Fantastic experience: Second time using Lords for a birthday party. 2 hour hire which includes court hire with up to 3 games and a coordinator plus access to the party room at the back of the cafe.

Negative experience: Racial discrimination & disgraceful refereeing. After speaking to management they are backing they’re action! Highly don’t recommend! Great Response “I acknowledge that in general you feel like you are being treated unfairly by the referee and we will talk with the referee to make him aware of this feedback.” “I also advise that If you continue to play in our competition we will not be making any changes to how and who officiates your games and would ask that you show respect at all times to other teams and staff at Lords whilst you are in our Centre.”

Fantastic experience: Sawyer and Abby on the front desk are so helpful!! Such nice staff.

Positive experience: Good gym facility would be better if gym staff prevented users hogging a piece of equipment that is not being used, for example, every morning from 6.30 a guy uses a fixed bench press set up with bar for his towel and drink while he does bicep curls. So frustrating that 50% of the bench presses are taken up for water and a towel. There are 5-6 other benches in the gym but I guess he likes "his corner"!!

Positive experience: My family play badminton here every weekends and my husband swims here every day

Negative experience: The worst staff ever!!!! The person called Danielle doesn't even know how to smile. There is one staff member called Zoe who is not paying attention to the members at all. Seriously, the worst staff ever!

Fantastic experience: Very much enjoyed the group classes. It is nice to be able to exercise in air-conditioned space on a hot day. Great variety of workout! The membership price is reasonable. The coffee is good too.

Negative experience: This place lost my form to book a birthday party for my daughter. I booked so in advance to ensure a spot is available and called to follow up. I was promised over the phone someone will contact me but NO ONE DID. This place is a joke. Worst worst ever

Fantastic experience: Took my 9month old to the crèche today and he absolutely loved it! Staff are lovely. Gym has good vibes.

Positive experience: Superb gym with awesome equipment and group fitness available as well as a pool! The group classes get a bit too sweaty on hot days but it adds to the burn (no but pls put some more fans in). Staff all super lovely, great price for membership too and lots of options available for flexibility!

Negative experience: Booked a court for basketball but had no hoops. Absolute idiots. Didn’t take the time to tell us that we booked court without hoops wouldn’t recommend.

Negative experience: Stopped replying to my emails when I asked for clarification on their policy. All other rec centers in Perth including Craigie Leisure Centre, Cockburn ARC and Joondalup Arena are doing the right thing and following the health advice. Lords are taking it upon themselves to be discriminatory

Fantastic experience: Myself & my team at COH Digital recently worked with Ella at Lords on a campaign they were running to drive memberships. To say Ella was a delight to work with is an understatement. We loved working with Ella on the membership campaigns and so delighted to hear that their KPI exceeded their expectations. If you want a full service gym with all the frills and great coffee then head to Lords!! Btw to all the parents, there's an amazing crèche as an added bonus!

Positive experience: Play badminton here with my family often. Great facilities and friendly staff. Sometimes over aggressive people if you are 10 secs late getting off your court...

Positive experience: I attend Tai Chi early Saturday mornings at the squash courts within the Lord's Centre. Nice and bright, filled with energetic people, young & old.

Positive experience: Great venue. They kicked us out early. We payed for 2hrs got 1hr 45. Locked my mum in and refused to open the door, so she walked to the other exit then to our car. Usually they are so good

Positive experience: Amazing centre, can be quite stuffy at times though but everything else is good. Never gets too busy, great range of equipments and staff are always helpful

Negative experience: It's disappointing the centre won't fix the holes in the roof (that have been there for years). Everytime it rains it causes multiple slip hazards on the futsal/basketball courts.

Negative experience: (Review for the cafe) Just really unreliable. Every time I've ever ordered a sandwich there, they take my money and THEN proceed to tell me that they're out of extras I already paid for, like avocado or cheese for example. Some items don't have signage on them, so I asked if the rolls I saw were in fact sausage rolls. The worker said "let me check", goes to check, then says "yes they are". I take a bite and it's ricotta and spinach. I take it back and he says "yeah we only have ricotta and spinach rolls". I don't remember an order from this cafe that has ever gone right. The coffee tastes like soy sauce so I don't know if they're burning the milk or beans or if they're just not cleaning the machine. When you factor in how overpriced everything is there, it just doesn't make any sense. One the rare occasion the food has any signage, they've listed their street tacos as "$6 each, or 2x for $12". Yes, Lords, that's called math. I've never been so bewildered by a cafe's practices and service before. It reads to me as poor management.

Positive experience: Besides the roof sometimes leaking water in the raining days, otherwise all good. Location is convenient and staff are very friendly and caring.

However there is some biases with some ref's which I would assume happen anywhere and I don't really mind because I play socially not competitively. The staff are very helpful and fun to talk too at the front desk and the overall players aren't toxic besides from a few odd eggs. The nets that separate the courts might need replacing though! Overall a great time!

