Negative experience: Very bad experience, Genesis member from other store, Bull Creek told not to enter. (I asked yesterday, and the answer was I could enter any store) Rubbish gym, disgusting experience. If there is zero point, I wouldn't give one.

Fantastic experience: I recently came into Genesis to enquire about a membership and was greeted by 2 lovely staff whose names I believe were Annie and Dylan. They were both extremely polite, friendly, professional and informative! Lovely customer service

Fantastic experience: not only is the gym and all the equipment amazing, the staff are so friendly and never fail to make me smile as soon as I walk through the door.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Genesis Bullcreek. On March 1st, 2024, I canceled my contract with your company. However, to my dismay, direct debit payments continued to be deducted from my account until almost the end of April 2024. Despite this error, instead of receiving a prompt apology, I was met with excuses when I contacted your customer service department. After three weeks of waiting, my refund had still not been processed. I followed up last week, only to find that the refund had not been actioned. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter, including the immediate refund of the incorrect charges and an assurance that such errors will not occur in the future. I look forward to your prompt attention to this issue. Sincerely, Note to the owner To the owner, Please refer to the attached photo. On the 1st of March, I emailed for cancellation. As everywhere else, that's the date that counts. However, on the 15th of April, changes were still being made. I visited the gym and spoke with Manager Dylan. He then cancelled the Direct Debit and advised that the refund would take 3-5 days. After returning to the gym and not receiving the refund, the staff member at the counter informed me that it had not been processed and assured me that she would send a request to Jackie, the owner, promptly.

Negative experience: The weights were too heavy and the treadmill too fast. Went to go get a 26$ margarita after to cure my depression. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Negative experience: Never been to the gym. Someone who rents a room from me was asked to provide the personal details of "x" amount of people to join and instead of letting me know they had collected my personal details I was called daily by staff trying to get me to join the gym. Collection of people's personal details should be done in a respectful and LAWFUL manner.

Fantastic experience: Great gym

Positive experience: Good gym. Variety of classes and lots of different times throughout the day. Sauna and massage chairs. Lots of equipment in three areas, including upstairs. Not enough Parking spots but the gym makes up for those cons that come with the package

Negative experience: TERRIBLE BAD! They are charging me money every week and they stop to reply my emails when I asked about that debt. I have been asking around and unfortunately I’m not the first one having this problem.

Fantastic experience: Best facilities you can get in Perth in a recreational gym. Great powerlifting equipment.

Negative experience: Advised i could continue a monthly payment schedule without lockin and trusted the staff advice, especially when specifically enquiring about exit fees and reassured there were none. Needless to say, i am paying an exit fine to exit a 12 month contract.

Positive experience: Love the new make over - big improvement. Please get rid of the old rusty weight plates from the bench press’s though, you have great new weight plates, no idea why you leave these out! They are difficult to list (no grips) and they look very ugly and out of place in your fresh new gym.

Fantastic experience: Genesis Bull Creek is a great gym, plenty of free weights and machines to provide options. The renovation downstairs has free'd up a lot of space so its not too congested. Massage chairs and saunas are a nice addition also. Would love to see a boxing ring setup there one day... :)

Fantastic experience: Great gym with reformer Pilates classes so many other facilities. Emily is super friendly and so knowledgeable.

Negative experience: Signed up on a 12 month contract purely to use the swimming pool, within 3 weeks of signing up the pool was closed permanently. As the gym could no longer provide the service which I had signed up for I made contact with the gym manager to see if I could possibly break my contract or at a minimum get a discounted membership due to the reduced services offered by Genesis however the manager turned around and advised that my only option is to pay $200 to break the contract and that they were not willing to offer any discount on the original price which included a swimming pool. Then to hear that other members have been offered discounts on there memberships while I receive nothing, makes me feel like I have been scammed. Would not recommend this gym to my worst enemy, they claim to be family owned however they care for nothing else but profit.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, extremely friendly and accomodating staff. Great range of equipment, although it needs another cable seated row / pulldown to accomodate busy periods and add a HS seated iso lateral row and it would have everything you could possible need or want. (The belt squat and decline hammer strength are divine and hard to come by) Some of the pin loaded equipment needs some attention, some have been broken for weeks, but parts are not easy to come by at the moment. Not to mention use of infra red saunas!! Overall wonderfull facility with great people a must attend if you’re in the area.

Fantastic experience: Clean, well maintained gym. Just a heads up, there's no pool anymore. When I was joining, I wasn't told that it was closed (and eventually permanently removed). The pool was actually a big reason why I picked this gym. However, I was happy to stay once they lowered the fees as part of the family promotion.

Positive experience: Good quality and quantity Gym equipment, good attendance of group fitness, spacious and various sections, patrons are good, facilities clean and well maintained. Strongly recommend.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in Perth a little gem. Always providing the best environment and constantly upgrading for the gym members. A true family orientated gym. It's like a second home to many of us.

Fantastic experience: I love the friendly staff, the clean gym and the variety of gym equipment that I have been a member since Sep 2020. They helped me to find a suitable personal trainer and I still continue the exercise program provided by my personal trainer for a while then.

