Fantastic experience: Super clean just like 5 star hotel standard. Equipments are new and maintenance in good condition. Staff are friendly and helpful. They made you feel like a part of family. Highly recommend

Positive experience: This is probably my favourite virgin active gym, even though it doesn’t have a pool etc it doesn’t actually need it. Classes are great gym floor is great and staff are friendly only thing it needs is weekend hours… there is another VA up the road that is open weekends but it isn’t as good and the weekend open hours are terrible. Open this gym over the weekend instead of Pitt street with longer hours even reduced classes.

Fantastic experience: Really clean fitness centre. I have no idea about my PT yet(cause I took only 1 session yet) but my trainer Ivan is really friendly and a hard worker. I like it.

Fantastic experience: This gym has remained clean and well maintained after a year. The staff are friendly and always present to tidy things and wipe off surfaces.

Great and new equipment, the best classes, amazing changing rooms and amenities and fantastic staff, especially Gemma who went above and beyond to make sure myself and my friend had the best experience at the gym :) I highly recommend! :)

Fantastic experience: Amazing new branch! Have been going to virgin active at pitt st but this branch is nicer, cleaner and the yoga class here is amazing! Love a good yoga class with Joel and Michelle! Highly recommended! Tad pricey but worth it in comparison to fitness first! I don’t mind paying tad more for better gym equipment, cleaner gym and class that highly motivates you to keep coming back for more!

Positive experience: I used to attend this gym and found the location, amenities and overall quality of the equipment and classes fantastic. However, their class policy is frustratingly strict and on multiple occasions I was not allowed to enter a class, which I had been booked into and specifically travelled to the city for, when I arrived just as the instructor closing the door. After many disappointing journeys home I decided that Virgin Margaret Street was not the right gym for me. I's not sure if all studios are this inflexible, but it is a little better at VA Pitt Street.

Fantastic experience: I've really enjoyed going to this gym. From the moment you enter and are warmly welcomed to the time you leave, everyone is just friendly and helpful. The gym is also well maintained and the premises is clean.

Fantastic experience: Normally train in Melbourne, at bourke street. Wow! This gym is nice. Shiney new kit, especially all eleiko bars and bumper plates. Staff are super friendly as well.

Fantastic experience: I used to go to the Pitt Street one. I have transferred to this gym since it open on day 1. I normally do not give any business 5 stars. But I would give virgin active Margaret St. a five star. From staff to equipment, you can’t pick anything is wrong, it’s just perfect, the staffs are friendly, everyone smiles and says hi to you, equipments are advanced and well-found, the gym itself is big and clean, love the bathroom as well, smells good, not like others gym stinks... and I have PT with Andres, who’s very friendly and professional, highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Pretty spacious health club with lots of room for free weights training. Several studios in upper and lower floors like yoga, HIIT, pilates and barre.

Fantastic experience: There is a sense of premium luxury the minute you are greeted by the friendly front office team (definitely not the case elsewhere). The style and decor is luxury which sounds crazy for a gym. The floor plan allocates large spacious rooms / areas with great separation from other activities which makes for a comfortable and non intrusive environment. A great space with plenty of variation in fitness activities. Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: Big love for the superstar Latin dance queen Cristina!!!! Her passion , her energy, her technique skills, made me and everyone in the class enjoy it to the max while learning a lot from the best in the industry! I have been with Virgin Active for so so so long but I have to say, this is one of best dance class I have truly enjoyed for a long while, and this makes me want to dance more in future. Hopefully, Virgin can open more dance class by Cristina at this club or my base club Moore Park or both!

Fantastic experience: CLEANEST GYM I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! First gym I've ever felt was clean enough to walk around the change rooms barefoot. Friendly staff, awesome instructors and premium facilities. I highly recommend to anyone in the CBD area looking for a high quality health club at reasonable prices.

Fantastic experience: I love every aspect of the gym - the staffs, the facilities and the group fitness classes and their star coaches, to the extent that my initial hesitation to sign up because of cost now seems laughable. Also worth mentioning is my personal training sessions with Ting, who's been my rock from day one. He's taught me so much on the gym floor, and it was through his guidance and encouragement that I've gain confidence in doing weight exercises and incorporating them into the routine. Can't be happier with this gym and its people. Keep it up with the great work!

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal. This place is something from the future. I’m a member at another virgin active and just stopped here on my way to uni to have a shower. This place blows me away with how spectacular it is. The entire experience is luxurious, feels like something out of a movie. Certainly worth the premium compared to cheap gyms. I am very impressed with Virgin Active and definitely recommend.
