Fantastic experience: Wonderful 2-night stay. Lovely spacious room. 2 meals in the bistro were excellent with very friendly, efficient service.

Negative experience: If you want to eat the food microwaved for 5 seconds you can eat here it is just a vomit - not cooked and full of smells. I am here to attend the evening function and it is not pleasant as the food is the lowest of all. Really sad you are served this kind of food. McDonald would be a better option.

Negative experience: They forgot our order. Waited 40 minutes with multiple meals already having come out for people who arrived way after us. We asked about our food and they sounded irritated by the idea that we wanted to eat.

Positive experience: The RACV Club is conveniently located in Bourke St, the heart of Melbourne. Attended a business event. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We ate at the bistro and found the food excellent. This place is in a good location with plenty of amenities including a health centre with a great pool and rooms for accommodations. Everything is good except the chairs in the meeting room, I could literally sit comfortably for 10 to 15 minutes, but I have to leave in the middle as it was so painful to sit on these hard rock chairs, never seen these cheap chairs in meeting rooms or events. Was not expecting this from Racv. The sound system was also not working and presenter was unable to play the video with sound.

Fantastic experience: I've had the privellege of performing at the RACV Club for for 14 years. I absolutely love RACV City Club's Level 17 and their grand ballroom. The view from there is incredible, just like the look and sound of their grand piano. I can't wait to perform there again!

Negative experience: RACV City Club Bistro - Very Disappointing Our recent visit to RACV City Club Bistro was extremely disappointing. The service was slow and inattentive. Overall, it was a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Fantastic experience: We cannot say enough about how lovely it is to stay here. Our 3rd time this weekend for family events and the staff have gone above and beyond their required customer service abilities. A special thankyou to Dayan, Bells, & Reza for their professional manner and attention to detail on the auspicious occasion of my Mother in laws celebration for receiving her OAM. All our family members were delighted with the room set up and the exquisite menu & food service. They remarked also on the comfort of the accommodation, which is always above standard. Positive experience: Went for a drink in the bar, extremely limited beer selection, not even a lager. At dinner, low and behold a lager beer available, mmm, some communication would be good. The fish was a little dry, chips tasteless and the beans raw, however the scallops were outstanding. The waiters could not have been better, attentive and full of humor. The ambiance as always was superb, hence the 4 stars

Fantastic experience: I got brought here on a date and honestly it was phenomenal. Staff are friendly and attentive in the most genuine way, the food was brilliant, and the atmosphere was gorgeous, with live piano being played all night. Super pricey but very worthwhile

Fantastic experience: Beautiful Location, great facilities, squash court is loads of fun and pool and gym are very solid. The members-only dining room is exceptional. The food is great and they often have a live pianist who is always superb. Lots of functions and events held at the Club are engaging and entertaining, always a high standard though the RACV Club. Their resort locations throughout the country are beautiful too! Will continue to have my family and friends as frequent visitors to this, and all other locations. Looking forward to my next visit! Negative experience: The food in the cafe area is limited. There was no toasting option for the sandwiches and there were only 2 to choose from. With such a wonderful opportunity going to waste, I wonder who arranges the menu to deliberately lose customers and money. A shame for the members.

Positive experience: All you need in an upmarket downtown location. Big spacious rooms. friendly staff and all the usual amenities plus the club ambiance. Miniutes from Flinders and you can explore in either direction. Breakfast splendid.

Negative experience: What kind of hotel closes their swimming pool/sauna/spa at 7pm? How are guests supposed to have enough time to use the amenities they are paying for? The food is very bland, with the menu reading like it’s from a 1990’s New Idea cookbook. Little accommodation for vegetarian/vegan diners too. I want to like this place, but it has an overwhelming retirement home vibe.

Negative experience: Gone seriously downhill in recent times. The rooms are looking their age and food is nothing special. Much better accomodation and food options nearby for a fraction of the price.

Fantastic experience: There for a function on the 17th floor - impressive room! Staff couldn't have more obliging!

