Fantastic experience: I've been looking for a beginners Muay Thai program for ages. A friend recommended to train with Paul and the Pretty team and I'm so glad they did! Paul and Frankie have created something very special. It's a safe and friendly atmosphere with great classes for adults and kids. Paul has a talent for breaking down techniques in ways that everyone understands. This systems he's created are going to be worth millions ones day!! By far the best Muay Thai gym in Cairns!! If you're thinking of signing up, just do it! It will be the best thing you ever did!!

Fantastic experience: Between Paul and Frankie they run a really fun and professional gym for fighters, beginners and long term martial artists. I have been training under Paul for over 18 months now and there has never been a point when he wasn’t advancing as a coach and learning more to then teach on to us. He is very experienced and knowledgeable, that comes with his 20 pro fights and title. Frankie is always looking for ways to improve the experience for all of us too which is awesome to see her enthusiasm. And once again this makes this a pleasant and fun place to train Muay Thai as hard as that can be. Couldnt recommend this place more,

Fantastic experience: I never thought any kind of combat sport would be for me until a friend called me and asked me to try Pretty Muay Thai back in December. I was hooked after my first class! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Classes are so much fun but my favourite thing is the community I have found within the gym. Everyone is so lovely and welcoming which is honestly not all what I expected from a fight gym! The fitness is a nice bonus as well! Whether you’re completely a beginner like me or if you’ve been training Muay Thai for years, I am so sure you will find something great here for you.

They will go out of their way to make you feel inclusive. The coaches are passionate and welcoming and adapt to an individuals level, ranging from complete beginner to advanced. Every Pretty member is approachable, friendly and ready to help you out with any techniques or questions. Pretty Muay Thai family have strong values in regards to creating a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for everyone who approaches the mat. ???? ????????

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Pretty Muay Thai since Jan this year and am currently half way through their build a fighter challenge. I can honestly say that I have never found a gym that is so Welcoming and fun, I felt apart of the Pretty team/family so quickly. But that isn’t even the best part - the best part is that you also get amazing training from coach Paul and his coaching team Jessie and Paddy, I have been to a few fight gyms and nothing compares to the systems and processes that these guys teach and have a real focus on the “Why you are doing it”. If you are a local or just stopping through for holidays, I couldn’t recommend this gym more highly. TTPP - Trust The Pretty Process , Promise you won’t regret it ????
