Negative experience: The gym is okay but when I canceled my membership they still take my money for more than 2 months till now. Idk if they think I'm rich or something. I'm just a student who wanted to stop for a moment because of the exams but they made me not to believe them again.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, very clean and well organised. The staff have been lovely, always welcoming and keen to have a chat. The members are also very friendly. It has all the toys including a fantastic hack squat machine and two power racks with multi-grip pull-up bars. Even during busy periods there is plenty of equipment to go around.

Fantastic experience: Moved down to bendigo a year ago and went to multiple gyms but club lime seemed the best with staff and equipment, so quick and easy to sign up, love the environment and how friendly the staff is, everyday I go to gym and have never regretted my decision to go to this gym, recommend this gym for anyone wanting to start going to gym

Negative experience: Went to the gym to sign up but it seems like you can't even have a look before you sign up. No doors would open. No one came out to help. And I did see that there were people in there. Looks like I have to find another gym to exercise in. Disappointing

Fantastic experience: recently moved to club lime a few months ago and not regretted it. the equipment is new making using them a breeze, but with saying that due to the size of the gym there is limited machines but has all the essentials. the facilities as a whole are quite nice and well kept. the staff are definitely a shining star of the business, making the gym a welcoming and enjoyable place to be as well.

Fantastic experience: 5/5! Immaculate gym, staff go to extreme lengths to keep the gym clean. Have seen them turn the treadmills on and mop them as they’re on. Friendly approachable staff as-well. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a change of scenery!

Fantastic experience: Great, clean and friendly gym. Most administration was easily conducted via emails with prompt responses and I am easily able to upgrade/downgrade my membership when required.

Negative experience: Unfortunately was not able to join this gym, went at 9.30am and there is no staff there to sign up, front doors locked without swipe entry. Not sure how they can get new members.

Negative experience: 16yo signed without a "Legal gardian" have called, emailed and cancelled "online via membership portal" still trying to take money @ 25pw for a 16yo! No response to calls from bendigo office left messages. No contact details online that you can actually get through on or a response. Will take it further they have had over 3 months to reply! Initially I was just going to pay arrears (as I did) and cancel(also did online) without the legal obligations they broke! But after such poor customer service and to continue to charge and try to deduct! It's appalling!
