Fantastic experience: I have been going here for some time now and Tom has always helped me with so much from my exercises Tom has helped me Embrace my own workouts and exercises I have been doing great with his help. Tom listens and cares about his clients, also the rest of the staff there they are always cheerful and supportive to me. Tom has left now, I still go and have my physio.

Negative experience: Current receptionist is atrocious. Rude, judgemental and ableist. Had the worst experience just because I didn’t understand the recent price increases or why for a concession card holder there was no differences in prices, waste of appointments, was called names and called dumb when I’m just autistic, was hung up on multiple times and when I asked to speak to the manager I was hung up on again and after reaching out to manager receptionist had deleted my emails to the manager. Gave up after because the mental stress, judgment and just the mess of trying to speak to a manager was just not worth it

Fantastic experience: The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and will accommodate you according to your needs. Hydrotherapy pools, spa,sauna and gym are well located and easily accessible. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the physiotherapists work with you at your pace , listen to your concerns, fears and work with you so that you are able to get the best outcomes possible.
