7 years ago Fantastic experience: Enjoy 5:45am classes and a big turnout of 20 people. Cutoff is normally at 18 people. Great warm up of banana's and apple's - lol, power cleans and then Metcon of 5 rounds of 3 minute exercises with 1-minute rest - knackered
8 years ago Fantastic experience: Started at CFQ just under 6 months ago as a complete newbie and extremely unfit. The coaches are outstanding and understand all levels of fitness and ability without being pushy. Everyone is supportive and friendly and it is always fun. Highly recommend!