Negative experience: I had some items left at an event and called and then went their in person but nobody was helpful and they did not know what they were doing I had to wonder around trying to look for it and find people to talk to but nobody actually knew who to talk to or what happened Those items were never found They also can improve their catering for vegans as something better than flavourless frozen pastry and salad sandwiches

Negative experience: attended a function there, $140 dollar's no beer, plate had virtually no food on plate, 2nd plate well small salmon, followed by coffee but no dessert , I was hungry , I was shocked the lack of food , service was good ( waiters). but never again . so blew $140. I should have gone to Macca's

The rooms we're great, plenty of room The shower was good the bath was very good air-conditioning was spot on to sleep with and the bed was very comfortable the black ⚫️ out curtains worked a treat they give us a late check out of midday very nice

Negative experience: Lovely venue. Warm. Ok ambience. But service staff need to be trained in service. I've been here over an hour and the lady has come over once. Empty glasses everywhere. If you want it to be table service... please come to the table. The waitress is lovley. Just needs to look up more. It's a training thing. Keep eyes out for thirsty people

Fantastic experience: First time holding an Event at RACV City Club and was so pleased to have awesome staff who do their job seamlessly. The event coordinator and support staff are second to none, nothing was a hassle and they accommodated our every need. I will definitely be using this venue again!

Negative experience: Simon in RACV city club was extremely rude and unprofessional. We travelled from Tassie and currently staying in Docklands with family. We happen to see that RACV has EV charging facility on our chargefox app. Since we are RACT club members, we wanted to know if we can charge our EV at the club. I happened to speak to Simon about our situation at around 12.30am 23 April. He sounded condescending from the minute he picked up my call. I believe, he heard my Indian accent and just didn't want to talk to us. Is it racism? I don't know... First he said it's not open to the public. Then when I mentioned I have a RACT membership, he said I have to pay for the parking which I was happy to. I requested for more details, like the cost and the charging speed. He said he was too busy and cut the call. I called back and asked for his name and he said Simon which I don't believe is his real name. Whoever this person was, he was condescending, rude, unprofessional and possibly racist. I was nothing but polite. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to be treated with nothing but hostility.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service experience with Staff that are most accomodating. We dined at a number of the cafes and bistro's on site and could not find any thing negative to say about them. Highly recommend for a weekend away, business trip or as a full time club member.

Fantastic experience: My recent stay at the RACV City Club was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional welcome from the staff. The room I stayed in was spacious, modern, and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well-designed to ensure a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Negative experience: Great facilities. Mst facilities are excellent. The pool, gym, pool room, bars and dining rooms are all very good. Front counter staff excellent as were most staff generally. From here on sadly, it gets worse. I paid extra for a business membership. Sadly the staff were rude at the business centre and I had to avoid using this space with clients. Most things are booked out well in advance, even the bistro was regularly booked! All holiday places seem to be booked out well in advance however I did get to go to Healesville. This was spectacular but the locals drop their kids off at the club with their parent's membership card so the place was full of un-supervised kids. If you have lots of time on your hands and you are willing to book things over 6 months in advance then this could be for you. For me, I just gave up after a couple of years as I found that I just couldn't ever access what I wanted to use.

Negative experience: Visited RACV city club Melbourne today with my sister in law which she is the club member, my sister in law use the car park and we decided to meet at the RACV at 2pm. I arrived there earlier than my sister in law, i was greeted in an unfriendly way by Mr. Massimo the rudest and racist bellman i have ever come across. As soon as i enter the building he and his other colleague ask for my member card, I explained to him I don’t have a member card however my husband has it, and my sister in law that i came here with also has it, i come here because we park our car here and decided to meet back here then he said I could not come in which i was fine with it and waited outside. When my sister in law arrived I followed her inside then Mr. Massimo followed me he shouted i need to talk to you, by observing his behaviour towards white people and Asian and how i was treated in a racist way as an Asian observed him greeted every white people with big smile and even let few In even they failed to produce their membership card, Of course I refused to talk to him, he then however threatened to call the security and accused me a liar, lied about my name then my sister in law whom appeared to be white explain to him who i am that also my husband is a member at RACV. I could not believe for an establishment who claims themselves as a fine establishment has this kind of behaviour from staff who treat others badly just because my skin is darker compared to a white people. The way Mr Massimo treated me was extremely unacceptable and if however I visited RACV i shall refused to talk or to be greeted by him. I have insulted by Mr Massimo in every possible way.

Fantastic experience: We were guests at a wedding last night and I was super impressed.. The ceremony had the most picturesque back drop. Whilst the bride and groom got their photos we had a nice shaded and fanned outdoor area with spraying sprinklers to keep us all cool in the 30 degrees heat. Then the ballroom upstairs looked stunning. The food was amazing, and the service was too.

