CrossFit Bairnsdale. We have been training people to get strong for the past 15yrs. Whether it be a professional athlete or someone who needs to lose weight to improve their health outcomes. We bring this level of experience and training to Bairnsdale!

Our key focus is safety. We aim to provide a safe and supportive space for our community to train hard, develop proper technique, feel fit, have fun and lift each other up!
