Fantastic experience: Amazing group and excellent owner

Fantastic experience: I turned to CrossFit 1010 about 3-4 months after being stuck in a rut both physically and mentally and wanting to try something different to the ‘run of the mill’ gym. I have signed up to gyms in the past and eventually lost interest due to lack of structure and knowledge of what to do and even if I was doing it correctly but CrossFit 1010 was different. The place is definitely more than just a gym. It has a good community/family feel. Everyone is very welcoming and the coaches strive to help to improve form and give advice in all aspects of health and fitness. 5 *****

Fantastic experience: Candice and the team at Crossfit 1010 provide high quality training that is tailored to each person's individual needs. The coach's make sure everyone feels welcome and the members are super friendly. The gym has a great vibe and I didn't feel intimidated coming in as a beginner. I love the coaching and encouragement you get during your workout too. All movements are broken down each session and the coach's make sure you are using proper technique and give you corrections if needed. They focus on ensuring nobody gets injured. Candice really cares about her members and will go out of her way to make sure everyone is happy. I'm so glad I joined Crossfit 1010, it really is like being part of a 2nd family!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic family atmosphere. Everyone is welcome, no matter your experience level. The trainers are awesome at modifying workouts and scaling to suit the individual. They focus on helping you with the right techniques.

Fantastic experience: CROSS FIT 10 10 is an amazing family Gym. We have just started going with our two young boys, the boys train and then we train after. Boys ang out with thier mates and have a snack while waiting for Mum and Dad. Mixed abilities and lots of positive encouragement!
