Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever been to! Huge double shed space, great variety and quantity of equipment to accommodate during peak hours and everyone is so friendly and welcoming, always feel comfortable walking in there.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! The staff are lovely and happy to help out, was here for a few weeks for work and the gym had a great atmosphere, music, equipment and made me feel comfortable.

She explained everything in detail and made the whole experience great and made me feel welcome and I’m looking forward to training at this gym. Thanks Grace. If anyone else looking to join at this gym I would highly recommend calling up and booking in a time with Grace to get a tour and join up.

Fantastic experience: Totally Pumped is an incredible gym with a fantastic community of people. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with a smile from all team members. TP staff members are always approachable and around to help. The cleanliness is great and you can always find equipment back in the correct spot. They have created a culture of members where it is "judgement free," everyone is there to just work on themselves. TP Members will say hello and smile, it's a very supportive culture. PT Emily has helped me to lose 15kg, she pushes me to work hard but always understands my limits and helps me achieve results. Emily has taught me how to remain consistent and always helps me to stay on track. I cannot thank her enough for everything, she has made the biggest difference and impact on my health and confidence. Emily is dedicated, empathetic and understanding. Her experience and knowledge have helped me to learn so much about health and fitness to make this a sustainable lifestyle. I wish I could add more than 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I joined TP24/7 for a temporary membership when travelling. The process of signing up was very simple, and on repeat visits it was simple again to reinstate a temp membership. The gym has a great vibe; the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, there is a great variety of equipment and areas to use. TP 24/7 is my place to work out when visiting Bairnsdale!

Negative experience: Expensive, over hyped small gym. Alot of loopholes just for a work out.

Fantastic experience: One of the friendliest and low key gyms I’ve ever attended. If you just want to do your own thing they leave you to it. If you need help or guidance, they are there for you. All the equipment, plenty of space, often not many people there.

Group classes definitely very well done. Some talented PTs and lots of heavy stuff. Great location nice and close to Bunnings. Can’t really fault the place. Always enjoy my visits.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Totally Pumped for a few years now and my only regret is that I didn't join up sooner. What an awesome Gym! It's clean, well equipped and spacious. The Staff are exceptional. They 'live and breathe' wellbeing and fitness, without being overbearing, are unfailingly friendly and always helpful. They are committed to enabling members to achieve their fitness goals, and greet members with a smile and by name. Staff welcome feedback and will take on board any suggestions/comments. The Covid19 has meant the doors are shut for now, but the online classes are indicative of their flexible and responsive approach to clients. I know others who attend different gyms in Bairnsdale but Totally Pumped represents the best value at so many levels.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best gym in Bairnsdale. Clean and very well maintained. Flexible options make it easy when visiting from Melbourne.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, open 24 hours, wide range of equipment with a couple double ups to help ensure you get to the equipment you need around peek times. Brett, Michelle and the team are a great help especially to beginners and will help identify where you may need improvement (such as my weak shoulder muscles from hunching over a desk 8 hours a day). Classes will push you and definitely get your heart pumping and burn those calories at no extra cost to 24 hour access members so definitely give them a shot. (I recommend the boxing class for endurance, upper body strength and suited for beginners and intermediates)

The trainers have a wealth of knowledge in the industry, are super friendly and go above and beyond for their clients. 24 hour access means you can go whenever suits you in a secure building. Highly recommend Totally Pumped 24/7!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. Over the years this place has become a second home for me. I have been part of Totally Pumped 24/7 as a gym member and as a staff member for the last 10 years and this gym will always have a big place in my heart. This gym is always clean and hygienic, all the members do their bit to keep it tidy and clean, the staff are friendly and it has a strong community and family feel as soon as you walk in the door. I know I may work here, some may say biased but I could not recommend this gym enough.
