EC Sportz Swim and Surf School

Fantastic experience: We had an AMAZING first experience with EC Sportz Swim School today!! My 3.5 year is fearful of the water and gets really upset at the prospect of getting in, such that we have avoided lessons for a while now. His beautiful Teacher (Sandy) was incredible with him, so gentle, patient and warm. We have been to other swim schools and NEVER had such a positive experience. I can’t speak more highly of the place for kids who need a bit more help to get comfortable with the water.

Negative experience: Google says EC Sportz close at 6pm, however when i rang to ask about enrolling my children, Kenny was really rude and kept repeating that I've called at 5.30 and he wants to go home. Four times in a 4 minute convo. Maybe if they returned my voice message 90mins earlier or answered the other 3 calls that went to voicemail it wouldn't have been an issue I don't know how anyone could feel welcome with that attitude

Fantastic experience: We love EC Sportz! My two daughters have been swimming with them for over a year and the progress they have made has been wonderful. They are really challenged to improve their skills and fitness. The coaches are all wonderful - patient and very passionate about what they do. As a bonus we are always welcomed with a friendly smile at the front desk when we walk in for each lesson. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic venue for a kids birthday party, even in winter. The inflatable set up was a hit. The staff and lifeguards were friendly, engaging and attentive in the pool, keeping everyone entertained and safe. Thanks ECSportz.

Fantastic experience: My four year old son was terrified of putting his head under the water, to the point of hysterics. We have attended 3 other swim schools in the area, starting at 6 months old, without improvement. After one lesson at EC Sportz I was blown away with the change in my son's water confidence. His swim teacher developed instant rapport with him. She was kind but firm, using distraction and fun to push my son out of his comfort zone. A small class (only four students) in a clean and pleasant salt water pool. Great customer service. I'd recommend EC Sportz to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been swimming with Kenny for a year now. Before she started she had no concept of danger with water safety nor did she have the confidence in the water for us to teach her alone. After 4 terms in the pool she is swimming amazingly! She’s confident and she’s really strong too! Her knowledge of being safe around the water now reflects on the quality of the lessons and she spends her afternoons in the pool duck diving to get the ring on the bottom! It’s a fun environment where all levels are catered for and safety is the first lesson the kids learn with Kenny which is repeated time and time again to instill those principles with the kids. I can’t recommned Ecsportz enough to anyone who is looking to learn safety survival and good form in the pool ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Kenny is a brilliant swimming and gym teacher. He knows how to keep kids interested in learning and loving being active. His wealth of knowledge and expertise gives him the unusual ability to instantly shift or change a method to keep a child focused, learning and having fun. My kids just love Kenny's classes.

Fantastic experience: This learn to swim school is not just about making sure your kids don't sink. It has a focus on safety, performance, fitness with a whole lot of fun. The kids love it and their instructor Kenny is amazing with them. Even mum gets to have a private PT with Ecsportz when the kids aren't swimming! Highly recommended.
