Hi I'm Julie and have the only Women's Small Group training studio in Kilsyth.

I assist Mum's and women with anxiety and depression through HiVibe workouts.

Child- friendly.  

I also offer Clubbercise which is a more group fitness style class done in a darkened room with disco lights and lasers! 

Clubbercise brings fun to fitness and is perfect if you are wanting to "get back into it" or love to have a great sweat while holding glow wands and dancing to the best Dance anthems of the 90's  & 00's.

Prices

Memberships range from $25-$45

Fantastic experience: I started attending Julie’s classes just over 5 months ago and I can confidently say it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life! Julie’s knowledge and experience has been invaluable and I have gone from someone who dreaded the idea of going to the gym to someone who looks forward to attending classes several times a week. I have never felt so supported and comfortable and thanks to Julie and the incredible ladies at HiVibe I have been able to lose weight and increase my fitness. My one regret is not starting sooner!

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful I discovered HiVibe Fitness. I had surgery to stabilise my kneecap in 2014 after a school injury and hadn't been able to kneel since. Unfortunately I didn't have a very good physio for my recovery and never built up the strength in my thigh. Over the last few years I have been searching online for exercises to strengthen my thighs but all I could find was exercises where I had to put weight directly on my kneecap which was pointless because after one exercise I'd have a swollen and sore knee for 2 weeks. Then I discovered HiVibe fitness. What a difference that has made to my life. Starting off with Clubbercise in October and doing bootcamp, step and strength and tone classes over the summer holidays I learnt there are exercises that strengthen thighs without having to kneel. Thank you to Julie for providing the opportunity to do these classes and teaching me the correct techniques. I am so happy to say that I can now kneel again without causing pain and swelling in my knee and it's all because of these classes.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a fun weekly exercise routine in the New Year, then you need to get in touch with Julie Jones of @hivibefitness about her incredible Clubbercise nights!! Every Monday night we work hard and sweat it out but laugh our heads off too. I exercise because that's what you're supposed to do but this program is fun, motivating and something I actually bloody love doing!! And Julie is ace, I adore her, she's funny, contagious, encouraging and everything you could possibly want in a trainer. If you love to dance (especially to awesome 90s club tunes complete with glow wands!!!) smile, laugh and glow, Clubbercise is absolutely for you ???????????? #glow #dance #cardio #90s #clubbercise

Fantastic experience: I have only been training at HiVibe a short while and am already feeling more motivated, stronger and an overall improvement to my physical and mental well being. Julie is super encouraging and her energy is great, she makes me feel more motivated to keep on challenging myself. I like that the group sessions are small and as I live in Mt Evelyn, the local training venues really suit me having a young family, I dont have time to travel far or for super long workouts. Julie has great knowledge when it comes to exercise and nutrition, is professional and easy to communicate with. Really happy I have become part of the HiVibe crew!

Fantastic experience: I’m from Wandin and have been training with Julie for about a year now. I was feeling tired and lethargic all the time and now I feel so much more energised and my overall well being has improved immensely. Julie is an amazing trainer and motivator and loves what she does which really shows through in her commitment to all her clients. Her energy is infectious and she makes all the work outs heaps of fun. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Aimee