Fantastic experience: Lovely accomodation, very clean and tidy, beautiful beds and pillows. Could not fault the room. Buffet breakfast was lovely, the chef cooked fresh scrambled eggs on request, coffee was amazing and lots of lovely variety in the breakfast. The gym was massive and had some workouts on the board you could follow which was helpful. View was very nice of the city buildings. Lap pool was available but we didn’t use. Would highly recommend coming here and would definitely come here again. Excellent customer service by all staff in the gym, restaurant, front door and front reception.

Positive experience: Food was disappointing. Band was good but a bit loud. No bagpipes. Event lacked glamour.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her wedding here recently. The staffs are friendly, helpful and courteous. The food was good. The place was beautiful. Just a great place to host functions.

Negative experience: Definitely astonished at such poor service in the restaurant. Was left sitting for a long while after finishing dinner and not even having my entire meal where food was never brought that was ordered- the place was rather empty so was no excuse for this.

Fantastic experience: My husband and children and I dined at the bistro last night, and we are still raving about what a perfect meal it was. We had steak frites, seafood, laksa, chicken, Caesar salad, and my daughter, not being able to decide on which menu offering to choose, went with both the bao buns in the Gyoza entrees. Each and every meal was prepared to perfection and presented with pride and professionalism. We love that we can always count on the RACV City Club to deliver a consistently great product. An easy five stars!

Meeting room was excellent, no noise interference from outside the room, comfortable chairs and tea and coffee offered on arrival. Fantastic experience: Very well equipped conference centre - loads of natural light, open space, doors open to a balcony for fresh air and outdoor eating. Catering was exceptionally good - highly recommend the crème brûlée.

Fantastic experience: Very clean toilets, excellent reception and decent meal offers. Good for meeting and conference with nice clear views on both left and right. Not sure about the pricing.

Positive experience: Beautiful club with amazing food. Car park is a little confusing during renovations but entering the building makes it all worthwhile!

Negative experience: It was such a disappointing experience at the Pavillion. We visited the venue for a close family member's wedding and knowing it was expensive, we expected top service and quality of food. But we were met with severe disappointment. The customer service was appalling. The drinks at the table were never topped up until we had to find a staff member and ask. This even included water. When a staff member was asked for a coke later in the night, he just rolled his eyes. It was as if they were being inconvenienced. The food was so average. The kids meals were dry and hard to chew. And for a self acclaimed covid safe venue, only 1 in 5 sanitiser dispensers were actually full. Near the lifts or the toilets or at the car parks, it was hard to find a dispenser that had sanitiser. We had high expectations but were sorely let down.

Positive experience: Edit (21/4/22) Amanda the facilities manager found me! Seems like someone is reading this review. Really nice lady and seems like they truly care about patrons. She's looking at alternative Oat milks for their café. Will bump this up to 5 stars when the gym starts opening up later at the older hours. Edit (18/4/22) The coffee on Lv1 is 1/5. It's disgusting. I've given the club the benefit of the doubt but the coffee here is the most consistently bad coffee I've had in my life and I grew up in the country! This is inexcusable for Melbourne. Not sure why the brand of oat milk they use also tastes like rat poison but whatever floats their boat. No feedback seems to make them care. Edited(5/3/22) Good facilities, the co-working space is very well thought out. The cafe had a change of management recently and hopefully some trained baristas come. Secondly, things are a little old. When I was swimming there were bandaids on the floor on the pool. Not sure a pool vac would fix that. Things just need a little shine. Overall, I'd say it's great, but... at $150/month it's a bit steep because the hours are not conducive to going in after work. Of course, I'm happy to give this updated stars if things start being addressed like opening hours for the pool etc.

Positive experience: Clubby atmosphere (ie boring lol), excellent food and wine. Service is normally excellent but they are obviously suffering from staff shortages like everyone else, as was friendly but not up to usual standards

Negative experience: The beds are awful, like sleeping on concrete. Currently writing this as i cannot sleep due to the bed being so uncomfortable. It would probably be more ergonomic for me to sleep on the floor, however, i can't do that due to the carpet in the room being disgusting. Shower door doesn't close properly meaning water gets all over the floor and the tap is impossible to use with out splashing water everywhere. 2 stars because the staff are nice

Negative experience: Have my motorcycle parked downstairs at the RACV City Club and approached the RACV staff and security for assistance to jump start it. I am a long term city club member and was advised to call RACV assist instead as the company policy prohibits staff to assist. Absolute corporate greed and complete lack of compassion for a fellow member and human being. I hope the management and board will have another think about customer service.

