Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at the HIIT factory for around 6 months now and can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s perfect for me with young children as they are welcome at the classes and the quick yet thorough workouts are perfect to fit in to our busy days. I also love that there is such a wide range of classes that are suited to all ages and fitness levels. The instructors are all very welcoming and encouraging. Great asset for Bairnsdale!!

Fantastic experience: The HIIT factory is a place of support. Everyone who attends sees results almost instantly. All classes have the option to be altered to suit your needs and abilities. I started with the infamous 6 week challenge and I’ve been hooked since day 1. The trainers are there to help you 24/7, they welcome you and make you feel like family. Class times are made to suit workers and families. The atmosphere is rocking and will keep you motivated with every set you do. I hope to continue my journey with them for a very long time

Fantastic experience: I've been training at the HIIT Factory Bairnsdale since September 2015 and it's my Favourite place to be at 6am. I do 5 different sessions per week which is why it's so good and it's fun!! Vee and her staff are so supportive of everyone no matter what their level of fitness is. I've made so many new friends here, you will always be welcomed with open arms by all.

Fantastic experience: Best decision i ever made was joining bairnsdale hiit factory 6 months after having my second child losing over 13kgs with the guidance and support from vee and her team. Nearlly a year later and i am still loving it, toning and strengthing my body to becoming a happier me and a happier mum to my beautiful boys. You dont have to be fit to join, just give it a go you wont regret it

Fantastic experience: After more than 2 years I still love attending sessions at the HIIT factory Bairnsdale, always new sessions and workouts on offer, it never becomes boring and is the longest I have ever stuck to an exercise program. The trainers know how and when to push your boundaries and it is a great supportive community for everyone.

The timetable is very accommodating for everyone and the fact that I can bring my 2 children to the classes makes working out a lot easier. Fantastic experience: The HIIT Factory is the best place in Bairnsdale for anyone interested in fitness - whether you're just started out or you're already an athlete. The variety of classes on offer as well as the hugely flexible timetable means everyone is well catered for. The fact that you can bring your kids along with you (and they can workout alongside you if they like) means even busy mum's and single parents can have access to classes. Another great thing is that there are no mirrors!! Everyone is working out at their own pace and the atmosphere is inclusive and friendly. I had never done any exercise in my life before starting at the HIIT Factory at age 37 - one class and I was hooked!

Fantastic experience: A place I love to be, not only have I got fit and healthy but I have made amazing new friends. The best bit is that through the Hiit Factory is that I have been encouraged to get out of my comfort zone and completed events that I would never ever have competed in before. Staff are highly trained and dedicated to helping everyone achieve their goals. With endless support, a wealth of knowledge in fitness and nutrition, a continually evolving program and an awesome vibe you won't find a better place to be in Bairnsdale. Kids of any age are welcome which is a huge bonus!
