the 10/01/2024 and way before the 24/01/2024. However, if I asked you why this is happening? I can almost guarantee that you would have an explanation for it. Or perhaps you would say that you put a lock on my key the very same day that I decided to go to the gym. It is always someone else’s fault. In addition, at approximately 11 am this morning 07/02/2024, you send me a message, conveniently, saying that my membership fees is overdue by 2 cents. If there is an overdue fees by 1 cent then member gets locked out. So let me see if I can break this down in a simpler way by touching on some of the objective facts. First we know you (Anytime Fitness) signed me up for 18 months instead of 12. Second, instead of making it a smooth and pleasant experience, you made it difficult for me to cancel my membership. As a result I have to pay an extra 30 days in advance to finalise the cancellation. You then denied me the right to use the gym for those 30 days that I have paid for. Ultimately, between you and I, I am is losing out. A reasonable person would be able to conclude that this is an example of thievery. I have made a determination that you are dishonest, amoral and uncivilised people who lack the integrity to do the right thing. Further, if you were smart, you would have said to yourself, you know what this member had been with us for a while now and during this time we never had any problem with him. For example, he paid his fees on a regular basis and doesn’t seem any incident with the gym. However, for some reason, he does not want to be with us anymore despite our efforts, let’s see if we can make it a smooth transaction for him so that if he ever decided to use the gym again, he will think of us as oppose to leaving a bad taste in his mouth. However, you chose to take some more money from us at the same time preventing us from using the gym. Your conducts are outrageous. Your sloppy behaviours may be more fitting in a third world country. So the next time if you see people looking at your funny, I want you to understand that is because of you. You present yourself as dishonest and uncivilised individuals who set out to scam others.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff who were eager to assist me with any questions I had. The gym itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a wide range of equipment to suit all fitness levels and goals.