Positive experience: THE GOOD STUFF Great venue, as always. Wait staff on level 2 (for conference) exceptional. The staff are very polite and professional. Though I would highly recommend that you check their “ appropriate attire and clothing code” because they are quite picky. If you a member you will be treated with prestige. The birthday rewards are very nice. THE BAD STUFF Though once I did have a bad run in with a staff member at the billiards who was obviously not in a good mood and would refuse me and my mate to play billiards with me even though I am an adult( I’m guessing he thought I was twelve… though I don’t think I have met a 6” 12 yo ). Even after I showed him my verification documents he still wouldn’t let me in and I had to get a manager who kindly let me in and apologised. I also wouldn’t recommend you kids to do swimming lessons here if its a male instructor because my experience is that one of them ( I’m not putting names because I don’t like shaming people) made me pay 3 months of lessons for about $6000. I’m not bugged about the money but what makes me annoyed so that the instructor frequently abused me and punished me for being seconds of the required lap times. The instructor also was absent 70% of the time and would not refund me by the end when the sessions were up. I do not pay $6000 bucks to be yelled at and forced to walk laps outside of the pull half naked with a stick above my head just because I swam 5 seconds slower IT HUMILIATING to say the least. If I wanted this I would’ve joined the MARINES at least they ARE FREE. What’s worse is that the swimming instructor ( a white male) would hurl insults at me. I am still awaiting my $4000 refund. MORE GOOD That aside, the lady swimming instructors are the best. There this lady always wearing a pony tail that is very very nice and experienced. I once saw her save a little boy from drowning in a pool after the child lost control and she gave the fastest on-site medical support. She saved that kids life. Every time I go to the pool I remember how she did chest compressions on the toddler over and over again and ultimately saved a young souls life. ❤️

Negative experience: Room was nice, staff and service lacking. Stayed at the RACV Bourke street club the night before our wedding and day of, my partner is a member advised them of the occasion, no congrats, doorman rude gave us the 3rd degree like we were loitering teens even though we were guests at the club and told him so. He didn’t even open the door for us when he could see we had bouquets and bags to carry in my wedding dress. It was a surprise because the service at their other resorts in Victoria was impeccable.

Fantastic experience: The RACV City Club is just a stone's throw from Melbourne's retail precinct, Federation Square, theatres and major event venues. Conveniently positioned in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD at 501 Bourke Street, the RACV City Club caters for the social, leisure and business needs of all Club Members. They have a great event space. There is a rooftop view which is attached to the event area. The city views are spectacular at night.

Positive experience: Earlier this week on 23 February, I was a guest at The Breakfast Meeting followed by the ITE-ANZ Annual General Meeting. The guest of honour was Minister Ben Carroll who gave an inspiration speech on where the state is heading in terms of transport improvements. The venue is well laid out and adequately equipped with good presentation facilities. Attentive service with good spread of breakfast including green healthy smoothies!

Fantastic experience: Member facilities are excellent for the CBD. Parked my ebike in the mobility center and noticed they have increased the EV charging bays to at least 8x!

Fantastic experience: An impressive club boasting a good range of member dining and fitness options including a Bistro/Coffee Lounge, Members' Dining Room, Gallery Lounge, Sports Bar, Wine Bar, Patisserie, and Fitness Centre with a 25 metre indoor heated lap pool and fully equipped gymnasium, squash courts and group fitness studios. Sheeesh what a club! Looking forward to returning soon.

Fantastic experience: I was invited to present a LinkedIn Workshop as part of the Life Skills Event Series for the RACV Club on 27 February 2020. From the very first enquiry right through to the close of the event, the organisation and professionalism of the team was excellent! Sarah kept me updated throughout the entire process and the guests who attended willingly shared insights and questions to gain the maximum benefit from the session. Fantastic experience: Can not say enough about the staff at the RACV city club. As a new member, joining end of last year. I have already stayed overnight / weekends numerous times and also enjoyed the facilities (Pool, One Spa) and am so glad I became a member, not sure what took me so long. My new favorite place especially after a long day/night at work.

Negative experience: New Years eve dinner dance in the members dining room $175 per head The quality of the food was well beliw par.A pooe menu executef poorly.We have been attending this event for years and this was not at all good.

