Fantastic experience: Street Soccer, friendly staff, popular

Negative experience: This place is corrupt and crooked. The administration is re-selling and prebooking time slots with paid football apps not allowing regular folks to book the court to play. They don't lend you the balls to play and they stop your time minutes before the end. There is a blond woman in admin who is extremely rude.

Fantastic experience: Great basketball court

Positive experience: We do work organised futsal on Wednesday lunchtime. They do need to fix up the outside scoreboard and conduct maintenance properly.

Negative experience: Great facilities, 5 stars for this. The one star goes to the receptionists who are rude or better to say they just working only for to get their salary who actually the taxpayers pay them. Very bad customer service. If you are going to ask politely a bit more questions about the facilities or something else, you are going to receive a sarcastic answer.

Positive experience: Overall, I'm pretty happy. However, I don't think the men's change rooms are cleaned on a regular or acceptable level. I can come in and see rubbish that was there on my previous days or previous week's visit. It's pretty shoddy.

Fantastic experience: Best indoor basketball courts in the city. Great full Court pickup games on Friday evenings. Be sure to book online by Weds night for that. Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. If you're new to Sydney and want to connect with ball players, make KGV you're first stop.

Negative experience: I made an appointment with my family to play, but other people forcibly occupied the whole court, and the remaining half of the court was also preempted by others.

Fantastic experience: Great spot! One of the cheapest places and best maintained fútbol pitch in Sydney. We love coming here to play our weekly games. Showers and toilets facilities are great and they even have lockers.

Positive experience: I came to the facility to play some basketball. I met up with my freind we walked in and we were greeted by the infamous Dun Don. 6'2 Big and a monster in the post. We hopped on the court and i gave him a smooth pass right under the rim, he caught it and then there was a sudden bang, The backboard shattered and the rim hit the floor. Dun Don had bricked an open layup. He then rudely clutched his face in despair as if he hadnt done anything wrong. He looked up and down and asked for forgiveness. We said "get out of here" and with a solemn stride he headed for the doors, Before leaving Dun Don opened his mouth and said with an angelic voice he muttered " ill leave you boys to it" These words have been marked on walls all around the country for respects of Dun Don, Sadly Dun Don has never been seen again. Update: Dun Don has fled the country to Argentina in hopes to pursue basketball glory.

Positive experience: Nice centre . Gym and sports activities. Good for kids. Gym timings are different than basketball court

Positive experience: Venue is nice. Unfortunately the referee they have for the volleyball comp doesn't really know the rules. I wouldn't complain about it since it's a social competition but the rules they don't enforce are the rules around the net which are generally there for the safety of the players. Please stand next to the net and call centre line faults and net violations, you can really save people from breaking some ankles and twisting knees. I really don't care if the in / out calls aren't completely accurate, at least my ankles won't be destroyed.

Fantastic experience: I was told I needed a permit to take photos there. I mean like seriously what year are we in?? I didn't walk in with a whole crew shooting for SLAM magazine. Sometimes they let you take photos though. The courts are great and the competition that shows up can be impressive.

Negative experience: the management have to take seriously to repair the roof as when it is raining the water will be leak into the court. As today we book on 2:45pm - 5:15pm that time we was playing halfway and called to leave the court as they are going to closed the basketball court because of water leaking. if they are not going to do any repair on the roof how should people play while raining and called to leave halfway while playing everytime？This was totally unacceptable，if this problem was always there. Please do something to prevent water leaking while raining. Kinda bad experience，because we barely make our time out to play here and this kinda issue happened to us. Is not about refund money or reschedule other time free，we need to work as well and hardly arranged a time to play here and kinda stupid things happened. Seriously……

Fantastic experience: This is a great place for sports, whether it's one of their many weekday lunchtime or evening competitions, or just mucking about with friends. The courts look great, there's plenty of seating area, an electronic scoreboard too. We play futsal here, the balls KGV provide look a little worse for wear but no complaints really.

Negative experience: Basketball decent hoops. Worse floors I've played on. Gets cleaned once a month. Refs are below average

Negative experience: Basketball competition quality is below par. Stay away! The referees do not concentrate on the games and would rather speak to their friends on the bench as they casually stroll up and down the court. Rather unqualified referees and scorers overall in relation to calls, rulings, professionalism, and knowledge of rules. Management is also to blame as they would not take responsibility of any incidents that have occurred that have a negative impact on the staff/stadium. They are very biased and protect their own regardless of their staffs actions. Fees are high, but roof is continously leaking during any signs of rain. Hence causing games to be cancelled or postponed. We once played a game with three staff members at three different locations of the court guarding a puddle. If the play was anywhere near the puddle/staff member, the game would be stopped and inbounded from the sideline. Rather pathetic as it has been like this for at least 4 years. Word of warning. Go elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: I really like how you can play with players who are experienced and at your level. The players are friendly and even took a few photos of our group! I was able to teach my friends the basics and fundamentals of the game. I was also able to do drills with them. Staff are friendly and tell you what time it closes. I really want to come back because of the competition and because I really want to improve my game!❤

Negative experience: Play in a few competitions here during work ours. Watched a Bball grand final. A but disappointing. The staff scoring were not watching the game and missed a number of points and the score board wasn't working. It's a GF. Not good as a spectator

The one of referees call DANIELE always professional ,friendly and he makes exercise good judgment !! Actually another ref are so so, if you have DANIELE on your game you are lucky will love to play more !!

Fantastic experience: I do a class here on Saturday mornings with Hoops Never Sleep. The court is always in excellent condition even at the end of the week. The floor is never too slippery and there is just enough light but the sun never comes in. It does get hot in summer so be prepared to sweat. The facilities also include change rooms (which are always clean) with toilets and free showers. They have a cold water tap on the court and I've heard their gym is also very good quality. The playground looks great for children of all ages and has plenty of shade also. Staff are super friendly also. One of the best sport courts in the city and 5m walk from wynyard. Highly recommended
