Fantastic experience: I loved this gym.. I was member of it for a while then I stopped since I setup my own gym at my home.. This gym is conveniently located on the Bayswater Road with plenty of car park lots in the backside.. it’s a huge facility… very well organised… Excellent staff.. Great deals available all the times.. if I hadn’t got my own home gym, I would have continued here for sure…

Fantastic experience: Best gym Ive been too there's litterally never a cue for a machine ever and the staff are really helpful and friendly, it's a real community of passionate people looking to improve themselves and others around them.

Fantastic experience: This is easily one of the best gyms I have ever been to. It has a huge range of equipment to suit anyone from beginners to competitive body builders and has 24 hour access. The gym only gets better during each covid lockdown too as they use the downtime to upgrade the equipment and facilities. The only real hang-up I have on the gym is the sauna could be nicer. That being said though I view the sauna as a free extra considering gym fees are low. The staff are very friendly and helpful as are the trainers. They also have an in house basketball hoop which is a nice touch!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, all the personal trainers are very knowledgeable and the gym is well equipped, clean and well maintained. This really is an awesome gym where everyone and anyone is welcome. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Pretty good gym spent 6 months here and enjoyed it, they do free classes as a member and cheap pt, some pts are better than others. The gym needs to cut down on some of the machines considering it's a mess of random machines that people only use 40%, a better use of space would be for more classes.