Negative experience: Nice venue, just terrible inclusivity of dietary differences even when asked months in advanced if they would be able to cater for my partner and I. Still we were left hungry and annoyed that for $100 a head that there was basically nothing to eat, even when asking the head chef we were told ' the salads should be fine' yet ever salad besides one had dairy in it and that one had pork through it. To top it off the day after my partner and I had a rumbily tummy that left the toilet to be our best friend. I hope they look through their menu and find a way to join in on one of the worlds vegan capitals.

Negative experience: Basing my opinion off today's Christmas Dinner , with a wide variety of people and I estimate 250 seated , my partner and I being vegan and we asked 2 months prior if they had any options and we got the all clear and told "yeah we have heaps" , even if they didn't at the time we had now given plenty of time to cater for a statistical anomaly ,but alas on arrival we asked for the options and was listed salads , Which funnily had milk, cheese and butter and pork crisps . The option we had made was gnocchi and 3 Salads between two , but for 200 Dollars that's probably a bit skint considering the price . Tahj offered this review it's single star, he provided quite accommodating service to my partner,my family and myself and we all enjoyed his energetic demeanor. An overall disappointing experience and for one of the vegan capitals .

Fantastic experience: This is a different review for us. You want the best! well we got it.Traveling along Kilmore/lance field road. Oh Dear what’s that noise,yes it was our car 11 Kilometers out of Lancefield “Big Bang” and then she stopped,it’s hot we are classed at seniors and with NO WATER.Rang RACV. Only twenty minutes later Dan arrived with two bottles of water, how are you guys going,all good.Dan was marvelous, sorry guys you need a tow,well we thought that. Dan contacted a Tow and along come Billy from the RACV just amazing no fuss no bother how he got this six + 1/2 meter Pontiac on his truck was truly amazing. Ok hop in let’s get you home and he did and we dropped the car of at the auto shop. We are so thankful for the RACV and for the people whom work for them thank you.

Fantastic experience: Having been a member for several years, I'm extremely satisfied with the variety and quality of facilities at the city club. With "Bourke Street Green" (new bar open to the public), and a new restaurant on its way they evolve the offerings regularly. Something here for everyone.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful overnight stay on the 8th floor. Our room had everything, beautiful design and furnishings. Beds super comfortable! Complimentary breakfast buffet surpassed expectations. And above all, professional, courteous, attentive and helpful staff!

Fantastic experience: Had dinner with a group last year for a birthday at the Members’ Dining Room, City Club Signature restaurant. A la’ carte wait staff were very attentive, wine selection was very good and the meals were delicious, flavoursome and very well presented. I had the vegetarian main, while most of the others on my table had the lamb shanks with potatoes or the fish. Entrees were lovely too, as was the dessert. Well done to the chefs and well-selected hospitality staff who made our experience here a great night out. The end result at this venue was a great evening out with friends at a lovely city location too!

Fantastic experience: Was here for an award presentation on 17th floor. Lovely surroundings, tables set nicely but food was beautiful... Just sandwiches, scones and fruit but a great variety and very fresh. Excellent morning tea -cum -light lunch. Thanks Diabetes Victoria.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service from all staff and fantastic food. Their billiards/snooker room is a wonderful place for pre or post dinner drinks.

Positive experience: We checked into the Retreat on level 8 looking for a hide away free from stress for three days. Check in whilst normally very good was quite poor as it was taken for granted that we understood what being a guest at the retreat meant and how it changed what we would be doing and how we would get to our room. After entering the room, we ordered pillows and it took well over 30 minutes before they arrived, and the following night we ordered another two pillows as we had trouble sleeping the prior night as we could not get the heating right. These pillows took 70 minutes to arrive despite asking twice. In addition, we could not get the movie channel to work and yet we were advised this would also be taken care of. Only later on in our stay did we find out the the club had changed phone systems the day of our check in and staff were under pressure as it was not working well. We have been a member of the club for many, many years and have stayed a few of times and have always enjoyed it. The facilities on the property are second to none. The retreat floor is quiet, relaxed and daily drinks and canapés are a great way to end the day and start your night. The staff in the retreat really look after you very well. I do understand technical issues occur, however and more than one night we had issues and this should not occur, and in the end we left after three days without the tv working properly. Normally I would give the club five stars, but for this trip it is only three.

