Lennox Aquatic Centre – Swim & Gym

Fantastic experience: A decent sized, undercover warm swimming pool, about 50m x 25m, crystal clear water. Great for learners, lap swimmers and Aqua Aerobics. The gym is a surprise, bigger than I thought, all the basics, free weights, Smith machines, treadmills, Elliptical bike. Pin weight Hoist machines. I couldn't find a bench that operates in flat, inclined and decline with a bar rack. If you know what you're doing, other units can be utilised to accommodate chest workouts

Fantastic experience: Warm indoor pool - 28 degrees. Attached to a gymnasium in a quiet road. A gem. Friendly and welcoming. Inexpensive

Fantastic experience: Our 3 grand children had 5 swimming lessons with Chloe. They were poor/non swimmers which worried us. In 5 lessons the 6 and 7 year old are swimming independently and the 3 year old swimming with a pool noodle under arms on her own. We are blown away! Chloe you are amazing!

Fantastic experience: Friendly team members, professional swim teachers. Good for adults or toddlers. Can have lessons or just want to do some laps either way it is not a hassle.

Fantastic experience: Recent upgrades to the gym area have been very welcome. Still more equipment is arriving so it's going to be a great space, very quiet and not crowded. Perfect to get in and get your training done and get out again. I assume to pool is great, I don't swim haha.

Fantastic experience: Both my children have learned to swim at Lennox Head Aquatic Centre, there are caring Teachers in a positive environment. Both my children have learned to become confident swimmers commencing in the small pool and advancing into the 25metre pool. My oldest child has joined nippers and is swimming out to sea! Thanks Lennox Head Aquatic Centre for providing such a nurturing and rewarding place to learn to swim! You've developed a life long passion for swimming.

Fantastic experience: Great aqua aerobics classes. Starting may 1 classes are 5 mornings. New classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Ellie, music and more of a challenge. Great way to keep fit.