Negative experience: Lovely venue, great staff, but please fix the courts. When it rains it is so dangerous. For some reason courts 1, 2 And 3 are more slippery then they once were a month ago. I don't know if they were polished but it's scary playing on them. Please just make the courts safe for patrons as right now they aren't and I'll make this review 5 stars.

Negative experience: I went to lords and it was clear to me that the staff were not organized/caring about their clients and I had an appalling experience there, a group including myself decided we would sign up for the social basketball competition here as it would be fun, during the season we had a few players unable to play so we got someone to fill in and play multiple games and join our team, we tried to change our team list to which we couldn't so we asked the staff at the front count multiple times for help with this with the response each time as "we will look into it", this player who was a former employee at Lords and knew the other staff members including the basketball umpires was never added to our team list and we were never informed this by the basketball umpires or anything, we then made it to the semi finals which we won and he had filled in playing at least the minimum required 3 games to compete but as he was not on the list we were told that we played with a player who hadn't played in the minimum required games, we before the game were not informed this by the umpires or anyone that he would be unable to play, when we contested this letting lords know he had played more than the minimum games and that they could ask any of the umpires there because they knew the player we were told that they wouldn't because they are "new" to which the player informed us that he knew them and that was just a lie. Very disappointed if this is the way the lords staff treat their community and I will not be returning

Fantastic experience: Just Play have registered teams at Lords for years and have only ever had amazing feedback from our players. We love the competitions here - a great range of sports available and super friendly atmosphere in a great venue!

Fantastic experience: I only went there to play basketball, but the courts are great and the games all seem to be well organized. I liked the general feel of the place, and parking was easy. I'll be back.

Fantastic experience: I play squash here every week and have for years The staff here are excellent and always very helpful. The centre is very accommodating when we have to change booked times and the cafe is great to have a drink in after the games. Well done all involved!!!

Fantastic experience: Lords gym has a fantastic variety of machines and weights around the floor. Would like another trap bar. The skill mills are by far the greatest thing they have for the runner side of me. And the amount of bikes make it great for when I miss riding to work because of the rain. Also what makes it very comfortable is the staff. There is a guy who works there called Luke, hope he doesn't mind the name drop. He is a fantastic guy who has helped me, and plenty of others. With the amount of information he has and helps me on the bench press. The way he talks to you just makes you feel comfortable with what you can do and motivated. The way he never pushes his way of doing something on you, just gives his opinion shows you how to do it and let's you go from their. If you see him give him a hi. Also the effort he puts in to keeping the place clean. Ie putting the weights away when lazy members don't is very commendable. The sauna is a fantastic thing to do after the workout. But put a clock in there would be great.

Fantastic experience: I came to this gym about 6 months ago after having a injury and wanting to get back in shape and just got the health benefits. It was a easy thing to get started because of the vast range of equipment to choose from. The pool and sauna have been a great for the recovery and just pleasure to be in. The staff here are some of nicest people, all the way from the front desk to gym floor and have been fantastic in making this a comfortable place to be in. One person I’d like to thank is Luke who works the gym floor while I’m here is an easy person to talk to, is an excellent, knowledgeable resource and clearly has a passion for what he does. He has been very helpful with advice on the best exercises to get the results I am after. A great guy and an asset to Lord’s ... btw has great taste in workout music.

Negative experience: Alg who operate for international students from this site are very poorly run and no communication, you certainly do not get what's you pay for with this college it would be worth paying a little more and going elsewhere

Negative experience: No staff enforcing social distancing. No staff cleaning during the time I was there. Too many people blocking walk ways. Ridiculous.

Positive experience: Great if you want to organise a basketball match or soccer game and there is also a gym and pool for workouts.

Positive experience: Good social basketball meet up place. Be awear of the vending machines they tend to chew your money and give you no change. Use the kiosk for purchasing food and drink.

Positive experience: I was told shinpads are compulsory for indoor soccer, apparently I am the only one wearing these. Lucky I bought this from Kmart, costed me only $6. Hooked up with just play from onegame app for a one off game. Floor seems slippery with non marking soled shoes and not quite sure who are playing and who are not. Some people seems to be off but overall, can't complaint, right?

Negative experience: the gym itself is good but it has the cheesiest group classes ever that caters to those that are really unfit. if you're already fit to start with, don't waste your time.

Positive experience: Great place for all ages; dancing class, tennis coaching, basketball courts, squash courts. Got programme for little one, cafe and of course free Wifi.

Positive experience: Some of the activities to do here are: Basketball, tennis, futsal, netball, voleyball, and a bit more. There is also a gym, fitness classes, spinning room, pool and sauna (not 24/7 though but is open 7 days a week). There is also a Cafe and crèche, so good to meet up there with friends.

Fantastic experience: I am completing the body blitz training this month. The hitt classes are really great and lots of fun. I would love to have this kind of class on a regular basis.