Negative experience: Not happy with the changes to club staffed hours. Signed up in June(this year) and as of today(Sep) they have cut down their staffed hours twice. Means the opening hours for swimming pool and sauna have been cut down again. Furthermore, the pool and sauna have been closed again for the second time.

Fantastic experience: My little one loves her new gym, the coaches at Bullcreek Genesis really know how to make children enjoy their fitness classes in a fun way. We always feel happy and welcomed when walking in through the door.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, good cleanliness and nice vibe for a small gym but it has it all. Ladies gym is a nice touch for some girls and a big weights room so you can choose where you want to do your session. The RPM classes are a bit of challenge to get into so if thats your jam this is not the best gym for you.

Fantastic experience: Thoroughly enjoy the experience everytime I go to the gym. The staff are welcoming and friendly and always willing to give a helping hand when needed. I love that I can do my exercise in the women's area of the gym when I gain more confidence I will join the other areas. So much variety and the equipment is new.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place woth really supportive staff, even if you're not signed in for a program. Lots of options if you do decide to pop by for a program, and staff will keep ya posted via social media. Can get a bit crowded, but that just speaks volumes about how used the facilities are by locals.

I would recommend giving Genesis Bull Creek a go for anyone seeking help with a lifestyle change, or help in achieving their personal goals. There is an incredible exercise physiology clinic within the premises to help with injury, and injury prevention.

Fantastic experience: Genesis Bull Creek is an all round, brilliant gym. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the trainers are all really knowledgeable and the range of equipment is vast. The showers are amenities are also great. I love that it is 24 hour access too. its a laid back, friendly gym with as much or as little going on as you want!

Fantastic experience: Genesis Bull Creek have been super welcoming and encouraging towards me from the first moment i walked in to become a member. They welcome you as you walk in and help you with any problems you may have. There is a women's only gym for women who don't feel comfortable being exercising around men. They have a large variety of group fitness classes for people to chose from. They have a huge heated swimming pool and a sauna for people to relax in. Not to mention the personal trainers there are super friendly and push you towards your goals. I chose genesis originally because it was close to home but now i wouldn't go anywhere else no matter where i lived because i feel so confident and comfortable there.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member since March 2021 and have found Genesis Bullcreek to be welcoming and the standard of facilities are top class. The gym is always beautifully clean, the people ( workers and members) are all friendly and encouraging. I can highly recommend Benn Tobey as a trainer, amazing positivity and I love that he understands chronic illness and the role fitness plays in quality of life. This gym also has a heated indoor pool, great to do some walking, swimming, water aerobics or gentle stretching.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy being a member of Genesis Bull Creek. There is a large range of equipment and plenty of space. The level of effort put in by the club to maintain hygiene standards is very important and is much appreciated. Whether you are training individually, with the support of a trainer or into group fitness classes there is something for everyone.

Positive experience: Staff have a friendly and caring approach. Last year I was unwell and they texted saying they missed seeing me around. I felt it was a caring approach with members and not just taking a weekly fee out of my account, i felt looked after. Facilities have what I need, i enjoy their fitness classes and variaty. The only downside is parking limited parking.

Positive experience: Long time member, great professional and friendly staff, has a great variety of classes and modern well equipped gym areas as well as a clean pool and UV sauna. Located in Bull Creek makes it accessible but I avoid the peak hours as car park space is limited.

Positive experience: Proximity is what I am looking for. The only female gym area is pretty cool. Has contained most of the gym equipment. Pool certainly needs a bit of resurfacing and lighting can be improved a bit more. Staff are in general very friendly. Under new management, at least there is a coat of fresh paint but some classes are unfortunately canceled (boxing and aqua). I love the sauna. Would be good to maintain the same type of classes and introduce a couple more to suit different clients. I however learn that there is no charge for accessing the gym 24/7, that is a certainly a positive feature.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for the last couple of years. I particularly like the separate ladies gym. The staff have always been friendly and helpful and this seems to have continued under the new management. Genesis are certainly updating the premises making it an even nicer place to visit. They also have an excellent timetable if exercise classes. I would recommend the gym to others.

Was always good under previous management, but already it is clear Genesis are investing in cleaning things up, new paint, fixing equipment etc. Good to see that the great staff came across in the transition. Excellent value for money, good classes, great equipment, never too busy, and the access to a pool and sauna are the type of benefits you don't get from a gym at this price point.

Fantastic experience: Genesis has an unbelievable amount of variety with fitness classes, a sauna, a swimming pool and an extensive range of gym equipment (inclusive of a seperate womens gym) all under one small cost. I did my research before joining and it is definitely the only gym that has the most to offer for the price you pay. The staff are super friendly and it is a great atmosphere to work out in!

Fantastic experience: Genesis Bull Creek is a friendly gym that always makes me feel comfortable and welcome when I walk in the door. I personally love that they have the Women's Gym area and I use that area on a regular basis. I have also used the pool before and really enjoyed it! Fantastic experience: The Genesis staff are friendly and efficient. It’s very clean and cater all aged member to enjoy the fitnesss environment. I love the group fitness classes are amazing and motivating . Indoor heated swimming pool another fantastic reason for me to go swimming regularly. Genesis health gym is one place where we inspired to keep ourselves fit and motivated all the time .
