Fantastic experience: I feel the place is lovely and in the heart of the city. Good set of equipment and nice trainers to support and mentor you. As important as the equipment, place and hygiene are the people who run it and I seen Veronica do phenomenal job, be it welcome smile, simple tips on health or even a decent chat...she really motivated me to stay on and assisted from day dot and that's why despite many things, i will come till as long as i can and five star for making me feel at home, Thank you

Fantastic experience: Snap feels like home after a long working day. Been a member since 2018, it has only gotten better with time. The staff has always been very warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!!

Positive experience: Great price in CBD. The equipments are a bit outdated. Ground space is 10 times better than Southbank one. Wish there was more room for ground exercises as the cardio eats up most of the space. Definitely need to work on revamp. The patrons who uses the facility at night don’t respect the space as they mostly don’t keep the wights back.

Fantastic experience: Modern, clean, and all necessary equipment. This gym trumps the other Snaps and gym franchises in the city. Small if you’re looking to do a lot of cardio floor work/HIIT but perfect if you’re keen to get in, lift and get out.

Fantastic experience: I'm giving these guys a 5/5 star rating because they are in a great location, have a great range of equipment, no lock in contract (min 1 month), the staff are great, the Manager Matt is very helpful and easy to chat to, and last but not least, the weekly rate is the cheapest I've found for an inner city establishment. From what I can see, there are no step/spin/group classes, so some users may understandably not give a 5 star. However, I'm extremely pleased with the establishment and highly recommend at least trying the place out.

Fantastic experience: Matthew was extremely helpful. After changing address & needing a replacement access pass Matthew was able to resolve my problem on the spot without needing to drive back to Eastern suburbs; which was the only solution staff offered at two other SNAP gym locations...
