Fantastic experience: Beautiful pool.

Positive experience: Its a really lovely pool. My only disappointment is when i take my grand children to the pool we only have one lane in the big pool that we can use. Most of the time the indoor pool is closed off for swimming lessons and the lanes in the big pool are for swim club or lap swimming. Its not really a public pool at all.

Positive experience: The outdoor pool is beautiful, the small gym a hidden gem whith hardly anyone, the shower facilities need to be cleaned more often throughout the day though.

Positive experience: I've enjoyed a few visits here since arriving in Coffs. I appreciate the indoor heated pool and the clearly signed lane distribution. Staff have always been friendly and the facility has always been clean and well presented. Particularly enjoyed the aquafit class last week.

Negative experience: I went to the pool with my family earlier today, we have a two and a half year old and a three month old baby. When we had finished swimming, we all waited for about 20 minutes to use the change room (which was fine). Eventually, we all went in to have a rinse and get changed. We were in there for no more than seven minutes, when a member of the staff aggressively knocked on the door and told us we had been in there too long. We are a family of four, with two small children, who had only been in there for a short time after waiting so much longer. I was honestly disgusted. If the staff want to create an environment supportive of families, then they need to be as well. I won't be returning.

Fantastic experience: Clean facilities, friendly helpful staff. 2 pools to choose from. Kids water park area. Full disabled access and a disabled bathroom with heating and built-in lift bed, shower bench, and movable shower head that can be hand held.

Positive experience: Pool is lovely but the ladies shower room is very hot with not enough ventilation. You can't adjust the water temperature in the showers and they are so hot you can hardly stand under them.

Positive experience: 2 decent size pools... wheelchair access ramp to the indoor heated pool... but it wasn't very warm.

Fantastic experience: Nice indoor heated pool. water jet facility is a fun addition for the kids, as is the gymn. Really like the warm showers and the service desk which offers coffee & an assortment of lollies for the kids. Very cheap. not an ecpensive outing for a family of 5. Also close to library and business district.

Positive experience: The staff and swim teachers are all great. The place is clean and the snacks good. The only down side is there are no lockers to put your belongings.

Positive experience: It was my 18 months old boy's first swimming lesson since they shut down in March. We are both happy they are opened and lessons have started again. The swim teachers are fabulous, very welcoming and understanding that each child is different, water in the heated pool felt a bit cooler but showers in pool area beautiful and hot

Positive experience: I only been there twice in one the pool need to be cleaned i went for a swim today on the bottom of the heated pool looking unhygienic but great price and great food every think else is clean even the ladies toilets and showers

Fantastic experience: Very well kept pool and nicely run. Staff seem to be very viligilant around kids safety. Always someone watching which is good! Better than most public pools. Management just need to keep tabs on chlorine levels in winter in the heated pool. The outside pool seems to be spot on!