Negative experience: I have visited on numerous occasions, but food and service is never as good as RACV Club Healesville. Even when one complains, nothing positive ever comes from it! Not even a complimentary drink! Furthermore, Christmas Lunch at City Club was a disaster food and service wise, and again nothing came of the complaint. However, RACV Club Healesville lived up to expectations on NYE and made it a highly enjoyable occasion.

Positive experience: Always a pleasure being here, but considering the cost of membership, wait staff could certainly have been more attentive - almost had to tackle them to place an order for coffee.

Fantastic experience: Thank you RACV for providing the perfect venue for our small reunion. From the fabulous restaurant reservations team who assisted in my last minute changes to the Bistro staff who managed our table of 14, we were able to enjoy the conversation and catching-up instead of worrying about any of the details.

Fantastic experience: Always a hive of activity. If you're a member, there's plenty of facilities here. I particularly like the pool for swimming laps, and the nursing room for breastfeeding and changing babies. Great range of dining experiences, too.

Fantastic experience: Upgraded to the Retreat level. Luxurious surroundings and elegance. The pre dinner canapes and bevereges are delightful. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Special mention of George S and Marge. Breakfast in the bistro had a wide selection and very appetising. Enjoyed every moment!!!

Positive experience: Was here for a memorial, it was a nice room, drinks were well managed, catering could have been better - but overall a good venue in a nice location

Fantastic experience: The retreat level offers unprecedented luxury alongside complimented serve. In addition, the food from the pool lounge and other restaurants provides great quality meals and service!

Positive experience: Exactly what you'd expect from club facilities; good food and impeccable service however sometimes the wait especially around dinner is a bit long. The steaks took over an hour one night.

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of being a member of this fine club for close to 10 years. Great location and facilities to entertain clients and colleagues. The billiards room is a personal favourite of mine.

Positive experience: We have dined in the restaurant many times with friends who are members. Food usually good and inexpensive. Service good.

Fantastic experience: Has been the member of this Club for over a year, I have enjoyed this facility terribly. As a member who visit the club every day. I can say that the services they providing are amazing. From the spa, to sports bar, wine bar, gym, squash facility, dinning room, library and pool, everything is great. The customer service in every single department of this club is beyond great.

Fantastic experience: Fine and casual dining, gym, spa and hotel centrally located. Paid parking available. Buffet nights are very nice.

Positive experience: Had a tour of the RACV City Club as was considering taking up membership. Facilities looked well maintained. Quite a few dining options but food and beverage/ parking still seemed quite expensive even for members, but then membership fees seem very reasonable. A nice place to get some quiet relaxation time when in Melbourne CBD.

Fantastic experience: Overall it's a good place to go, (you need a membership to enter) there's multiple food restaurants, gyms, pools, and other services to visit. If you've got an RACV city membership visit it rightaway to go to the all you can eat buffet, second level.

Positive experience: Three stars for the food which was lovely. Unfortunately Boxing Day dinner, the service was sadly lacking. Waited 10 minutes no offering of bread rolls. Had to ask two wait staff the first just went off and did something else, finally on our plate 10 minutes later. Served mains, finished, no ordered side to be seen. Had to ask again two different wait staff what has happened. 10 minutes after finishing our main we finally received. Did not order dessert did not have a spare hour. It was like amateur hour. I dont know what was going on as we previously dined at Heaseville which was a five star great experience.

Negative experience: Cold, noisy, uncomfortable. Super busy getting drink orders. Appetizers were ordered but never came, no bread was served and after half an hour orders for mains were still not taken. Really struggled to find something appealing on the menu. Best thing looked like a Parma or a schnitzel which is about all you'd trust your average pub to make. Happier eating at home. Advice: don't bother.

Positive experience: We had our office Christmas lunch at the city club. Food was excellent, great service. Long waits, but it was incredibly busy, so to be expected.

Positive experience: Great place to be, this place is vibey with lots of function rooms available for hire too, good food, professional and has that real city life feel. The parking is very expensive though unfortunately. Expect to pay $60 + ....

Positive experience: Rooms are well appointed and reasonably priced and include breakfast. The Carbine Bar is obscenely expensive ~ $52 for a cheap Prosecco and a pint of beer $17. A mate bought some nuts. They were about $15.

Positive experience: Was there for a conference. The only problem with the set up was having to run between the 17th and 2nd floor throughout the day. Otherwise very lovely place
