Fantastic experience: This gym had an extremely welcoming culture and structured a workout to succeed at my fitness level. I would recommend this gym to athletes at any level.
Fantastic experience: CrossFit resolve is an awesome place to train. I did a drop in and the coach is very welcoming as well as all the members. Great detail in the briefing and challenging programming with good old school coaching around technique tips and encouragement. Highly recommend CF Resolve to anyone looking to start CrossFit in Brissy or for someone to drop in!

Fantastic experience: Visiting for a drop in session while on holidays. What a friendly welcoming environment to walk into to. Members are just as friendly as the coach. Nice little OG CrossFit feel to it aswell.. Coach Kyle giving some great tips on the weightlifting in todays workout. Thank you so much. Would definitely return back when we come holiday here again!

Fantastic experience: Great drop in whilst visiting from London. The members were really friendly and welcoming and Brandon was really supportive and happy to help out with anything I was unsure of. Will definitely be booking my hotel in the area on my next visit to Brisbane!
Negative experience: Went for a drop in. The guy was just rude so didn’t even bother joining the class!
Sorry we couldn't fit you in this morning Chris, as I explained we don't take drop ins on a Saturday without prior notice and with your modifications it would've been challenging for you in a team of 3 workout. Hopefully we can look after you next time you're in town with a little more notice, we'll be able to modify to your skill level.

Fantastic experience: I am in Brisbane for a couple of days and found Crossfit Resolve, they were welcoming and more that happy for me to jump in on their workouts. It's an amazing community of coaches and people willing to help and push you to your limits. Really appreciate the hospitality of the team and will definitely be dropping in again next time I'm in town.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending CrossFit Resolve since 2019 and I can hands down say it has been the best gym/ CrossFit facility I have ever joined. I have never benefited so much from a gym as much as I have from CrossFit Resolve and I am so grateful to Brandon, the owner, for this. The coaches are so knowledgeable and know each members abilities and modifications and really make it easy for you to come in and just have a good workout no matter your fitness level. It’s a great community and one I will definitely miss but if I find myself back in Brisbane I will definitely be back at Resolve!

Fantastic experience: I was visiting Brisbane for work and called in to CrossFit Resolve for the 6:30pm class on the off chance they could take me in. A class was in full swing when I arrived, but I was warmly welcomed by an off duty coach. Funnily enough I was the only person for the 6:30pm class but that was no problem for Brandon (the owner and coach for the evening), he even did a customized program for me so I would not "feel like I had been punched in the face" the next day - seriously good advice when you have a day of important meetings lined up. He took the time to explain his theory in the program and was spot on. He also gave me some great tips along the way. The gym has a great community vibe and I would not hesitate to recommend it, and would love to get back to do a class with a few more people! Thanks for making me welcome CrossFit Resolve

Fantastic experience: Having travelled across Australia/New Zealand this has to be one of the best boxes I’ve dropped in to. The team are welcoming, the layout is great, and the programming is on point. Brandon’s knowledge of technique is exceptional and evident from the warm up through to his coaching and pointers during the session. This will be my go to box every time I land in Brisbane.
