Fantastic experience: Have been attending State of Fitness for a couple of months. Great facilities and great people. Dylan and the staff are super helpful and regularly check in to make sure you are being supported with whatever goals you have. Very highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Been training with Dylan and Scott for 3 years now. Wasn’t a gym person but love going now. They are very professional and great guys. Relaxed and inviting space and i’m much fitter now!

Fantastic experience: Great trainers and business - particularly if you are somewhat daunted by the equipment in a gym. The team are friendly, professional and tailor to your specific needs (even music selection if you are lucky!). Thanks State of Fitness for being part of my extended family. You rock

Fantastic experience: Fantastic trainers and awesome equipment. Everyone makes you feel so welcome. We have been training with Dylan and the team for over 6 months now and we are so happy with the progress and results. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Whilst staying with family in Melbourne (who are members of SOF) we became temporary members for a month. We train regularly in London so wanted to continue with our normal exercise routine. The ethos at SOF was very similar to our gym in London. Dylan and his great team were welcoming from the start, assessing our fitness & ability and tailored a program for us. A mixture of strength training and cardio. With their friendly positive teaching they made every session fun… yes you can have fun whilst working hard if you have the right trainers who are confident in their knowledge & have the ability to get the best out of you with lots of encouragement. We will definitely train with SOF when we are back in Melbourne.
